So Ive been in twice while Chris was working. NEW BEST FRIEND. Dude said I was being just a lil difficult tonight.... He didnt stop until he found the absolutely perfect mod for me.This is now my go-to place. Do not let the small shop size fool you. It has TARDIS Technology. Its much bigger on the inside than the outside.This has to be hands down the best vape shop in Birmingham.
Im only in the city for the night and I was hoping to find a place in passing that had cigars. I was thrilled to find this small little store.They have cigars, vape products, cbd products, vaporizers, and all sorts of health tonic/remedies.Melissa was the person there who helped me and even when I asked for obnoxiously specific stuff she didnt happen to know, she immediately looked it up online for me to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I dont know how many times Ive had an employee of somewhere do that for me, but man was it nice how incredibly helpful she was. I came here originally for my friend in the hospital to get her some vape juice. Melissa was very helpful and directed me to something to tie my friend over. I came back to buy stuff for myself. Will be back very soon!

I hear they have made some changes to management and I help that his helps with the way hard working employees are treated. As a former employee that dearly loved this business and treated it as my own, I wish them success in the Birmingham area and wish I could have been part of it. As a morning commuter, on several occasions when I have stopped by to purchase something near opening, I have waited up to 20-30 minutes past the opening time (9:00am) just to eventually give up and leave after no employee turns up to open the store. This waste of time and gas is irritating, if not infuriating. If a store cannot reliably open by the times they themselves post, they should simply set a later opening time in lieu of inconveniencing their own customers.
Friendly atmosphere and great prices. Its a small place so not the best to bring a group of friends but great for 1 to 2 people to shop. Definitly worth checking out!

This place was not open at 9 I’ve been waiting along with a few other people to get into the store. I was leaving Alabama to go back to Atlanta and was waiting to get vape supplies for the road. Been over 30 min after supposed open time and no one is here. Very unprofessional.

Normally this would be a 5 star review because I love the shop and the people that work there but unfortunately today I had not so great experience. Ive come to love the CBD oils the sell and get the regularly. Today I made a plan to go my scheduled refill and I found myself to come to the store front, open sign up and lights on, but the door locked.Ordinarily this wouldnt be a huge issue but I was on my lunch break and did not have time to wait around. If you are CLOSING FOR LUNCH you should PUT YOUR CLOSED SIGN UP and probably turn your lights off too. Thats just misleading. Disappointed...

Horrible experience, bought the infinite CBD pre filled vape pen, expecting it to last a week or two the next day all the liquid had leaked out. Went to the store and all the guy could tell me was no refunds or exchanges. $50 product I never got the chance to use. On top of that just found out the infinite CBD themselves sell the pen for only $24 on their website. SMH

Gallery Smoke is another shop - not owned or operated by locals - thats contributing to the rampant gentrification of a historic Birmingham community. As more and more wealthy white non-local business owners like Brian and Grace Kelly swoop into areas like Southside and Avondale to greedily take peoples money, more and more members of our communities are being pushed out of their native neighborhoods to be displaced by a gentry class of yuppies that dont care about or benefit Birmingham. We have a long and colorful culture in Birmingham, especially in the Southside area, and it would be to the entire citys detriment to forget elements of our history and culture in order to line the pockets of already wealthy non-locals. Dont shop here! There are other smoke shops in Birmingham that have been long-standing features of Southsides smoky underground culture. Giving your money to this chain smoke shop is giving away our city to wendigos. Dont do it!

The staff does not know the stores return policies. Management cannot decide on the stores policies. No Refunds -- Even Unopened Items with Receipt is NOWHERE posted. Three trips to the same store and three different stories only to be shafted by these clowns. Just trade somewhere else.
