My nieces enjoyed it a lot, theyve been bugging me about going so Im glad it opened back up. I like the transition they made to ticketless games, now they are uploaded straight to the play card which is cool. No Chuck E due to the virus but they didnt seem to mind. Not crowded at all either!

Two years ago I had to go to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate Eid day! I only went there because of the food. My opinion is that the food is fantastic. For example, I ate pizza, cotton candy, and candy.

Chuck E. Cheese was fun. I was happy I ate cake. I played games. it was fun. My opinion is you can go there.

Great place to take your kids for some fun and exercise. They will be busy playing games, riding rides, and playing on the playground. They have food in case you get hungry. They also have prizes for the tickets as well. Love that they have kid check in and check out for safety. My kids can spend all day here if they could. We were here for over 3 hours today. Games are by either point play or unlimited play/ however many minutes you buy. If you purchase the unlimited minute play you are allowed one pause on the game card (for a bathroom break or a food break). You can find coupons online for savings on food deals and game plays. Their pizzas are great tasting and they have a good salad bar. Thats what we purchased today. Kids couldnt decided on pepperoni or sausage so they suggested they can do half and half, which was great! Love taking my kids here.

It was ok the place was dead kinda had a uninviting feel. The pizza was average a bit floppy for my liking. Price for games I thought was reasonable and a decent selection the kids enjoyed themselves. Its definitely not Circus Circus like I grew up with but its what they got now.

Wasnt really enforcing the mask for adults. Numerous adults taking their masks off and not caring about the mandate. Customer service wasnt the best either recommend the maple Grove location.

Inexpensive games with reasonable priced unlimited play time options.Unfortunately games and ticket counting machines would often break down or error out. Quickly fixed however it takes an employee to complete this task, which are hard to flag down (perhaps under staffing).The birthday seating area is fairly spacious yet lacking of real amusement (such as the old Chuck E. Cheese band, which was discontinued a ways back).Good place to let the kids run free though.

Go online for coupons first! I cannot stress this enough, the prices are very high and if you go on a busy day your child may not get to play as many games as he or she would hope to. The staff is a little rude, but the food is tasty (though it does not sit well in the stomach so bring tums, its very, very greasy).You can pay for prizes so if your child is missing 50 tickets you dont have to pay about $20 for games, you just pay 50 cents (basically 1 cent per ticket) if you would like to.Overall its not a bad place to take your child for a nice celebration, just expect to pay about $50 per child for a few hours of time.

We had so much fun. Celebrating a birthday in the middle of the week. It was not overcrowded and everyone in the group was able to play numerous games. Food and customer service was good too.

There are lots of games and they are all very interesting. Their system for playing each game is easy to understand: you buy a card for as low as $14 and hover it over a scanner on the machines. However, the prices for the food are high and even a small meal can be expensive.

Really going by the wayside but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the young lady who hosted my sons birthday party. She had a great attitude and work ethic which you dont see in a lot of young people these days.

We met the grandchildren here. Great clean place. Service was quick. They give you a pager so you can tell when food us ready. Only problem was we ordered sausage pizza and got pepperoni but it was still great pizza. I like the cards for the games much better than the coins they had when my children were small.

Had my sons birthday party there it was great! My son and the other kids had a blast so did us adults. The price was very reasonable. The staff was amazing my son is very busy and a flight risk and they were very patient with him ( he kept getting away from me and finding his way to places he didnt belong like the kitchen) totally doing this again next year. Oh and we got extra points to play for booking online!

Had a birthday part here for my youngest today. We decided to do the VIP package, my son and his friends had free range of the whole place. The party was held before they opened for business for the day so there was no other people in there. Completely worth every penny. This is my third time holding a party like this at this location. Its convenient and the kids all have a blast. We had a dedicated party supervisor that assisted with everything so we could enjoy the time with our son. Food was great and the whole place was really clean. Definitely will be returning for more parties in the future.

Maybe it was the day or the worker but my kids had a blast. We went for my baby 1st birthday something simple to do . The person hosting my party was the best. She was right they for everything we needed. Played games with my kids. Helped the smaller ones with playing the game. It was clean and only had a few people so it felt like we had it rented out. But that staff that went out her way I will go there anytime to her service or just for the kids to see the help again she was a sweet older white lady for staff that see this.she was at the Blaine location. The party was Oct 24th. Because I dont remember her name.

My family went to this Chuckie cheese for my sons birthday. The employees were friendly, one in particular, wish I remembered her name! Saw that they actually clean the games there, so that made me comfortable about germs a little bit better haha. Nothing is as clean as you wish in this world anyways Otherwise, we had a blast

We were at Chuck E. Cheese for our grandnieces birthday. My husband put in a separate order for the large appetiser platter, before the pizza order was given. After half an hour we went to check on the platter and they told us about 15 more minutes, waited and waited no platter, after another 45 minutes they told us it would be soon. Waited 10 minutes went up to get it was told they havent even started it because of the pizzas being ordered. Thats when I asked for my money back the party was over for the ones of us who didnt have children there.AND THAT IS WHY WE WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.WE ARE THERE MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR for many family members.

Honestly a few years back I swore Id never go back to Chuck E. Cheese. Back then the pizza was bad. The crust was like cardboard and hardly had any cheese on it. Decided to go today because of the tmobile Tuesday deal. My kids had so much fun and the pizza was surprisingly a whole lot better. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese!!

We had a birthday party for a 5 year old and several of his friends and family. The registration process online was fairly simple and they called to confirm two days before the event. When we arrived there was a person who was dedicated to helping our table and she was very courteous and made sure that everything went well for the duration of our party. Kids had a great time playing games and eating pizza and having some cake. As far as work goes on my end it was pretty effortless, just show up and enjoy.

Great security for keeping your eyes on your kids and making sure the kids you leave with are yours. The redemption of tickets sucks, but the fun(exercise) with my son made it all worth every penny spent.

Just not what I was expecting. This place has really gone down over the years. A simple adjustment of the lights for the Chuck E Cheese anamotron would go far. Seriously have some respect for the History of this company.

Great, fun and safe place for my 8 year old grandkids. Kept them busy for a solid two hours while I read my book.

Was a little small but other than that it was a lot of fun. The employees were friendly and very helpful with questions. They were also very patient with the children. I would definitely take my kids there again!

Family member had a private birthday party at 9 am on a Sunday. Didnt get inside the building until almost 9:30 because manager was late. (Hostess was there) Got all of our cards after 10 then had to bring them back because they werent activated. So we got them around 10:15. We got the food right before 11 but, it was good. When it came time for CC to come out there were already new parties there. The speakers werent working correctly, so there was no birthday celebration really. Then when we were leaving, the new workers got upset because we didnt have stamps on our hands for the kids. We had to have the manager come out. She didnt even know US! So we called over our hostess, she took care of us again!Needless to say they took off 50%. Which was decent BUT, a great birthday party wouldve been better! This was the 2nd year they rented out the whole place. Im pretty sure that it will be the LAST!

Overall this place is decent. The kids were very entertained, I liked the concept of paying for a time limit as opposed to individual points. The food was mediocre at best. I may or may not take the kids there again depending on the promotions they have going on, but well have dinner elsewhere first.

Their pizza is not good at all I get sick of it

HORRIBLE!! Was in here earlier today with the kids and my wife, it was understaffed and we witnessed the manager with grey hair being extremely rude and short to my wife and I, she was rude to the employee and acted like it was such an inconvenience that we ordered a beer. On the plus side, the beer and pizza was good. Won’t be returning, ever.

Never have I had anyone tell me in the middle of assisting me that My shift is up, then stand there in front of me while looking at her phone like we didnt just have an interaction. She then proceeded to do this 2 more times of asking what I want (from the ticket counter for my Daughter), then right after, say the same line My shift is over, this time walking to the front and standing. Standing confused, I waited. 2-3 minutes go by, she comes back and asks what I want, then actually gets me the items.I actually had to look back at my wife and ask is this real life?. Luckily my friend with me and his child got the same treatment moments prior as we waited in line. He confirmed in fact what I experienced was real.Pros:Most machines work, youll find out quick which ones pay the most (Coin based flooding ones).Food is rather decent, nothing too flavorful as its directed at children.Easy to find seatingConsEmployees seemed to be bothered when you need to purchase items or food. Especially in my case.Cleanliness is questionable (wife contracted Pink Eye the day after).Booth seating needed a good clean and disinfecting regularly.Strange smells coming from the Play Tube area.Cant say I will be back. Id rather spend my money and time elsewhere, Id advise you do the same.

We got their at opening and it was pretty much just us until halfway thru the first half hour then another family showed up the buffet could use little more options if not a beverage should be included in the price. Clean as always enjoy coming to this location! Love the unlimited play as well

A lot of ticket machines were not working. No workers to find to help. The young girl at the front was very rude and had an attitude. It was my daughters 2nd birthday & the older lady was very helpful and respectful.

About 1/3 of machines take credits and dont work, otherwise are out of tickets. Spent most of time waiting for refunds, and games getting fixed. Most of the time a credit here or there lost is fine, but this place is ridiculous for taking money for no return...

I loved this place as much as my son. They had a system in place to make sure no child walked out with the wrong person. It was safe clean and very fun.

Went for toddlers birthday party. Loud and mediocre pizza but fun for the kiddos!

On a Sunday not too crowded, food what you expect, not 5 star restaurant quality but decent. Lots of fun games to play but some racing and shooting games do not have the option of handing out tickets, a bit of a bummer when a kid gets 1st place. Definitely opt for the 900 points food package, points will go quick! Overall would come again.

Games are nice however the last two times I have taken my kids there. It was either the hole play room smelled like Marjoram or there was Marjoram in the bathrooms. I dont find that to be a family friendly environment to allow customers to be able to bring illegal substances into a place that is ment for young children.

The place has definitely changed since i was a kid but thats not necessarily a bad thing. The quality of the games and the place as a whole looks great. My son enjoyed it! Went on a Monday night, was pretty empty. Staff were nice and attentive. The pizza definitely hasnt changed over the past years.

They took care of everything for my sons birthday. Its a little spendy and you can only tip in cash, but the kids loved it and it was a breeze for me.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here and it went great! It was a small party and our party attendant was clearly new to the job but everyone had fun! Most of the games were working great, the food was pretty good and the kids enjoyed seeing Chuck E Cheese

Staff worked very hard and performed above our expectations. Food was better than expected and came quick even though they were very busy. Recommend wings and pizza.Only negative was mens room was real dirty: urinal overflowing, unclean stall, etc. This is a problem for potty training aged families.Otherwise successful birthday party at reasonable cost.

We booked a birthday party for my kids. The staff was super helpful and friendly. However, there were some guests that was unruly and disrupted my experience there. I would have liked the staff to have brought those people in line, but I can understand them being a bit busy, as there were two birthday parties underway and the game hall was a bit packed. All in all, a good time tho.

Very run down feeling, half the machines just take your money and dont let you play if they even work enough to attempt to play. Food is pretty much what you would expect not terrible but not great either.

Go for the games Not for pizza I swear they give you pieces of other peoples lefto ver pizza check next time there pizzas arent the same shape or size odd pieces

Love the new timed pass option! Kids had a great time, pizza was ready quickly, and it wasnt crazy busy.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. This was the first time we had been there since they started offering points or time on the playpass cards, you can play as much as you want for 30, 60, or 90 minutes and are even able to pause the timer for food or restroom breaks. This is a much better deal and easier to manage. We all had a lot of fun.

The pizza buffet/salad bar was pretty limited. The breadsticks were delicious and it was all you can eat, however. Pair that with unlimited play for a few hours and I had one happy kiddo!

This location really tries, but they aren’t as clean or nice as some of the other Chuck E Cheese locations. They have brought in some new things to offer customers, however. They do a lunch buffet, and they now have a rewards programs. All are nice features.

The salad bar is not fresh and not worth the $$

Horrible. We waited almost an hour to get an order of wings and a pizza. They told us that they have 6 birthday parties an the Birthday parties have to get their food first. How about that for making the customer feel important! I’m paying too! And I get that it’s first come first serve but an hours worth of parties? At least tell people upon entering the place that there’s about an hour wait and let us make the decision. I will never ever come here again.

I dont know her name but the employee with the short blonde hair was amazing today and so helpful with everything. She has amazing patience and we will definitely go again because of her :)

No one knew how much a coin was to trade with another parent who didnt want to spend TEN BUCKS just to get the scan card for points to play. The skeeball game was a mess, so were all the messes and people not knowing how to do their jobs. Would not recommend.

Its always a hit with a kid with special needs the games are great and a relaxing atmosphere for the parents most of the time and able to save up tickets and turn them in for prizes witch vary!

Love this one. The day manager is amazing with my client who has special needs.

Bathrooms...gross!, not enough trash can throughout the entire place, not enough hand sanitizer, very loud but on a good note the kids dont care about that kind of stuff they had a good time except you can win 800 tickets and all you get is some taffy and cotton candy

The staff working the register was completely incompetent. It took a very inconvenient amount of time to order the tokens, the pizza and the toy my son wanted. The line was huge and she was messing up other peoples orders as well and overcharged my wife and tried adding 15 dollars to my pizza bill. I will never go back to this establishment. But the pizza was really good. The games didnt always pay out the tickets that it should have. And the salad at the salad bar was brown. Overall a poor experience but my son had fun.

Perfect spot to chill out with the kids. PIZZA TASTES AMAZING! 10/10
