You rent something at this place,better look really good or take some one that knows about floors, Tubs,counter tops spoon drawers and water lines.Or youll get took for a ride.

Its an average mobile home park. Nothing really special or bad about it.

Roads look paved, good management and ppl are nice that I met.

I like the speed bumbs to regulate speed for the kids that live there.

People that own this park are awful! The park is not maintained, holes in the road, broken speedbumps. A lot of Grass on the playground (a set of swings, 2 regular slides, and a merry go round). If you can find somewhere else to rent i would. I dont live here, but i did when i was 18. I have family that live there now, and its awful.

Quiet and friendly area... I have been here for over 3 months and I cant complain...Tina is very helpful on the area and helping you find service if you need them from lawn care to maintenance.

I can only draw from my own experiences visiting here, and other people I have known who have lived here, when I say that I am not a fan of this place. The speed bumps all throughout the place isnt good for your vehicle, and the management here are overly strict and unfair, and act like they are high and mighty. Not a place I would reccomend for children either, due to some of the questionable residents of some of the mobile homes.

My aunt lives there and it is a scetchy place to go. I would not like to live there.

Nice sized park. Poor maintenance practices. Expanding site. New mobile homes will be available. Rent/lot rent is on the high side though.

Wish we could make since why our water and sewer bill is so high when its just the 2 of us!!! Were always cautious of how much we use!!!!! Always!!!! Anyone else have this problem??? We need something checked out please.

Decent neighbors yes but horrible management... you have to call or text tina about 100 times to get a damn answer for something as simple as asking about water, or rent, or anything!they dont care about there people at all!

Speed bumps every 500 ft makes driving a manual horrible. Quiet...yards are maintained. Folks are friendly. Its a nice place to live.

Quiet,cozy Mobile home park

No Customer service is worse than this place. Owned by Radford Companies Inc. The park manager is rude, uneducated, uninformed, inept, incapable, irresponsible, and unwilling to make an effort to resolve any problems. A thug with an attitude. Park is overrun with cockroaches.Lots are small, over priced, water and sewer are provided at a marked up rate. Roads are in horrible condition. Junk recreational facilities that are dilapidated and unsafe for children.

Love living here great neighbors quiet park but i own my trailer so dont have to deal with management much but i can say if they have the money to expand the park it woyld be nice if thwy would fix the road first for the new and current tenants

Its a trailer park they keep it clean and attempt to keep the trash to a minimum. Theres definitely good people living here.

The staff are rude, they act like dictators, they try to get people evicted which makes no sense as thats how they make their money, and the people who live there are treated as less then human. They do not maintenance the place at all. They let people live in unsuitable conditions. (I have never even lived there and I can see this) I hope someone reads this and steps in for the people who live in this community.
