I was blown away with the treatment it was out of this world tonight! I seen the manager treating kids with extrodinary customer service. Cheering kids up the warped wall..giving slushies to kids letting others get an extra 30 minute jump time just because. My son tweaked his ankle and they gave ice checked on him and gave him special extras...please support this place they are doing an amazing job

It is so much fun! We had a birthday party there The kids had a blast! It was pretty busy , so my first time there was slightly confusing because the workers in front are so busy.... But after a little while I was able to talk to someone and figured it all out... Besides all that it was great. They have multiple trampoline related activities for the kids to do, the boys like the foam pits and dodgeball area the best!

Awesome place the kids absolutely love it here! Prices are pretty good. We went early afternoon on a Saturday and it was not nearly as busy as I thought it would be.

Staff has always been friendly and our toddler loves jumping from one area to the next. We had our daughters 3rd birthday there and our host James was awsome about setting it all up and making sure we had everything we needed while we were there.

My family used to love coming here during toddler time. Unfortunately for whatever reason they stopped doing it. So we came in today for the first time during open jump. First of all, it was so EXPENSIVE! For a 4 and 5 year old to jump for an hour it was unbelievably overpriced. Second, we tried playing with the kids similar to how it works during toddler time. Apparently that kind of play isnt allowed. The employee Gracie was stalking us the whole hour and constantly saying you cant do that which was very annoying. Trying to get two young children to not play together is next to impossible and she basically wanted us to separate them. We signed the waiver before playing so why the hell do we not have to ability to play as we want with the young children and let us deal with it. Overall a very disappointing visit and we wont be back.

Horrible experience. I used to love toddler time but unfortunately they took it away. Today we decided to take our 4 and 5 year old to the regular time to give it a try. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. They constantly told the boys they could not play together when during toddler time they could. I get that there are more people but even me as an adult couldnt sit in the square with my child bouncing. I felt like we had our own security guard following us around telling us dont do that. We only did what we were used to doing during toddler time. ALSO it was way over priced. I used to be able to go on the trampoline with my young children to better supervise them for free but now I have to pay as well. It was almost $50 for the 3 of us to jump for 1 hour. I feel like they need to lessen the rules for the kids that are obviously young and need assistance from their parents from time to time.

Music is too loud! I asked 3 employees if it could be turned down since only kids under 10 were there and was told no. When the music vibrates the building it’s too loud. There are no seats near the toddler area to watch your child. Staff was not friendly. Prices were pretty expensive. We will not return.

The gentleman that helped us treated us poorly because we came close to Glow time. Told us the only way we could do something for a good deal was get the monthly pass. I explained that we live out of town and dont get into town often. He rolled his eyes. Had I not promised my son wed take him I would have walked out. Poor service. Poor pricing.

Our kids love this place! Plus mom and dad can either jump or go take it easy and enjoy a drink while sitting in their awesome massage chairs. If your looking for a place for a kids birthday party they have areas for you to have a party with their food and bring a cake in. Great place to kill some time with your family.

First of all, this place is EXPENSIVE....VERY EXPENSIVE..... second, you couldnt tell which was the patrons jumping and who was staff, they had children working there, so weird....third, for how much we paid, there was SO many rules. We were being safe and having fun but we kept being told you cant do that over and over again..... i understand places need rules to keep people safe, but this was SO ridiculous and over the top...not to mention staff was so rude and unprofessional...the kids had fun, but we will probably NEVER return....

Socks are a rip off! The last time we visited I had to buy the over priced socks because we forgot to bring some of the anti-slip socks. This time we visited I made sure to bring the kids the socks, but they make you buy their socks. Fortunately I have plenty of money to pay for them, but I remember a time when we couldnt have paid the extra money. If it wasnt for the sock issue, this would be a 5 star rating for sure!

Could you imagine running/owning a business and not taking into account the consumers concerns...? Wait... You don’t have to imagine that.

Great place to take your kids, and yourself for a good time. Plenty of trampolines to jump on and a very friendly staff and environment to let loose a little. There is a snack bar and coffee shop also. I take my son on Saturday mornings for Toddler Time. It allows for the children under 6 to jump without having to worry about other older children taking over.

If you have kids that are over 12 don’t waste your money.My teens and other teens that were there wanted to play dodgeball, but they were told they couldn’t throw hard because there were little kids,which I understood, but what didn’t make sense is that they have 2 dodgeball quarts, on one quart they had all the kids/teens wanting to play while on the other quart were children 3-5 jumping while there were trampolines open on the real trampolines for them. Could have gave them $20 each to go shopping instead

Very overpriced to jump on trampolines and not to mention they have socks that cost more money because they are different colors? Considering Minot ND has the same set up for half the price and they don’t discriminate against the brand of jump socks you bring.

It was a really fun place to goof around for an hour but it can be somewhat expensive. The service was pretty good, they all seemed nice and polite, though almost every employee in their must have been 16-17 at most. Made me feel old (ha!). Id definitely go back again.

We had a blast jumping! It wasnt busy when we were there so no waiting to use whatever area we wanted! Worth the time to go. So many laughs and just plain FUN!

Its unfortunate that you have instructors who tear down members of our community because of their weight and when other people of the same community voice their concerns you only delete them.

Fun place, but the rules are way too strict for having to sign a waiver. I understand the trampolines and the pit, but the bungee trampolines? The thrill from those is being able to perform and attract people. I have never been to a bungee trampoline that had these crappy rules, which make the stay within your skill level void. Needless to say the bungee trampolines were boring and not worth the 5 bucks i paid. Lessen the rules on the bungees or tear them down

Fun place to jump and get out some energy. Staff positioned in every area except one. Of course, thats the area a kid decided to jump right on my back in the foam pit. Ruined my adventure for the rest of the time period but I understood the risks.

It was an awesome time and I loved the nerf war we did. But I also liked the bungee jump.

We brought our school group there for an hour and a half. The place was clean. They even have two comfy massage chairs in the attached coffee shop. Seemed to have plenty of snacks and enough employees to cover all of the stations.

Just paid $40 to find out that there are more rules here than a jail especially if you want to have fun with your wife. Stayed for 5 min and walked out. Wont be coming back.

Skyzone is a fun place to jump. It is fun to hook up with friends. I love coming to skyzone.

Had my sons birthday party. It was fantastic! They did a great job! They provide a private room, pizza, soda, and an host who took care of everything. All I had to bring was the cake. As a single dad, this place is a life saver. I was able to enjoy the party while our host took care of everything!

We had a really great time here the other day. My kids especially loved the bungy jumping in the back. The dodgeball was also really popular with them. Will definitely go back. Wish it was open earlier on the weekdays. Doesnt open until 4 and closes at 8.

Love toddler time! Great way to play for a few hours when its so cold outside. Only wish the safety rules were a little more relaxed but I get it its for safety! Like you can only lift your toddler to waist height, which makes it harder to help them play basketball

Great for kids to bounce around and having fun. Even have a coffee shop and snack where if they are hungry they can get something to munch or drink at the concession.

Its not a bad trampoline place considering its the only one in the Bismarck area plus it seems to be kept clean and the grandkids love it. In other states Ive been to other trampoline centers such as Surge Ive noticed how much bigger they are with more to do including diving boards and ropes to jump and swing into foam pits, even giant electronic arms to jump and game with . Not only do some of these others seem bigger with more variety. The price was lower.

We had a blast hear, but staff was terrible. First employee to greet us was rude and barely spoke loud enough to hear over blaring music. Getting a snack later it took four, FOUR cashiers to ring us up and they still forgot part of our order.Will definitely come again, but sure hope the service improves.

Someone took my shoes. The employees arent very friendly. It is very unorganized. The one at Fargo is so much better. The Ninja warrior course isnt even a Ninja warrior course. Its bungee trampolines. The only reason I even consider coming to this one is because of the warped wall.

Music is a little too loud, but the kids enjoyed it. Lots of variety to keep them busy for the time paid.

Went to a birthday party here, they were very cordial and professional. The event host kept the kids occupied with games of follow the leader and Simon says. They decorated the room, served the food and kept the event organized and fun. I was very impressed! My daughter had a great time and everything went very smoothly.

This can be a fun place, however you are told too often, I cant have you doing that. Not worth the price to do so little. I was jumping in the area with four basketball hoops and was told I cant be jumping in there but it was not blocked off. The rules the employees were enforcing didnt make sense.

Best place to have a Birthday party. They literally did everything for us including taking the presents as kids came in, cut and served food and cake and made the whole experience wonderful. We had a child get hurt and the steps they took to make sure he was ok was very impressive and far exceeded our expectations. Definitely going back!!

The Bismarck skyline is poorly managed and thought out. Was kicked out of the terraced sitting area because they needed more room for a party. Yep might be a good idea to have adequate seating for those that bring the little ones to jump or the big ones wont becoming back. Needs works...

Fun atmosphere, but it was so crowded. The lines to buy tickets were not well thought out and block the front door. Those who bought tickets online had a longer wait than those that didnt. There are not enough places to rest. People leave their jackets and shoes all over the place. Maybe it will be better when the newness dies down, but for now, its a fun place I dont really have any desire to go back to.

Be aware that you are signing a waiver for a reason. Serious injuries can occur in the blink of an eye. My son tore his Achilles tendon on the warped wall here in Bismarck. As he went through surgery & rehab for his injury we were shocked by how many similar stories we heard from doctors, therapists & friends. People do get hurt here. Jumping on trampolines & running all over the place is super fun, until youre the one thats injured & facing a 6 month recovery. When they say play at your own risk, they mean it. I will never take my kids here or to any similar facility ever again, not because Im mad that my son was hurt, but because its dangerous. I really wish I had read the waiver & taken the warnings seriously.

To much money for one hour

Had a large childrens party there. We invited my sons whole class plus a few extra people. It was not very organized. I didnt know what was going on as far as check in for guests. Staff told parents to just leave their kids and they would escort them to party room. So i didnt get to meet all the parents. Some werent getting socks at check in. I dont know what happened to all the socks I paid for when several of the children came with socks already. No extras were given to me. My son didnt get the t-shirt that was supposed to come with the party. I think the worst thing though was 2 children were checked into my party that were for another party and though the sticker was corrected, they were still in the computer for our party. When we were trying to get a head count at cake time to make sure everyone was there, the names we had from check in didnt match the kids we had. I hadnt meet everyone and thought I had lost 2 children. It seemed like the staff was more concerned with keeping the party on time than missing children. The one young man who was initially helping me was getting flak from others for not being on task. I finally broke down because in my opinion, if we believe a child is missing, everything stops until the child is located. I did not feel that their main concern was locating possibly missing children. The two children were finally located at the party they came for.

It was so much fun. Loved watching my family have so much fun and my parents sat at a table with their friends with plenty of room to sit and watch us kids play!

I was greeted with a smile and a big welcome upon entering. The staff were very helpful and knew just how to get me jumping! The facility is very clean and there was always a helping hand when you needed one!
