Hand out eviction notices the day after lot rent is due. Lack of communication between Doug and Toria. If you talk to one you better talk to the other. Used to be a great park I was happy to get the chance to raise my family in and now I cant wait to leave. It really is a shame.

Definitely in the top 3 trailer parks in town. Well kept, not any sketchy residents.

Great place to be

Not the best, nor the worst trailer court in town, but its kept pretty neat and tidy. Location is near a school and grocery store. Also it is off a very busy street. The biggest down side would be the not so well kept trailer courts that are near by.

Lot rent too high and manager doesnt have all tenants to have up keep of their property. Some tenants have garbage, junk, old cars, unusable broken equipment in yards and weedy unmowed yards or snow not removed properly. While others truly care for property. Some tenants have all kinds of company coming and going. Park used to be nice.

The yards are decent, the manager is something to be desired. Doesnt care much for the residents, its all about his money.

It is a quieter trailer park than many of the others and has a different atmosphere. really feels like a family place and you can actually get to know your neighbors here.
