So much fun! The guy that was running the place was amazing! So helpful and made me and my son feel good about how well we did (it was our first time) and gave us great clues. We wanted to do another one right away! We will definitely be back.

Great rooms with great service at a reasonable price. The 4 lock difficulties were just the right difficulty for a group of 4 college students. Definitely enough time to complete but not so much that there is time to waste. Puzzles are fun and will make you think, but theyre not overly challenging. Cant wait to try the hardest room!

Amazing place to bring your friends, family and couples. When you first walk in you are greeted in a polite manner and will help guide you through the escape room. Inside this building youll see a small childrens player while you wait for a room. Pretty neat place with some antique items from long ago the whole experience is worth it.We tried the detective room and that was pretty fun I would recommend it

Had a great time at Puzzlr! We did the taken room. It was very challenging and we almost made it out. The puzzle master Caesar was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again to try another room!

This is an amazing experience! The rooms are unique and really well designed. We spent hours here and could have stayed longer if they didnt have to close. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place to go out of your way for.

I dont even know where to begin! I LOVEEEEE this place!!! This was my very first escape room I ever did and it is still my most favorite escape room place EVER. I have done every single room here and because I am a Tech grad if a new room comes available I will definitely be sure to visit! The entire staff here is amazing too. I have done lots of other escape rooms since then and none of them compare to Puzzlr. I have no complaints here! I am a very happy camper! I have had my most favorite college memories here :) Keep on doing what youre doing Puzzlr!!!!

It was challenging and fun for our whole family. We did the detective story. Next time well try a different one probably.

I have done 3 escape rooms my 1st w/ Puzzlr. The staff was super friendly but not impressed with the puzzle or the props. When ask for clues we were given 2 of the 3 were to riddles we had already solved. Add one prop was not set up properly and it threw the game off significantly....meaning we wasted time looking for a clue that was the irrelevant.

The owners are hard working people, kind, and overall amazing. The rooms are really well done. They put so much pride in their work and it shows!! The rooms are made so well its mind boggling. The prices are very reasonable compared to Northern Virginia where they charge $40 for an hour and cant even complete. Make sure you call in for an appointment so you can hold a room. My group had a blast. Highly recommend

Great experience. My fiance and myself enjoyed the experience, though we failed to complete the room we absolutely WILL be back to try the other rooms. Only complaint I have and the reason for 4 stars is the damage and wear to the room and props/clues its difficult to read a couple locks and props due to wear from so many other participants. Apparently some idiots think brute Force its the answer but things should still be repaired to look decent. Its a great adventure dont hesitate to visit.

We solved it (Prison Break) but it took 6 of us to do it! We wanted to do Heist but the game was not available.

Everything about the experience was great. The staff were friendly, the rooms were challenging but accomplishable, and the prices werent too bad. I would definitely go again and I would recommend it to anybody who is on the fence.

Had an awesome time doing the Taken room. Worth every dollar and the staff is super friendly. After we got out we talked to them about how the room works and future plans for the building. Waiting room has kid games which we did play and it was great. Definitely should go here and I will be back.

Great mix of old fashioned lock and key with some technology twists in these rooms. Ive done all but 1 and Im excited to see how it goes!

This was a good escape room. We did it with only two people which was interesting. Usually Ive only done escape rooms with large groups but it worked well. There were some good puzzles and the staff was very nice.Its a little tough to find. It is on the back side of the building. I guess thats the first puzzle you have to solve.There is a small amount of parking at the location itself. We didnt think there would be so we parked in the garage and walked but there are maybe 12 spaces there.

We enjoyed ourselves. It was fun.

Great price and great fun. Ive been to a couple escape rooms and never has one been as seamless and as creative as this one. It was worth every penny and Im sure Ill do it again!

My group has been to three of Puzzlrs rooms now, and weve enjoyed ourselves immensely each time. Their rooms are well designed and absolutely fair, while maintaining a challenge that is just at the right level of difficulty.

Well done rooms with clever clues, not too difficult and great for people who havent done an escape room before.

We did the puzzle room and it was a lot of fun. Biggest thing we learned was you need to communicate with your team to make sure you arent chasing your tail. The owners were friendly and helpful. Cant wait until the room changes so we can go back.

Fun puzzle, good experience. This was my first puzzle room and I had a lot of fun. The feeling wasnt as immersive as I was expecting but it was a very good introduction to an escape room.

The experience was a lot of fun and my first escape room. We did Taken which was definitely chanllenging, and took us a few seconds past the 1hr limit. Definitely try it out!

Heist room was harder than I thought it would be. Interesting way of having a evening out with our teenagers. We did not figure out all the clues in time but the staff showed us we were not too far off from getting to the end. Thanks for the entertainment totally worth it!!!

Very fun to do as a group and with bringing 10 people it averaged out to only $13 a person.

Customer service could have been a lot better, when we walked in we were confused on where to go and no one was there to greet us. The room was alright, Ive played better (The Escape Game is the best to play. Period.) The puzzles were good for the most part, the clue system is all messed up, you rung a doorbell, he pauses the time, comes into the room and gives you answers, multiple answers. There is on part in the Detective s Case room where the information needed is not provided and you are supposed to assume something that is virtually impossible to assume (we asked for a hint and he said (without revealing anything) XYZ isnt on X so you have to assume Z did Y even though there is no way to know that.I enjoyed the room for the most part, it was not immersive by any means. I do NOT recommend.

I have done an escape room at other locations and NEVER did we have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to receive help with a clue...however when asking for a clue here...no response for almost 15 minutes and when we received our clue it was to a part that we had already solved...very disappointing...would NOT recommend

Very new escape room location run by nice staff. Selection is limited to two different rooms, but the staff was clearly interested in expanding. Best to go with a large group as it can be a little expensive.
