Helped my father move into his new home here. This appears to be one of the least trailer trashy of trailer parks in the metro, it actually has a nice curb appeal. They do have many rules in place for a reason. Theyre also diligent on screening perspective residents. The neighbors seem friendly (although nosey). Most homes are newer in this park, one of the perks of this type of housing is affordability, and no property tax.

Not professional at all. Not only do they take there time to handle things, they will deny whatever they want just because. They literally ignored my phone call, and answered when I called from another number!! Fhey make up there own rules as well. I understand they want to keep the park safe. But give people a chance. You can always evict people for not following the rules.

They try to keep the park clean. They do have alot of rules in. Place to keep the park safe. It is real nice in most of the park. But like any mobile home parks. They do have some trouble with the low lifes that ruins the area. Ive been a resident there for meny years and now that I live elsewhere I would recommend this park to others

Great place to live no felons allowed just be careful of maintenance they kinda do whatever they feel is right not the best.

My husband’s grandparents lived in the home now that me and my husband own now since 1991 and the staff has always been good to all of us. I love living here all of my neighbors are great. Staff is great and always willing to help others out and answer questions when need be.

In 1986, my husband and I were looking for affordable housing. We checked around for different mobile home parks and all the parks we saw were dumpy, unkept, and homes looked like they should be destroyed. We did not give up, and we were lucky enough to find J & I Homes, they suggested a beautiful park by the name of Blaine International. We purchased our home that following June and we have been here for 33 years. The reason being is that they treat you like family and they care about you. They are always there with a helping hand to any of your needs. When I lost my husband, they made me feel secure because they always looked after me. I would recommend Blaine International to anyone who wants to have a wonderful, clean, well kept place to live. As far as the staff, they make me feel like family and I love you all. A special thank you to Marvin, who accepted us into the park. He was a beautiful person, along with his family. Many thanks to Matthew and Cathy for making me feel like family. There would be no other place I would like to live, except here at BIV.

Matt is the owner and cares for his tennants. this manufactured home community is like no other in the surrounding areas. Lot rent is cheap, clean and secure. Great place to start a family.

Best maintenance and upkeep of streets and properties. The plow crews are awesome. Love my community.

...yet another reason we are so happy to be living in this community...With concern for the traffic on our road and our son with special needs, we approached the owner and asked about the possibility of adding more signs - specifically describing our situation. We even offered to purchase a sign ourselves.Our request was met with support, kindness, and understanding. The owner refused to allow us purchase a sign, and instead has purchased them himself. Today I saw that the first Autistic Child street sign has been installed. We are so grateful for such a quick response, and to that the safety and wellbeing of our children is important to the park management.Our neighbors are wonderful, and the park is so well maintained. The maintenance crew and office staff are awesome to work with and have treated anything we have spoken with them about with a sense of urgency that we definitely are not accustomed to. Communication is easy and answers are readily available.Overall, we are delighted that we chose to become part of this community! I have no doubt that we wouldnt have been nearly as happy anywhere else.

I’ve been In and around manufactured home communities all across state of Minnesota. For whatever my opinion is worth I would rank Blaine Internationl Village in the top 10 manufactured home communities in the state of Minnesota. The community is well managed and maintained.

Well its a clean park with mostly nice trailers. Not sure I can say MN nice about the people, I guess for the most part yes, but I havent met the Park staff. Id live here though ;)

Its a nice-looking Mobile Home Park. But if you like your privacy and people not to spy on you then please do not move in. They have people living in all areas of the park that will keep eyes on other people so they know what people are doing in the park. And that is just really wrong we moved out 3 years later. Bad news

I think its really sad that in other trailer parks you can have a yard sale whenever you want which I know for a fact but in this trailer park we cant which is so wrong, they say its because of traffic which is a lie because people who dont live here come threw all the time, I know because I live on the main street and also I have a new neighbor who thinks she can put a garage part in my yard but I know by law she can NOT because I pay for my lot every month and I know where our lots devides so I dont appreciate this person coming up to me in my yard harassing me about it, we all should be treated equally and I just want to know why we can not have a yard sales when we can because some people work or go to school or has appointments so I think I and a lot of other people in this trailer park would appreciate if the owner would change that, thanks

The other reviewers said it, if you want privacy dont move here. You cant sit on your deck without weird neighbors staring at you in your face through their windows. Its really creepy. People will watch as you bring in your groceries. No joke. The maintenance guys drive around and patrol the place instead of working in the summer.
