Im sorry that this review has taken so long.We had our wedding here on January 1, 2020. The venue was amazing! We were able to seat about 120 people in the dining room for the ceremony and then serve them dinner in the banquet room. Heatherwood provided the staff (including a bartender for a cash bar), tables, chairs (I did rent some for the ceremony), napkins, tablecloths, plates, glasses and silverware. They catered my Lady & the Tramp menu of Spaghetti with Meatballs and Chicken Alfredo. We had several vegetarians and dietary restrictions that Heatherwood covered by separating the sauces and meats from the pastas. The salad bar was absolutely covered with anything you would want! I did manage to take some salad home with me and it was awesome! I had no expectation for excellence as this was a second marriage for both of us. Heatherwood FAR EXCEEDED our expectations and truly worked with us to make the day very special. The prices were very reasonable and our guests were VERY impressed with the service and food. They serve lunch to the public there so, if you are looking for a venue for your event, check out their beautiful facilities and wonderful food. Thank you, Heatherwood, for an unforgettable night! Top notch quality!I had not been here since it had reopened and was quite pleased at the quality of the food I had for lunch. I chose the Caesar salad with blackened shrimp. I was quite happy with this selection. The salad was excellent. There was just the right amount of dressing on it, and the shrimp was fantastic! I sat out on the porch and enjoyed the view. (Which you can see from the picture I have included.)The service was excellent and the food came out in quick time. The price was quite reasonable for what I got.I am looking forward to trying the Friday night buffet.It is good to see this restaurant and grill reopen in this neighborhood.

Played 8/20/20 and the course was in EXCELLENT condition. New owners, awesome facility and carts with large GPS. Not a bad lie in any fairway and greens were plush. The food in the grill was delicious! The course is tight with lots of elevation changes! Considering joining after only one round. All around GREAT experience.

I had my rehearsal dinner here and it was wonderful! They were very accommodating after my original location got canceled and put together such a nice dinner for me when I thought we were just going to have to cancel. They were also extremely accommodating with food allergies. The food was delicious! And the patio was beautiful. They even had a projector for a slideshow of pictures my family wanted to show. I cant rave enough. If you have any event, even if you think its too late to plan, they will take great care of you!

Very narrow course. Prepare to lose a lot of golf balls.

This course has a lot of potential but the maintenance is severely lacking. Most of the tee boxes are in rough shape and most of the bunkers have no sand. Some holes are nice but most need some work. If you can find a deal to play under $25 it’s not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

I cant comment on the course, but the driving range is a little short...7 iron max for most people.

Course layout is great and challenging, BUT the course maintenance is AWFUL. The edges of the holes are completely frayed, the greens are running at close to 14, not because they are built that way, but because they are never watered or maintained. Never have I been so penalized for good shots in my life. Good luck creating enough back spin on these greens to stop the ball. You will have better luck stopping it on the cart path. I come here a lot because it is close, but at $40 for 18 holes during the week, I will not be coming back. Told the guy in the pro shop about it, and he just laughed. I do not recommend this course to anyone.

Wow. Calling this course a goat track is an insult to goats. I get that it’s cheap but no one on the maintenance crew has been on that course in months. There are still fall leaves in the abandoned traps. Play cheap balls- you will lose them in the most ridiculous places- like in ruts on the fairways and immediately off the greens. Pay $15 more and play a real golf course...

West End High School Class of 1969 recently held our 50 year reunion at the club. We considered 4 venues and ultimately chose Heatherwood Hills. It was by far the best choice we could have made. Sandy Deaton was so easy to work with. Everything we asked for was available. The food was great. Ive never been associated with a party/meeting where Ive heard so many nice compliments from attendees. The comment I heard most often was This is by far the best reunion weve ever had. Thank you, Sandy Deaton, and every person working there that helped make the night a huge success.

My daughter takes golf lessons here through her school so I admit we dont do much and have never been on the green but so far so good. The pro shop leaves MUCH to be desired.

This place is really nice. But I’m giving them a bad review in hopes that they will reach out to me regarding membership. I’ve emailed 4 times and called twice, and no one has responded to me emails or bothered to call me back.

Amazing views and really nice hole layouts. Greens could use some work, but thats probably mostly due to the time of year. Overall really enjoyed it

The course just reopened recently after being closed for years. Considering the terrible drought we had for most of 2016 and early 2017, this course is in great playing shape. The fairways are near perfect and the greens look great but are fairly hard and quick. The tee boxes have a little ways to go before they match the rest of the course. So far, the greens fees cannot be beat, I played last weekend for $30 with cart! I would definitely recommend giving this course a shot!

I am so glad they opened back up. The price for the golfing (all parts) cannot be beat, and the atmosphere is great. They are just missing tennis courts and the pool....But the restaurant is great too! Go on hamburger day! So much yummy food for a great price!

This is an amazing place. The staff is gracious and very helpful. The price is amazing. The course is extremely challenging, the some VERY narrow fairways leaving the tee boxes but still a good course. Bring a LOT of balls, you are seriously going to need them. The bunkers are in extreme need of attention but all in all its a wonderful place to spend the day loosing balls! LOL

The course is fun and in great shape! The food is really good, trivia night is always awesome, and now the pool is open!!!

Tight golf course. I understand it has been re-opened for a short time. This place is gonna be great again. They are working on the course, trimming trees back and working on some fairways. Bunkers? Im sure are in the plan to rework. Little work gonna be nice. Very challenging, bring your irons.

My daughter takes swimming lessons their swimming is covered with a circus size tent, daughter likes it and swim coach is really good would give 5STAR if pool was indoor

Heatherwood has come a long way in the past two years. If you want a nice, challenging course (some of the fairways are fairly narrow) this is the one for you. The price is also second to none!

The customer service was exceptional, and the course conditions are looking great! I highly recommend playing this course. GREAT PRICE!

There is a saying when you are playing a bad round of golf that it is better than if you were working. We always say “better than working” after we sign our cards for our mid 90s around. Let me say this about Heatherwood Hills. I would rather work.

Great design ! Very challenging and the elevation changes add beauty to it... needs sand in the bunkers, hole layout on the score cards !

I played at Heatherwood country club yesterday for the first time and I had a really good time I will definitely be going back. I played my best game so far

We have our BNI meetings at the Heatherwood Country Club and the club provides our lunch it is always excellent I would recommend eating at the grill inside the club you will be glad you did.

Nice little course, surprised its not more popular. Good happy hour specials.
