Definitely a great place to go if youre looking for an activity in the Birmingham area! Even during the winter there are heaters to keep you warm, so being outside is still pleasant. The food is good and the atmosphere is very fun. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Top Golf! I don’t think there is a way to have a bad experience here. We always enjoy the game play and hitting golf balls. We usually don’t order food so I really can’t help you out there.

Celebrated a friends birthday at Top Golf Birmingham on 11/25 and it was our best experience yet. Our bay host/server, Carol went above and beyond for us and did an outstanding job. She is an amazing staff member and made us feel so welcome.The staff did a great job of getting our party in side by side bays to comply with Covid regulations. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Great atmosphere, meet a lot of new people, getting to be extremely popular had to add extra parking area across the street near the new stadium theyre building. Got in some nice night pics.

You would think this place would slowly lose its spark, especially since COVID. But definitely not. EVERY employee was pleasant and competent- from the front door greeter to the floor manager to our bay waitress. The food was really good too! Keep it up Top Golf Bham! Reason it didn’t get 5 stars is it’s a bit pricey, but almost worth it!

If youve never golfed, then you need to visit Topgolf! Golf is much more fun at Topgolf, than at a golf course. I brought my family, and everyone had lots of fun!

It is a great time! Six can be in a bay at one time. We had a party of four. Bay rental, one hour of play, two memberships and drinks was $57. $14.25 per person wasnt bad. We were told it was a two hour wait and 30 minutes later we were told our bay was ready. We will be back.

Every city needs one of these! A ton of fun with good food and drink. Service is Topnotch as well. Will be back every time we visit Birmingham.

Our server/facilitator, Roman, was AMAZING!!! He had the best attitude all night and was super helpful with all the requests that we had. He is the best! The receptionist at the door, Bryer, was super sweet too! Thumbs up for being a student and working at the same time! Great experience because of the team.

Theyre doing a great job cleaning between parties, and I felt comfortable going there during the pandemic. The waiters/waitresses are usually really friendly and there are lots of coupons and deals you can get in on, and the food is pretty good. A fun outing for sure!

Top Golf is a blast. Really good time for the family. The one big negative is the wait time and the inability to find out what the wait time will be without driving out there. There were no bays to reserve, but the online wait time said 15 minutes and it turned out to be well over an hour. On a previous trip we put our name down and told it was about a 1 hour wait and it turned into 2 hour wait. Desperately need to improve system on waiting. Would go more if they fixed it.

Wow! This place is so much fun. We went on a Saturday night and made a reservation ahead of time. It was packed, but they did enforce social distancing, wearing mask, and cleaning the bays. I wish I had this place closer to where I live.

Our visit to Top Golf for my sons birthday started off great. We had fun and the waitress brought out a cool happy birthday thing for him. Once we got close to finishing up the entire mood changed. The waitress would stand at the screen not letting you play the game until you decided if you wanted to extend or not. Once we decided to leave, we were going to use a gift card they top golf sent us a promotion for to get 10$ off game play. Well, she had to take us to see a manager to even use the gift card which pulled us away with 20 minutes left of play. Then they did not honor the 10$ bonus because we asked for a military discount No where on the site did it say they couldnt be used together but when we got to the manager he simply stared at the screen and then walked away. So we asked again did we get the 10$ free play and she said well no you cant do that. All the while our clock is running on the game. Do you think they gave us that time back? Absolutely not. And when I asked for an itemized list of my check the manager again said nothing but rolled his eyes and shook his head at us. We were part of a large group that spent alot of money there and this customer service was completely uncalled for. And not to mention the waitress was in such a hurry to get us outta there she snatched a cup of water and spilled it all over one of our partys phones. It was like once we were done playing they were pushing us out the door. I certainly hope they get better at service especially to those who serve this country.

WE WALKED TO TOP GOLF FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER DURING INTERMISSION. EXCELLENT WAY TO RELIEVE STRESS. DECENT DRINKS & SOLID BAR FOOD.

Our experience was lacking to say the least. We thoroughly loved the golf. The waitress(Shannon) was good to start but when time started to run out she became very rude. We elected to add an hour which seemed to annoy her. She brought our bill(which was wrong) 20 minutes before time run out when she found out we were not adding more time. We asked her to correct the bill and she seemed even more annoyed. We had ran out of time by this point and she told us we had to get our stuff and get out of the bay. We were trying to finish our drinks but she took them before we could and got coke on our phones and other items with no apology. Now, we have to go to the manager (Jarrod) at this point and he was annoyed that we asked him to correct their mistakes on the bill. He finally got the bill correct after going to him twice. They made us feel very unwelcome.

Social distancing is a memory here, staff were good on masks, and they enforced the 6 person limit for the T area. Bar staff were slow at best, at they finally noticed me without a beer (at the bar, 1 other person, and 5 bar staff walking by.) Reservation times, well, they can do what they can, I guess.

Been twice recently and both times people who came after us were called before us. Customer service is poor and not helpful. Loved the experience once you get In the bay if you can make it that far. Definitely need more focus on the front desk training and organization as well as customer service skills.

Always a great time. Lots of laughing and family bonding. We go any time friends or family are in town.The food is always better than you would expect and the bar drinks are just right.They do a good job of making sure everyone has a good time.

This place is fantastic! I wish there were more of these over the country. I wouldnt be surprised if this company started spreading. The golf here is great, and thats coming from someone who typically hates golf. The technology is neat and the staff is super friendly providing great service.

Awesome place to casually golf. However, DO NOT ENTER YOUR EMAIL WHEN YOU ARRIVE. They don’t tell you they will charge you $5 to post your score and it will be on your ticket at the end. The waitress wouldn’t even take it off after I explained it was an accident after I spent plenty of money on food and drinks alone.

Our tried attempted to make a reservation; however, their website would not allow us to make one. So my group went ahead and went to the place knowing that we would have to wait as walk-ins. They told us that it would be 2 hours so we put our name down and they said they would text us when a bay was available. Came back in 2 hours and they said that it would be another 30 minutes. Waited the 30 minutes and they said it would be another hour wait. The most disorganized place I’ve ever been. Could’ve told us over text message that our wait would be extended. Would not recommend.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. We had a reservation for 2 bays and when the time came, they only gave us 1 Bay. They said that they need to accommodate the other customers. I completely understand that, but we made a reservation for 2 bays. I dont understand. Is there a preference in customers? How come other customers needs accommodation when we made a reservation?

Service at this Topgolf has always been top notch and the food is great. Always a fun atmosphere for a family day or get together.

We made a reservation 3 days prior, we even confirmed our visit that morning, when we arrived some rude associate working the door told us they were behind on getting things ready and told us to wait another hour. He did not bother asking for our names or if we needed anything for our wait. Before making the 30 minute drive and arriving early for our reservation, it would have been nice to get a notification about them being slow on service or to arrive later. Once we finally got our bay, no one ever approached us for food or drinks during that whole hour. However, someone did show up to collect our 40$ for using the bay right before the hour. What kind of service is this? I will not be taking my family to this location anymore. The current global situation is no excuse for rude and lackluster service to your customers. The only reason I bothered paying for the bay is the kids enjoyed hitting some golf balls.

Normally my family has a great time at top golf. This friday night however was the worst. We waited 2.5 hours for a bay, and never had a chance to golf due to someone setting off the sprinkler system. Wasted hours no golf no food

Prices are high so definitely go when theres a special. Everyone that plays pays an extra $5 for a lifetime membership. We went on a Tuesday when it was 1/2 off. 3 bays and 18 to 20 playing cost about $400. We had fun! Even those that didnt like golf enjoyed themselves. Wish they had drink specials. We ordered spinach dips, burgers, chicken sandwiches, wing trios and lots of alcohol. Everyone paid for their own food. Food was okay could have been seasoned a little more. The bar is great and the bartenders were fun they even danced.

So for those wanting to know what this is....think bowling with golf....or skee ball with golf.... You take turns and have a variety of ways to play. Only 6 people can play at a time. Its $$ unless you plan on doing it split.The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious, the service fast and friendly, and the games....so much fun!

I went with my wife and daughter and we had a great time. Ive played golf a little throughout my life but my wife and daughter have never been. We all had a wonderful time. All employees were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is sometimes the computer system that keeps up with the points was a little slow to update and since your charged by the hour that can get frustrating. At the end of the day though this place is pretty cool. We will definitely be back.

Very fun for adults and kids alike. I went to a party there once and in the time that I was there passed by so quickly because I was having so much fun. Management was nice to me when I sort of got lost trying to find a party. Very fun experience for all ages 10 out of 10 would go again.

Topgolf handled our large group with ease on New Years Day. The food was quick - yummy pub eats - and the prices were affordable! So many thanks to Elliott for being an awesome server. The heaters outside made it so comfortable for nighttime golfing. We will be back!

We had a company outing here and everyone had a great time. Several people with us had never played golf and still had a great time. Reminds me of bowling. The food was very giod also. We will be going back again very soon.

My dept mgr at work reserved an area for 15 of my coworkers for team building on a Thursday, 6-9 pm. The company paid for a taco bar buffet that tasted good. It was crowded, but parking was abundant. Our designated servers were very attentive. I enjoyed my first visit there.

Went here a couple weeks ago for the first time and had a blast!Prices are slightly higher than Willie Nelson on a Friday night but if youve got some change in your pocket plus some its a great place to go!Ive never had such a great time playing with long shafts and balls in all my life like I did at TopGolf.Warning,The pizza is just flat bread with pepperoni and sauce on top. Would I recommend you getting it? Yes.Theyve got more games to play than the Jigsaw murderer from SAW.

Been to this location twice and had 2 totally different experiences. The first time was on a Tuesday evening and we went on a whim but had a pretty good experience in a bay. However, the second time was on a Saturday evening and it was horrible all the way around. We didnt have time to wait for a bay to open since we had dinner reservations, so we decided to get a table and just have a few drinks. We had no idea who our server was so we asked the bartenders about it and they said theyll let her know. After about 30 minutes 2 servers argued about whos table it was and eventually we got one. Ordered a round and got our drinks, and she NEVER returned. We spent an hour and a half there at a table and only got one round of drinks. Im not sure if they were short staffed, overcrowded, or just had bad service, but the experience was bad and Im not in a hurry to go back. At least the drink was ok

This was an absolute disgrace. We came 45 min before reservation time, yet got in 30 min after reservation time. Employees stand around and do nothing. No supervision, no oversight. Management should all be fired for this shame

We had reservations for this Topgolf location but that obviously does not matter. It took almost 45 minutes from our reservation time for us to even get to our bay. Once we got to our bays that were next to each other the employees couldnt figure out how to get us setup so we all had to use one bay (way too many people). In the middle of play we had 2 male employees come and tell us that we were reported for targeting the ball pickup guys in the field. We were not hitting at them and theres no way anyone could figure out who is hitting balls at them when there are that many people hitting at once. We were accused of this and nothing else was said. We will not ever be back to this location. Poor service

My family and I have enjoyed going to Top golf and have been 3 or 4 times. We have to drive about an hour to get there. This time we had extremely bad service while there. Our waitress was non-existent. Other people brought our food and drinks. We didnt get any refills on our drinks and when we did ask for an item it was a long wait time to get it. It wasnt that busy when we were there, so there is no excuse.

This place scams new players looking to enjoy traditional driving ranges. We made a $55 reservation to play and when taken to our bay (passing multiple empty bays) we were told that all we paid for so far was the reservation fee, not game time. We apparently paid a premium higher than our bay fee to skip the line according to our attendant, when there was no line to skip I. The slightest. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a range visit Westside Golf. Cheaper and friendlier service for newer players.
