Im an arcade guy, not a casino person. But I think the problem here is that its too in the middle of redemption and casual to the point they forgot to get that one thing to draw people in. There is a massive Pump it Up machine, and some Fast and Furious style racing games, but it isnt worth putting down the money for the hourly special no matter what. I like the coaster machine they have and the rock climbing wall, but other then that, its just for coming in and grabbing tickets, something tourists arent going to stick around for. Its fine for locals, but not for casino going people.

I took my son here a couple times and the last time I went there was an issue with one of the machines. It was a picture printer machine that costs 28 credits to print a group photo with fun backgrounds on it. Well I got 2 copies of the pictures made one for me and one to give away. The pictures I got none of the backgrounds printed out so I emailed them and let them know I was dissatisfied with the photos and they have yet to email be back. Just go to Big Play instead they have always been happy to help if there is any issue. It was a waste of 56 credits basically and they dont seem to have any intentions to resolve the matter.

Fun and worth it, definitely worth the money and time to go. They need to work on keeping the games up and working. Service, staff and food were amazing!

The main games we came to play were out of order or....didnt exist?! ( Was on the website but was not installed yet) Drinks were very pricey and very small. We were very disappointed with our visit.

A lot of fun ! Especially for families. Games were fun. Won lots of tickets. The prizes weren’t that great, but it was also a really full night.

Been coming here for a couple of years. Me and my family love it...especially our 3 girls.

The arcade is very nice. Clean, fairly good variety of games and a great prize room to spend the tickets youve won. Only a few broken games but most had working duplicates. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience playing VR here. I told the worker the volume needed to be turned up because I could barely hear anything. He told me I needed to pull the headphones over my ears (I had already done that). I told him they were already over my ears and I still couldnt hear but he just rolled his eyes at me (according to a friend) and went to go start the timer and flirt with his co-worker. After my time was up, I told him they needed to turn the volume up but he didnt seem to care. He just went back to flirting with his co-worker instead of doing his job. If it wasnt for that employee, I wouldve given this arcade 5 stars.

It was a fun family-friendly environment. Lots of great service staff, great games. I will go back again real soon.

The arcade is great, the management is terrible. I booked a party there, at quite a cost. The party hostess was great. However after leaving, we were given tickets the hostess said were credits we could add to our cards the following day. When I tried to use them I was told I was wrong and could only get the credits if booking another party. The manager said even though I was lied to it didn’t matter. I will never book a party with them again. A little good customer service and honoring your(or your employees) word goes a long way. They definitely missed the mark.

Attendant at the obstacle course were not the nicest but everyone has an off day from time to time everything else was very nice and entertaining for the whole family. It was hard to find somewhere to purchase a drink because the drink stand was close.

This place is so awesome. We went over the summer and then for New Years Eve and it was a blast for the kids. The employees are so helpful and friendly. Wes Ngo was so helpful with my son, who has Autism, climb the ropes course. He successfully did the zip line with Wes’ help. All the employees go out of their way to help. Thanks for the great memories!!

Great place for all ages, can easily spend a few hours here. Will be back!

Let me say this. The concept of this place is fantastic....but then other irresponsibleparents ruin the fun for the rest of us. The are sitting at the bar drinking and watching the game while their 10 and 5 year old are feeling havic. Running like damn heathens thru the entire floor. Knocking children down. This is one of those places. My advice go during a slow time. Its a cute place.. however the bigger the casino and adult part of the hotel get the worse the gaming floor is overrun.

Meh. Way overpriced and the games were mostly chuck e cheese variety. we spent the whole time over by the ski ball

We had a great time playing the games and running around. The VR needs some work... They only have one VR game theme per day and I wasnt impressed with that. The cost also was another issue for me. It was a bit high for the standard games.

Lots of games that had errors but overall good.

Great attraction to bring the family and enjoy a day inside with games and food.

There was a lot of things for my kids to do and they had bars for the adults and great lodging.

Would have given 5 stars but too many machines not working. Expensive unless you go on a Wednesday. Food is great but a little pricey.
