The Kroc Center worked well enough when I joined, but quickly started to ask for more money than agreed upon when I joined. The gym is very underwhelming and you can expect to not find a lot of equipment that is pretty standard in any other gym. The water park is good for the price, but be wary that the membership price you agree on at the beginning can always change.

My kids and I recently moved to the area and we have a membership. We go almost everyday except weekends. The facility is always clean. Staff members are usually nice and helpful. A young girl working at the front desk is always kinda rude and never makes eye contact and never greets us properly.I usually go to the gym. My kids love the play area . In all it’s a great place for the kids.

Worst customer service ever....called before arriving received wrong information from employee on phone. Spoke with Manager Jeff..he was horrible and had an attitude that he was busy counting money. I spoke to his Manager Danielle Ann Marie who walked up to me talking loud rushing me stating that she already knew what I wanted to speak with her about... If they werent so busy rushing they could have provided accurate information.

I arrived at the center to swim with my family today. I’m a large man, and feel more comfortable wearing a larger shirt because of my body type. The woman at the counter looked me over and stated “no cotton allowed in the pool.” She told me I could take my shirt off or go across the street to family dollar. I told her they probably don’t have my size. She shrugged her shoulders, and said “I’m sorry, that’s our policy.” All of this happened without her having any eye contact with me. I said, “what a blessing this place is...may I have my money back?” She said, “no refunds.” I had to press the issue for her to call her boss and get permission for a refund. She was so cordial over the phone with her boss, but callous and inconsiderate to me. A young man who worked there apologized and tried to troubleshoot with me. Even the cleaning lady was kind. Not their boss though. I haven’t felt this discriminated against since I was being bullied on the schoolyard as a child. Thanks for the memories Kroc Center.

I like the Kroc center BUT: They can only charge $25 a month because they have workout classes. For those of us that don’t do classes, more attention needs to be made in the machines. When I get on a machine I like to watch TV. Most of the machines TVs are out of cink and/or don’t work. They should be checked daily. Also, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF $50 initiation fee? If I paid it once and stopped coming for a little while, I shouldn’t have to pay it again.

Took my kids there today while on our vacation. While in the pool, i stepped on someones earring. Then my husband noticed a bandaid floating around in the pool. We didnt know there was a height restriction on the big slide which is the only reason we even went.

When we first arrived, my family had a great time. My daughter was able to go down the slide and my son was able to play in the remainder of the swimming area. Towards the end of our time, my daughter was informed by one of the lifeguards that she could no longer go down the big slide because of her height. This lifeguards name is Cheyenne. She stated that my daughter wasn’t tall enough. Prior to her being the lifeguard on duty, there were 3 other lifeguards. I asked her why it was okay for my daughter to go down the slide with the previous lifeguards. And she just shrugged her shoulders. My daughter was crying because she couldn’t go down the slide anymore. And for Cheyenne, those emotions didn’t matter. I informed the front desk/receptionist of my disappointment and how it ruined the remainder of our time there. Not sure if anything was said to this lifeguard. My frustration is that the staff wasn’t consistent. If it was okay for my daughter to go down the slide from the beginning of our time, why was it an issue at the end. Poor customer service.

This is actually a nice facility with several activities for all ages, however I strongly disagree with their policy of requiring parents to pay just to supervise their own children. My 8 year old is not allowed to be in the pool area without parental supervision, which is understandable, however I dont understand why I have to pay full price pool admission just to sit by the pool and watch him play. I dont think parents should be required to pay to supervise their own kids. He cant go in alone. So I am required to go in with him. I explained to the nice lady at the front desk that I wouldnt be swimming or even getting in the water. I would only be supervising my child. Also, I didnt pay for myself the 3 weeks prior when I brought him to the pool. So I didnt understand why I had to pay this time. She just said its their policy that whoever goes in the back has to pay. I told her that its a terrible policy. So two stars is all I can give them. I wont be coming back.

We had a great time swimming. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were on vacation and our hotel pool was out of service, and we came to this community pool, great choice! They had pool toys, a slide, water basketball and lazy river. It was clean and had life guards. I highly recommend it. It was $8 a person for 2 hours for non residents.

I went here yesterday & took my 4 y/o grandson & we had a blast. It was the perfect size for him & did not have to worry about him getting blistered. It was not crowded, the different activities were perfect for him. He loved the buckets & birds emptying out water & all the water spouts splashing all the time. The lazy river was fun too. I would highly recommend it for any age child. He was not tall enough to go down the big slide but the baby one was ok for him. The best money spent for a few hours of play. Well supervised with alot of lifeguards present. The only drawback was the strong smell of chlorine but other than that it was great. I will return again. I think I had as much fun as he did!!!

Great facility! Awesome prices for amazing variety of services, activities and programs for all the family. Membership is worth every penny. Gym, child care, children programs like sports, music, art, camps, after school. Adult athletic programs. And a great indoor pool facility especially good for kids. My son loves it.

We loved this place last year....purchased 2 sessions. The 1st session, the doors were open and place seemed well enough ventilated. 2nd session, the doors were closed and the chlorine was very strong. My kids and my eyes hurt so bad and my son was coughing. We felt like we couldnt breathe and had to leave kinda disappointed. We requested the doors be opened back up, since it seemed like it provided better air flow throughout the facility but, they wouldnt. We want to come back again but, Im scared to drive that far and have the same experience. Do you primarily keep the doors open now due to all of the heavy chlorination??? because honestly other than that, we loved this place!

Was very disappointed. My children and I were turned away, Sorry, were sold out. We wont have an available session until 6:00 p.m. Not what I wanted to hear. Not in the best area either. We live out of Mississippi, so its not a short drive for us. We were grateful our hotel had an indoor pool, so our kids did have a chance to have fun swimming. We will NOT be back just to be turned away. Not a good way to do business.

The staff there treated me and my family with the most respect it was like being with family!! The lifeguards are very attentive, the staff is friendly and the gym is up to date. The bathrooms are always clean and the basketball gym has a friendly atmosphere amongst everyone. They knew us well and when our family went through a tragedy they were there for support!! I love the Kroc Center and its the main reason why our family hopes to move back to Biloxi one day.

Very nice building and service to Community. They had basketball practice, karate classes, 5k, 10k, and a mile fun run being organized, a gym, and a cafe. Excellent addition to Biloxi. Out back they had a complete track and field facility. Very vice community facility. Support this organization.

We drove an hour from Mobile only to be turned away at the door because they were at capacity and we didnt have advanced tickets. I follow their page on Facebook and did my research before taking the trip. However, NOWHERE on their page does it recommend getting advanced tickets, and after letting down the 5 kids I had with me they will never see my business again.

Love the Kroc center and the friendly staff. Don’t know why some people write a bad review when they just drop by with their kids to go swimming and the Kroc is already crowded so they get turned away. Here’s an idea: get there earlier.

RACISTS!!! Omg, its been a long time since Ive experienced racism like this. I accompanied a friend and her children here for the first time on Sunday to swim. The parking lot was almost empty. The guy at the door told us they were full and we couldnt come in unless we had a reservation. Ok, didnt make much sense but we were gonna just roll with that until.....we saw another family about to go in. We politely asked them if they had a reservation, they said no and it was their first time there. Nice, friendly people. So we witnessed and heard them going up to the door, asked if it was their first time, and immediately being offered a tour and paperwork for membership that they could pay for after the tour. They were not asked for a reservation. We go up to the door again and say that the previous family (who were white) went in w/o a reservation. The guy at the door comes with full bs rudeness, stating that the family was YMCA members and thats why they were let in. Then we asked for a tour, and after talking around in circles he said we would have to pay for a membership in advance and get the tour later. They dont have to worry about us coming back.
