Nice venue

The first time I had been here. I was impressed at the room and wide open space at the wedding we attended.

Oscar was a very cool guy that loved tractors and airplanes. After his death the property floundered for some time. These days there is Motorsports and a ghost town, plenty of old tractors, a great venue for weddings and a huge multiuse field.

I had my wedding there last year in September. 2015. It was a great venue with beautiful country feel. However, after battling back and forth with the owner Marci about our deposit, she came up with the excuse that we used roofing nails to hang garland and would be losing our deposit. ( I did Not use garland or any nails for decor, and had pictures from my photographer to prove it) I repeatedly asked for pictures of said nails but never got a reply. anyways, she seemed to let that go, but took half of our deposit and apologized. She did send us free tickets to the haunted house... I did have some guests who drank a little much and wandered the property but nothing was damaged. I did have a million dollar policy for event insurance so maybe they wanted the deck re done or something Ill never know their motives. If you decide on this for an event, I highly suggest a walk through before and after with the owners (which I thought was standard but never received a reply when I called for one the day after)... There had to been at least one wedding after us as well and thats when we got our news of said roofing nails. Be cautious, but also know this is a beautiful venue. With risks.

Great place to have a wedding. Very reasonably priced. Great old town vibe.

Oscars Park is a wonderful snapshot into history and a fun location for special events. In addition to the Depot, the main area, there are several beautiful spots along the Yellowstone River as well.
