Ive stayed here three times and always enjoy it. Because of COVID-19 there is no buffet, valet, shows, and only one restaurant opened for breakfast. Unfortunately could hear thru the walls. Nonetheless, its a posh resort to stay at even if youre not into casinos like me. There are shops, restaurants, and a spa. Most staff are great, but I did have one person who was a bit snarky. Love the attention to detail they give the lobby.

They are really pushing people to come back to the casino. They gave us a free hotel stay and $60 food credit. Brought mom for her birthday. We ordered food for 3 people but there was only 2 of us. We were able to take it to go. We actually won $190 which we have never won here in the past but they did give us $150 free play. We stopped playing while we were ahead. Always really nice displays here.

We had a nice stay. We were in the stay well Queen deluxe, the room was clean and beds very comfy. The casino was fun, we won a small jackpot,so that was great! Very smoky but tolerable. I will have to say cudos to the Beau for cleanliness....employees literally everywhere cleaning and wiping things down...only downside for us was no where to grab a bite to eat late night, but overall we enjoyed our stay and will return!

We were 4, there to have a good time and we did. Had the Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious, lightly smoked turkey was moist. We were in the sport betting and bar and service was outstanding. Spent few hours gambling back on the floor and everyone was friendly. Good Thanksgiving with the family

Our first visit & were here for 2 nights. More than we expected & prices were fair with several things being real bargains. The hotel price was the best so that left plenty to spend on other activities. This is our third winter at the Gulf area & we always look for good value .

My husband Craig and I had The most romantic vacation ever, The staff seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us, each one was so polite,& welcoming. Our room was Also so romantic,it looked out over the ocean and pool. I felt like Alice in wonderland, we walked around admiring All The Christmas decorations and trees, each one looked so real, it definitely put me in the Christmas spirit.We shopped,& gambled. & While gambling, it seemed to me I had to go find The waitress for our drinks, & there were a few who Just ignored me, but all in all The drinks were great, & we both had a wonderful visit. I must add, I didnt care for cakes or pies, but The cheesecake was to die for... I ate 5-huge slices, All by myself (but I Only shared 2-with Craig) !!! .. looking forward to our next visit to the Beau Rivage,

An elegant way to pamper your way to a fun weekend in Biloxi! Got a great deal on a room with a Gulf view, food credits, and even free play in the casino! Wearing masks and social distancing strictly enforced, but worth the extra peace of mind! Come get you some!

It a really nice and upscale place. You park in garage and walk through what looks like indoor mall. Different clothing stores and shops. Really nice, very upscale to me . What I didnt like was the distance you have to walk to get to the casino. They do have valet services , but I prefer to park and walk in. That way when Im ready to leave I dont have to wait on anybody. I hate the parking issue. It very nice place but this is my opinion anyway!!

I dont visit this casino as much, but it was beautiful inside! Lots of restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and an arcade! The staff was very nice and helpful! The slots, which are my go to, were updated to the newest slots like the ones I play on my phone. I also noticed that they had installed really nice and modern hand washing stations out on the floor. You dont have to go to the restroom just to wash your hands anymore! Highly recommend!

Good and nice recreational resort with amazing pool and spa with a beach view. I had a great relaxation time after my stressful days. Loved resort interior and good time in casino. Also I liked Biloxi city very much. Enjoyed more than I expected.

Ive been visiting Beau Rivage since it first opened.Its always a pleasure when I visit.Even with covid 19, the casino is very good with precautions taken for the virus.I loved the food at both restaurants. The employees are very nice.I recommend Beau Rivage to anyone who wants a exellent casino experience.

Always a great time... Best time to go right now is between 2:00am-7:00am as there is almost no people in the casino at this time and the workers are finally cleaning. So this greatly lowers your chances of getting this corona virus. On the other hand there is no time good for getting drinks like there normally WAS as I was never asked even once if wanted a drink and the foutains are all closed so you are lucky to find something to drink while on the floor.Plus the buffet was still closed which was one of the biggest reasons I opted to stay here.. And none of the machines are hitting anything.. Our room was supposed to be discounted to the price in our bonus books we get from the casino but when we got there we were charged full price for our room we rented for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary..

Love the lobby when you first enter. Great service all around! I always enjoy my time spent here, especially during New Years. Would recommend to anyone seeking a great casino to play hours of games and drink freely. Definitely come here!

Would rate at zero stars if possible. I booked a room here to stay for one night as I was driving home to Florida from Texas. I made the reservation because the ad said “free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to check in”. I am coming off active duty at Ft. Sam Houston and my leave time was pushed forward, so I canceled the reservation 26 hours prior to the time I was to check in. They kept my $200 plus dollars and said no refunds. When questioned on there 24 free cancellation policy I was told “oh that stops at 12:01am on the day of check in”. You should really include that in your ads and not misled the customer. Don’t worry though, I will not stay at any MGM property anywhere so long as I live. Hope it was worth it.

We went to visit a friend that was in town from Michigan. I was TERRIFIED to go with the virus and everything. The Beau was FANTASTIC about keeping people socially distanced, ensuring everyone that came in had on a mask, stores and restaurants were not filled, and tables set a food distance apart. People were even social distancing in the pool. Everyone was very kind, respectful of eachother, even had people that asked before getting onto an elevator with us! All in all, Im quite pleased with what I saw and the experience that my daughter and I had on our day visit at the Beau Rivage. Many thanks for the efforts put forth by the staff.

WOW!!! Exceptional staff and room. Couldnt be happier with our stay here. Our room was fantastic and the view was even better. We picked the Beau just on a whim even after reading a few negative reviews which I think were a little over the top. It is during a pandemic so it will not be business as usual but the room was clean, spacious and the hotel was beautiful. Wouldnt hesitate to come back and I cant wait to recommend to friends back home. Awesome stay!!!

Dont come here if you dont like wearing a mask all the time. We arrived the day before they launched the new rule and were surprised when we went to breakfast. I should have been warned that they were making masks mandatory when I booked the room. All these signs did not get printed over night. (Yes, I know the one in the photo is electronic...)Things we learned...You must call the front desk to get house keeping to service the room and bring you fresh towels.Your room should have complimentary bottled water and disposable coffee cups. When we checked in ours did not but did after we had it serviced.There is no room service. You can call the Terrace Cafe with an order and go get it.The buffet is closed and now you enter the Terrace Cafe at the buffet hostess stand.The ice cream shop at the Beau is closed but the one at the Hard Rock next door is open.

This casino is awesome for new players and slots pay very well,had a great time here.As a new member they added 10.00 in free play to my card you cant go wrong stopping here for a great time.

This is the place to be ,most exquisite restaurant, our waitress were Lovonna she were attentive and had a great personality, excellent staff ,very clean rooms ,my room had a great view of the city and sit right on the water LOVED IT. Will be going back.

I was here for a overnight with my friend. The excitement about this place was so real until we go to our room. There was hair in our sink, a pile of hair next to the door and in the tub. I immediately called downstairs to complain. The agent DJ stated that he would send someone to clean, but that never happened. So we went down stairs and were given keys to another room one floor up. It had been a long day and I just wanted to shower and lay down. The shower was ruined by the loose shower head that literally forced me to stand right next to the wall just so I could get water on myself. I was irritated to say the least and so was my friend; so back downstairs he went and came back with yet another key to a “upgraded room” on 12 floors up. I had to get out of bed and go to this other room at 10pm. The room was NOT an upgrade at all. It was the same bs on a different floor. I’m never staying here again!

They always decorate the lobby which is really nice, wish drinks came more often or could just be ordered from the machine, cant wait for shows to come back, the rewards program needs to be revamped i dont think betting 20 a spin or 25 a hand against those betting .50 cents a spin should warrant similar offers... just saying

My wife and I each paid 50 bucks per person through their charter. Luckily we have notification on our credit card. They charged us twice and I had to call them to get it credit back to my card. We play everyday and went to beach to enjoy.They expect you to play day and night for 4 nights there. We had 500 dollars room charges for food and no matter who I talked to. They wouldnt comp us a dime. All they want is fly you there to take your money. Went on fb Ig and Twitter told all my friends Vegas is better. I gave them 1 star is because the staffs were nice and fri endly. It was our anniversary getaway and so disappointing.

We stayed elsewhere but I wish we had chosen the Beau Rivage. It was definitely the best casino resort on the boulevard. It felt more upscale and more reminiscent of Vegas. I couldnt tell you how they treat their hotel guests, but the property itself was beautiful.

This casino did a great job even considering that it was during covid-19. But they did a great job. I also really enjoyed both the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse. In the mornings we typically had coffee and breakfast sandwiches at the little cafe there which was also very good.

Had a great stay in a corner room on the 14th floor: one huge window looking west along the Gulf, another looking north over Biloxi. The BR is no longer a new establishment, but everything functions, and functions well. We enjoyed great water pressure, unlimited hot water, cold AC, comfortable beds, and clean linen and towels. Highly recommended.

Love the Beau but like the Beau has not dealt with a hurricane in the past. With Hurricane Zeta moving through 1) the Beau advised me on Thursday due to the damage and extensive flooding of the casino floor, they were not able to evacuate rooms “because it happened so fast”. The storm was major news a week prior to landfall but they didn’t see it coming? 2) since I’m booked on a charter flight via Sun Country on Monday, the Beau (Taylor) advised me the Beau closed THROUGH Sunday; however they are accepting Sunday charter flights. ?? 3) they would not know until Monday morning if my Monday morning charter flight cancelled. She directed me to call the charter flight...which is not accepting calls until Monday morning. ?? Not like they’ve not run a hurricane drill before.

The walk from the parking garage to hotel elevators/casino is a hike, dont recommend walking it with a lot of luggage. Can we get a moving sidewalk please lol! Staff is always accommodating and friendly! Rooms are extra clean, thanks to the awesome cleaning staff! Shower pressure is amazing! Casino is so much better since they opened up some space, I dont feel cramped anymore.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Beau Rivage. All of the staff were courteous. Nick our bellman was awesome. He provided us with local information that we needed. We will definitely return.

We love ️ Beau Rivage my 6 th trip to Biloxi, Mississippi.Food is excellent, rooms are beautiful , slots were socially distanced We were here for Hurricane Zeta a category 2. October 25 to the 29th. 2020. The hurricane was the first for us ️.It was so exciting, we walked out into the hurricane wind. The hurricane did so much damage We could see the hurricane damage the next day when we left to fly back to knoxville tennessee my heart goes out to those people who had damage .One more thing, the decorations are beautiful . Christmas 2019 was like a Winter Wonder Land. October 2020 had Pumpkin decorations every where. Forget Vegas Beau Rivage for us forever ️️

Love the Beau but the Lady is showing her age. Rented a suite while waiting for power after fleeing a hurricane. The by order replacement of towels and toiletries is down side. Had a great massage at the Spa. The food at the Terrace was adequate.

The hotel is beautiful, definitely represents a Vegas style hotel... Great rooms, lobby, shops, cafe and the casino was also great. But my problem was with eating options, main restaurants only open for dinner and were booked solid, cafe had long wait times, sports bar wouldnt allow us to eat there unless we spent $400 we wanted to drink, eat & watch football but not have to pay $400... so the only a food court with very long wait times for food. Besides the inconvenience of not having places to eat the hotel was great.

Amazing Staff and love the great energy in the casino ...also have to say the room was just breath taking and exciting to be in bed very comfortable love this place. Also love the gardens around the place I would definitely stay here again and again

Beau Rivage was beautiful and clean, but the slots were very tight!I believe if they loosen the slots up they will get more repeat customers.I think tightening the slots prevent people coming to play.Look forward to the old slot machines.

Beautiful hotel. I wish the casino had firelink, but aside from that, decent selection of games and I was able to squeak out one hand pay. Also, the filet mignon, mashed potatoes and asparagus were AMAZING!!! Definitely will return.

We have always really really enjoyed our visits to the Beau. That’s why we always make a point to stay at the Beau. However, this trip was not as usual. No food room service this was very disappointing. The mask requirements were still being enforced even after the mandate to wear was removed by the governor. Smokers were not being required to wear masks which was even more upsetting. We decided to cancel our reservations at BR Prime and dine outside of the Beau. We also decided not the play the machines at the Beau. And when we checked out today and returned to our vehicle we discovered that our 2 new fishing rods and reels had been stolen from our vehicle Saturday night. Not to mention the ongoing extremely loud cars racing up and down the street Saturday night even til dawn we were not able to get any sleep. We are already seeking a different place vs the Beau to stay on our next getaway.

Great experience. Everyone spaced out and handwashing stations all around. Everyone was wearing a mask. Doing it right! Plus we won a little.

I truly have a great time with my money at the Beau Rivage. It always smells amazing in the lobby and staff are polite and helpful. My favorite Coast casino without hesitation.

Good slot selection. Restaurants were great although there are only a few to choose from and the buffet is shut down due to the pandemic. Drink service at tables and slots was pretty good. Not much else within walking distance other than Hard Rock.... But there are other Casinos nearby you can take a 5-10 minute can ride to. Rooms were nice.

Overall its still the grandest casino on the coast. The way it was built; the craftsmanship is truly a wonder to the eyes.Service to the customers seems to be as good as it ever was.Didnt see as many smiling faces between employees and customers as in the past.((((((((((Because of virus??))))))))))Not as many flashy colors as in the past.From the flowers, lights and even the older carpet all could use an increase in color.

The hotel definitely needs a refresh. Old and dirty headboards. Im only giving it 3 stars because of the steak restaurant. The best food Ive had in years.

Very important- do NOT eat in the mgm sports betting area. Not only will your service be slow AF (our server never showed up after 20+ minutes), but more importantly, they have the same food in the “snacks” food place nearby for CHEAPER prices. The Biloxi gumbo was only $6 at Snacks, where the same exact gumbo was $8 in the sports betting area!

This was our first time staying at Beau Rivage. Our rooms were nice besides the bed being a bit uncomfortable. The walls are very thin. I woke up to our neighbor one morning at 5:45am with his TV on and I could literally hear him coughing like he was in the same room. The pool was great and staff was very nice. The pool could definitely used to be cleaned a little more often. Theres clearly locals that arent staying there that just go in and use the pool. I saw people leaving with all of their pool stuff and nothing else on our first day down and the following day we had to scan our room key to get into the pool so that must be an issue. It was much less crowded when we had to scan our key so hopefully they keep that system. The casino is very nice, however slots are pretty tight right now. There are always ups and downs gambling but there were far more downs than ups. Dont think we will risk gambling there again until slots have loosened up again.

The Greatest place... Wish I couldve had the buffet thoughDAMN U COVID-19!!!... All in All everything else was great... The casinos remind me of the Starz series P-Valley same state and all.

My sister brought Us to the Beau Rivage to celebrate our Mothers birthday and to just destress from our lives, and All the sad, heart breaking drama going on during the pandemic. Covid-19 has made a major dent on the eating experience. Dont get me wrong. Its still edible at most of their restaurants but you can kida tell they are not trying so hard anymore. Hence my juice pick.

This was such a disappointment. No valet. sub par casino and restaurant service. No walking around outside of the hotel after 8pm.So no pool or ocean viewing. Sheets only in the bedrooms. you can request a blanket but must wait 30 minutes or so to get one. Concierge and house keeping rude and slow. I suggest you wait until Covid 19 is over. No one wants to be here. Go to Florida. Its open and absolutely beautiful.

Too Smokey. Especially during Covid times. You have to walk through smoking to get to Non-Smoking. Non-Smoking area is smaller and too many older machines.

I would not recommend going here if you have a medical condition. We were traveling and it was late. I checked us in and all was good until we parked and took our stuff inside. When we got to the parking garage entrance they told us that we had to wear masks. We informed the guard that we had medical conditions. He smirked and said I know all about medical conditions. He said thats why there are handicapped parking spots and elevators etc. He insisted that he had to call someone to talk to us. We waited and waited (Keep in mind that it was around midnight and my kids were exhausted). I finally just said cant you just let us through? We already paid and my kids are tired. So he says into his mic in an almost joking tone They are tired. We wait another little while and another guard comes and says you cant go in unless you wear a mask or show me your papers. Note: Under the ADA you do not have to show any papers period. We have papers showing our medical conditions but since he was harassing us even after I told him this, I decided that I would not show him the papers. He then said You either show me your papers proving that you have a medical condition or you leave. By this point we had waited so long, we were so tired, we had already paid and they made us feel so violated and harassed that I finally just said We will take the masks and as we walked away we just put them under our chins and not on our mouths. We were only going straight up to our room and no where else since we were so tired. I was looking forward to walking around the beach area the next day but due to their policies and the way they made us feel like we are the bad people for not wearing them, we just left. The thing is that not everyone that has a handicap actually looks like they have one, and it is wrong to assume otherwise, but it is even more harmful how they treated people who do have them. I hope that if you happen to have a handicap, you will not have the same experience that we did. We will be filing a report with the ADA.

Our favorite hotel/casino in Biloxi. Very nice and clean. Our bed was very comfortable. No smoking in the casino was a plus for me. Overall our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The room was nice and we got good sleep, but i have to say their policy on masks required is ridiculous when they still permit people to smoke. Walking around blowing out smoke throughout the casino and then all over the slot machines etc. is beyond flawed. The staff do an excellent job at cleaning up but they should remove smoking in the casino if they wanted to take it serious.If you are here to gamble be carful of slot machines. Been here dozen + times and since COVID happened their slots have become tight for everyone around. Wouldnt be surprised if they are at the lowest legal limit for pay back.Food quality has been great and customer service fantastic though.

After some wine, wonderful steak, and a sweet potato casserole worth its weight in silver, I feel this place is perfect. I found myself treated extremely well by the staff, making friends with my waiter more than anything. They have incredible boundary control in light of COVID and a beautiful attitude.The food marked itself as the best Ive eaten in my 24 years of eating. The steak came to me a perfect medium-rare with a melt in my mouth texture, loved on by an immaculate moisture, all put together with a warm, buttery flavor in it. I have never found a steak quite so wonderful, and am afraid I wont for quite the time to come.There are wonderful options for food and entrees, marking a wonderful American style dish selection, and a good bout of wines to add to the meal as well.There are a few vegan options as well.Be forewarned, this location is quite high-dollar, but you will most definitely get what you pay for in service, quality, and atmosphere together. I highly recommend a date or two with a significant other of yours.

Imho, the best Resort and Spa on the Biloxi Coast. Suites and Rooms are high end. Security here is outstanding. Guest Services are first class.

This was my first time visiting Beau Rivage. It was nice, clean, and very well prepared for COVID; however, I wish it was a non- smoking establishment. Couldnt stay long because of the smoke. Overall nice experience.

This is my third time coming here. Out of all other hotel and casino, this is the only one for me. Even though we have this social distance and wearing of the masks, things have still been enjoyable. I was disappointed that the buffet was closed, but everything else was very enjoyable. I will always come back. Next time I will bring others to enjoy this experience.

So much more lively than Harrahs New Orleans. Tables actually have dividers and dealers. Pretty Xmas decorations and a dlSportsbook. No comparison to New Orleans

Had an issue with a deposit. Augusta was a joy to deal with as she corrected the issue and gave us a couple nights stay. We were treated very good there. Highly recommend!!

My family has been coming to the Beau Rivage since it opened. I loved it before COVID 19 but now with all the guidelines it’s not worth it to stay. There is no valet, no room service, you must wear a mask all the time, all blackjack tables are 3 people to a table and a lot of slot machines are turned off. I understand about being safe but this is why I won’t be back for awhile I’ve never been treated so rudely by the staff there. All the dealers had attitudes if I asked any questions, the cocktail waitress took forever for drinks. I was shocked how rude the dealers and pit boss were. If your going to take away amenities that everyone is used to having at least be kind to guests and helpful. We as guest don’t know every rule that you’ve made in place to make it safe. I think a lot of the staff needs to be retrained on hospitality. Still don’t understand why room service was not available when you want everyone to social distance? Thank you

Wonderful service and property give you a Vegas feeling

Well kept, plenty of games and a sports book. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are good with upgrades available. The view of the ballpark from our room is great. Cant wait to come back for baseball season!
