The uniquely decorated restaurant that is so interesting for customers. This restaurant provides fresh and healthy foods. Must come with friends and family. They have American Traditional foods, Venues, and Event Spaces, and Social Clubs.

Customer service is very horrible. Upon arrival you have to sign a form providing your contact information which included, address, full name, and Date of birth before entry. I experience my very discomfort of racism. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The STAFF was very rude, aggressive tone was spoken towards my party who came to show support. I didn’t even last 5 minutes as they contact the Police officers to remove my friends and I from the property. They are very disgusting. Being inform of YOUR RIGHTS is important. No one should travel miles to a city and fill out an application for a club atmosphere. There are other great places to go in the city of Birmingham.. Do your research before you go!!

Always has been and still is the staple in terms of letting go and enjoying yourself and your friends on a night out. Its still so much fun. I would caution, You betta work!. ..Cheers!

This place is a literal joke. I visited from Texas and experienced the literal WORST customer service I’ve ever seen at a bar.Aside from the rude employees (specifically the guys checking IDs and taking your “membership card”), the facility itself is disgusting. The bathrooms are gross, and the floors and bars are even worse.The only good thing about this bar is the bartender George. Everything else is trash. Huge disappointment overall.

Inexpensive beer and fast service. This is a place my friend Billy loves. Its not my type of atmosphere nor is it a place Id go unless he wanted too. I always have fun when Im there with him. Oh, the employees are really friendly too.

It is strange to fill out a form before you go in but the cashier explained that the city of Birmingham has some strange laws(probably homophobic) but whatever I’ve got nothing to hide. Very friendly staff. Big space. Gets busy later.

It was honestly the worst club I’ve ever been to. Waste of time and money. Please save yourself the headache and sticky shoes. Avoid the tragedy that is this so called “club”.

Keep your expectations very low and you’ll be ok. The music is terrible, the restrooms are always filthy, and the folks who work the door are always rude. A little bit of good customer service would go a long way here.

The Club on its own is actually decent. The drinks and the Service were fine too. The only thing, which I did not find amusing were the people who were looking for fights.

Its almost a landmark in Birmingham, Alabama. The best bar for alternative lifestyles and they even make heterosexuals feel welcome. The drag shows are amazing. To have stayed this busy and open this many years, they are doing it absolutely right!!!!! Always a blast.

So the Quest is cancelled. My friend got assaulted in the dance room and his phone was stolen from him. No one did anything. No one called the police or helped him at all. This place is terrible. We will NOT be coming back Im spreading the word. Be careful if you decide to go, your community will not have your back at AT ALL.

The DJ is not even a DJ. He literally play music from CDs n did such a bad job changing from song to song. Not just that he only have 2 or 3 CDs. If you are a regular you know exactly the order of the song. He don’t care to DJ any more and most of the time you will not even see him playing with the music. Just please let him retire already the place will be 100% better. Or just let the DJ that normally come at 3am play the first set.

My husband and I started going to the Quest originally because they are the only club open 24/7 365 a year. Yes! My husband was absolutely terrified and a little phobic even though my brother is gay, my husband has lovingly defended the club to ignorant people who have been raised to hate. We have the most amazing time in The Quest anytime we get to take advantage of a date night

Great music and cheap drinks. Its not fancy, sometimes a little messy, but dont let that stop you from coming- always a good time here.

This is a boring club full of people that just stand around doing absolutely nothing.Music? Nonexistent. You could have a better dance session in the parking lot.Drinks? Impossible to order because everyone crowds around the filthy bar five people deep and wont move for the life of Jesus H. Christ.The dance floor was being used by an atrocious drag queen that was asking four people stupid questions as though they were celebrities. The words contrived and cheap come to mind.If you live in Birmingham, I suppose this is an OK place to come after youre burned out, trashed and destroyed. I mean, everyone in the place looked like they were already majorly faded. Were taking Arizona sun bleached faded!!! Yeah, it was barely 1:30 too.It gets one star because theres no smoking inside. Apparently theres a patio area off the miniature dance floor, but nobody in my party could find it because the place was just lame.We left after 20 minutes; spread out over two mini visits in one night.

Im here all the time. Love this place always have.

They now require a membership card to get in. Its free, BUT I would love for someone to explain why a BAR needs documentation of my place of employment. They have NO REASON to need that.

Its a tuesday night. There is one customer and two bartenders. They card me and start talking about needing a membership card. I ask them what that entails. They respond that they dont understand my question. Im not sitting through paperwork to be your second customer in the place lol. I took my id back and walked out. Will not return.

No dance floor open, no music playing except the juke box and does not allow smoking. Alcoholic drinks were not very good and the place is small and not entertaining at all. We decided to test the flow of traffic and activities held on a weekly basis by attending once a night for several hours Monday - Thursday and never once was the dance floor open or any entertainment besides the jukebox available along with a very small bar. Not impressed and in my humbled opinion it appeared they were either going out of business or closing down soon because contrary to their reputation, the place was not busy or crowded and was not fun at all. Will not return and we specifically visited Birmingham to visit this club as it has been years since we last attended any event here.

The DJ needs to be replaced. The bar is kind of a bad joke with people waiting excessively long times. It is more strange and offputting than fun. The words trashy and boring come to mind.

Literally the worst bar/club experience ever.I was initially curious why there were only 3 other customers, but I figured out what the problem was.Close your eyes and imagine this scenerio:Youre at the bar, with a silent Nazi Germany video playing in the background, and a rap song plays for 3 1/2 minutes, until suddenly, the music stops, and the only sound available is from the steady drip of water from the ceiling to the lonely pool table, and the sound of fingernails scrapping across jeans as the only other guy at the bar scratches his nut sack.The 24/7 karaoke wasnt turned on, even after numerous requests to the DJ turned into desperate pleas but were ultimately ignored because he was bored and wanted to stand outside and chainsmoke the entire night away.And if youve ever wanted to experience bathroom rape in Birmingham, THIS is the place to get your hopes up! Because with no nights on from the bar, to the next room, down the dark hallway, through the dark dance room, to the pitch black bathrooms, which you will need a light on your phone to find, youre sure to experience surprise sex from a stranger and never see them approach!DO NOT GO HERE! Its gone WAAAAAY down hill.

I live in Birmingham and this is always the go to club for my friends and I when were all together. This club is nice just because the people are very polite and the shows are great but the music SUCKS. The music is so bad. I dont understand how anyone could actually dance to it unless they are very faded. I would gladly DJ for yall because the music is pathetic. Its a GAY club...Beyonce or Rihanna should be playing.... Not songs that literally no one has heard of. Please get a new dj or hire me and yall will get way more business.

Worst experience ever!!! Made us stand out in 20 degree weather and wouldnt let anyone in. Yelled when we tried to put our hands in the window because there was heater and slammed the window closed.

Was ok... My first time going out so I didnt know drinks too well and the bartender was a butthole about it so just because of him I wont go back, sure knew how to ruin a fun night. Other than that was pretty laid back

I would think they would be more cool. Sadly not. I almost got arrested for DUI for listening to music in their parking lot. A birmingham rent a cop went all crazy on my ass. He was assuming I was drinking alcohol on their premisesI was not. He told me to leave or be charged with DUI. So I left. Never again, dont waste your time or money at this place.Update.Sadly, went back 6 months later to find another female cop at the bar. She heard me talking about my past experience. She then showed me her badge and threatened me. This place is scary as hell. I left being very scared, worried for my well being. I have now official learned my lesson. Stay away from the Quest and all homophobic police officers.
