My daughter has been training with coach Gage and his team for a year. The initial reason for going to Lab Development was for my daughter to work on ball handling and finishing at the rim. They have worked with her diligently. She is now much improved in both areas. My daughter continues to go even as of today to stay sharp and improve her all around game. My daughter coaches and teammates notice the improvement in her game. We strongly recommend Gage and his team of coaches to beginners, intermediate or top level players.

Gage and staff are wonderful mentors running this program. They care about each individual and stride to get the best out of each child they work with on and off the court. They teach basketball skills and mental toughness. We are thankful to be a part of this Family.

LAB Development provides high quality, technique driven basketball training for varying skill levels. My son is now 11 years of age and has an early passion and talent for the sport. Gage and the LAB Development coaching team has a system that undoubtedly drives the player’s focus and discipline, while building their skills. I am grateful to have found a training program whose leader has a successful background as a noted player and coach and whose experience reflects in the outcomes of those that that are trained through LAB Development. Gage and his coaches are passionate and dedicated. The coaches are great at giving individual attention to each kid and are great at adjusting their teaching based on the skill level. I have two sons with a 5 year old difference and they always make sure to spend extra time on the younger one since he is still a beginner. For the older one, they push him to get better and there is never a dull practice. I like that the classes are mixed gender and there is a lot of respect amongst players. Gage and his team make you feel like you are part of their family.

Great coaches at LAB! Gage and his team do a great job of teaching the fundamentals and keeping the kids engaged throughout the process. I would highly recommend for anyone that wants to get there kid to the next level!!

My 12 year son has played traveling team AAU basketball for two years prior to individual training sessions with Coach Cage. After a few lessons, my son’s ball handling skills and outside shooting form has improved tremendously. Coach Cage pays attention to details specific to your child’s skill needs. As his skills improved, so has his confidence as a player... Awesome!!!!!

Coach Gage and Coach Rich (no relation) are outstanding. They have a way of making the small group sessions feel like private lessons. Paying attention to each childs individual needs and pushing them to their fullest potential.

Coach Gage and all the instructors are thorough.I never liked enrolling my kids in the local leagues because I felt that they missed out on fundamentals. In steps coach Gage. My 9 year old’s love for basketball has blossomed under LAB tutelage. His confidence as a result of his training is evident to myself and anyone that sees him play.thanks to the LAB teamFYI, as a parent it’s always great when the importance of hard work and dedication are stressed by other adults in the kids life and the LAB team excels at this. It makes daddy not sound crazy for emphasizing hard work.

Gage and his team of trainers at LAB are excellent. Every time my son attends a session his confidence, IQ and overall enjoyment for the game goes up a notch. I’ve been taking my son to LAB for years, their camps and private sessions. Transitioning through different AAU teams and ups and downs; LAB development has always been the constant that my son needs to stay on top of his game.

Coach Daye and his team does a phenomenal job. Coach Daye and his team are dedicated, very passionate, and has the patience teaching the kids on how to advance their basketball skills and building up their confidence. Coach Daye has been training my 12 year old son one-on-one and he did several group sessions as well, I definitely see some improvement and my son is more confident. My son loves going to Lab Development and I would definitely recommend other parents to bring their child/children.

Lab development has been beyond expectations...I have 2 of my sons in there and I see the changes...
