We got there right when it opened so that it would be the cleanest. They disinfect and use a fog over night. We brought 6 jumpers. I think there were at most 20 other people there in the huge place. I dont know if they had to turn people away or not. The kids had a great time.

They do a summer pass for one lump price you can go unlimited times all summer long. It has paid for itself quickly with my son this summer, and we live an hour away. It’s nice to have a place to go on a rainy or bored day that we have already “paid for”.

I had a good time with my nephews. Id rate 5 stars if all sections were open. My nephews loved it.

Great place for the kids to burn off some energy

I’ve been here a few times with my 10 year old son and his friends and it’s a lot of fun, staff is friendly and prices are affordable. I recommend checking this place out.

Went here for a nephews birthday. It was huge and the amount of stuff you can do was crazy! The kids all loved it and even some of the parents got involved so definitely fun for all ages

Great place to go for the kids to get active

My kids love Sky Zone! Their annual passes are an excellent deal. We did the annual passes as part of the kids Christmas presents. It basically pays for itself within a few visits. They have a cafe where you can buy overpriced food, like any other trampoline park. But just bring a water bottle and you’re good to go. There are not as many tables/parent seating as there could be.

Me & my family loves the atmosphere of this place, They have upbeat music, we certainly loved how the employees were most importantly how friendly they were, they answered all of our questions we asked. The children loved it, we also had some fun overall the place is amazing, great place to bring Todd’s for jump fun Sky zone you rock!

Epic birthday party package was pretty great. Kids had a blast. 10 kids admissions included for all the things. Nice touch that the candles cups plates napkins and beverages were all included. Staff was ok. Small dixie cups of cold water would be nice for the 10 party kids while they were jumping. I think it would have made this party even better. The water fountains were kinda dirty.

My kids had so much fun! Its a great option for getting the kids to run around during winter. It is a little more expensive, so it wouldnt be something we would do often.

It was really fun! I had a great time with my family. It was so hot though and the thermometer said like 78 degrees Fahrenheit so I just wish they turned it down even though its winter.

We had an amazing family fun night. The ages ranged from 3 to 13 plus adults. We were all able to enjoy the activities. We came on a summer Tuesday evening and had the place mostly to ourselves. This helped the whole family enjoy the activities together.We snagged up a groupon for that location and saved 40%. The monthly pass was affordable and I will consider purchasing one.Blake helped my family with the harness activities. Her positive grounded attitude was a pleasure to work with.

My kiddos LOVE Kory at the Blaine location! We were members from November 2018-November 2019 with the family membership. As homeschooled kids need a way to burn off energy, Skyzone was the perfect place! My kids enjoyed our year there and excelled at the obstacle courses, tramps, and the sky poles.Unfortunately after our membership expired corporate made a decision to no longer offer yearly memberships to families. With our family of 5 that skyrocketed our price per year quadruple what we paid for the previous membership so unfortunately we have to say goodbye to Skyzone and find a different avenue for burning energy.:(We love you Blaine Team! Hope to come back one day!-Lindsey, Adam, Adrian, Ivan, and Alethia

All of the employees are incredibly fun and kind. The shift lead Jonathan is especially notable and let me grab my charger after closing since I realized I left it there once we were already on our way back home. We thought mega jump was going on which unfortunately was not the case but they still gave us a deal anyways which is really appreciated.

The check in process was not good. Though we had come for a field trip and had reserved ahead of time, the check in took a great deal of time and what should have been 2 hours of fun for the kids was only 30 minutes for some of the kids. Once in however, the staff were great and had a great time with the children. If 5 or less children, it might have been better, but I would not recommend here for a field trip.

This place is awesome! Great for kids and adults of all ages. I had as much fun here as my son whos 3. Friendly staff who is alert and watching out for safety of all children. My kids are asking daily to go back! Thank you Sky Zone!

We purchased a birthday package and threw a 9th Birthday Party for my boyfriends daughter with 10 other kids to help celebrate. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and how organized the facility was. We had a party attendant that made everything go very smooth. Great job!

Old pizza.. health issue for health department. Unfriendly staff working around kids. Strict and firm is one thing but some staff were unwelcoming towards kids. Great place overall

I have been to quite a few trampoline parks and this one was the best yet. I had a party there for my 12 yr old and it was awesome. The staff was great and very helpful. The price was great and I would recomend this place to anyone. All the new stuff they had reminded me of American Ninja Warrior.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Was very impressed that they have mens, womens and even a family bathroom. The other location we had been going to didnt have a rock wall. I was impressed that this location did. Definitely will be visiting this location more often!

Pretty cool place for kids to play and get some exercise in the winter months. We first arrived it was kind of empty and you could do what you wanted to but as the day went on a couple of birthday parties came in and it filled up and then it was a lot of waiting to do the different activities

The kids love it, so thats what matters most. That said, why does it have to take so dang long to get checked in every time we are there. It is bonkers. Also, they will sell you a jump pass for 16 month old kid.... save your money. The toddler zone is too crazy for a kid that small. I honestly felt like the shift manager that sold us his pass should have known a little better.

Still there is room for improvement! :)===================Original review (3 stars):Although, it is a nice and fresh place, I didnt quite like it compared to another location in Minneapolis: no knights fight, Dodge ball area was closed despite how crowded the place was, free climb was closed for maintenance (but I didnt see any maintenance being done Friday midday). Also, the climbing wall waiting time was about an hour, but most of the time I was there, there were one or two lines occupied out of six. It seems to me they are understaffed or simply saving money by closing areas. Verdict: recommending Minneapolis location instead.

They have a lot to do for the kids at a decent price. Its a little dirty and understaffed but the few staff they have are pretty nice.

The service was poor, they has closed part of it due to a hole where there was clearly no hole. There was also a lack of workers and this cause the other half of the park to be closed. Other than the workers the facility was decent but still lacking compared to other jump facilities.

Very friendly and vigilante staff. Fun for all ages. Manager is very nice and cares about your experience. Advice to parents, please do not leave your children unattended. It is not fun when other customers have to co-parent because your children are out of control, or your child ends up getting hurt by other kids, yet you are nowhere to be found. It is safer for everyone if you are mindful of your childs status.

My family and I had a super fun time! My 13, 11, and 7 year old children all loved trying to reach the top of the ninja warrior walls and doing the ninja warrior obstacle courses. My husband and I did, too! We tried everything and the hour flew by.

Be careful if you schedule a party with Sky Zone. We had a bunch of kids unexpectedly cancel for our sons birthday party and decided to cancel the party portion, but still wanted to bring a few kids to play for an hour. The company would not refund my $100.00 deposit claiming it was too late to cancel. Buyer beware and shop around before booking a party here!

Such a fun spot for the kids to exercise an play!! I do suggest getting more staff tho.. I kept seeing one lady doing consession(taking orders, cooking food, ect..) running up to the dodgeball area for what im not sure probly to help or over see something and at close she was everywhere too!! All while keeping a smile on her face and a positive attitude!! It was around 6 pm sunday the 10th.. I dont know the young lady but i would love to commend her for all her hard work!! And i hope you guys value her!, cause she is outstanding!!

Not great for older children. The trampolines are very small, as are the dozens of barely supervised toddlers. We prefer Zero Gravity.

Their is no supervision here. The staff just let the kids run a muck. I witness alot of double space jumping and pushing. I went to the staff about this, but nothing was done. Its a shame because its a great new facility with alot for the kiddos to do.
