A top scene for quality American food. Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. Bring your appetite because portions are generous.

Its has been awhile since we have been here. Place is clean and staff friendly. Menu seems to be downsized. Service was fast for a Friday evening. Food was out in about 6 minutes fr placing our order. Miss the salad bar, but understand due to Covid-19.

Never had eaten at one of these Casino/Restaurants before and I always had a misconception that it would be dark and smoky inside with a few tables in the back for dinning, you know.. like a Casino... that happens to serve food. But this place is definitely a very family friendly environment, from the restaurant side the casino cant even be seen. Ive been ordering from this place multiple times since the state wide shut down and everything is delicious! I would really recommend the Really Good Pork Chop Sandwhich!

The best pork chop sandwich and kettle chips! If you like a little spice you cant go wrong with their chorizo jalapeño gravy, either for breakfast over biscuits or dinner on their chicken fried steak.

Great and reasonable price homestyle food. Friendly and quick service, they offer rewards for your food purchases. A casino attached if you want to try your luck there. Our food was done within 10 minutes. Definately going back!!!

I don’t know why I try with this organization. They never get your order right and do not care when you tell them about it. Ordered a medium hamburger with lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes. Got a burnt hamburger with no toppings for $12. It was so bad my dog didn’t even want it. Very very poor service on top of it.

Seated quickly. Waitress friendly and professional. Got the 3 piece fish and chips. Large portions, not greasey and fries were hot and crispy. Only down was that waitress didnt ask if member for points. Will go back. They also have great breakfast plates

Yes, we like this nice place for dinner.They catered our sons wedding in Billings Mt . Was very nicely done and the food was perfect! Both the bride and groom live out of state and were unable to sample there choices , but it couldn’t of been better! Thanks for super quality that’s hard to find .

Good variety. Had a great sandwich. I dont recommend the raspberry tea, its I believe made with syrup and cost almost $4.00. We will go again. Service was very good.

Great food. In fact for years I had my favorite place to get cheesecake and it even had fabulous topping which not a fan so it must be good. Montana Jacks is now my favorite place for Cheese cake. You know how very few restaurants dont give you a decent amount of food anymore? This places gives you more than enough especially regarding dessert, you get what you pay for here!

Service was great! Nice family atmosphere.Crispy Cheddar Bites with Ranch were fabulous. Beer was a little on the warm side, but still drinkable. If I had to find one thing negative, it would be that I ordered my burger well done, and it was still pink. Aside from that though, I would go back and eat there again.

We went for my birthday and my mom and grandmother were to meet us here. I approached two what appeared to be servers or the likes there at the front of the house. They asked how many, as usual...I said 3 but were to meet 3 more and I inquired as to if there was anyone waiting here already. One of the 2 women that greeted us rather abruptly said well how would i know who youre looking for....? (As if she couldnt be troubled with us.) Id hope they would know a little at least about who was seated. At any rate, this isnt the first time our service has been a bit lacking. Ill likely avoid going here further despite even decent food.

Normally love this place. Ordered delivery (driver was quick and great!) Order was not correct. Buttery Garlic Broccoli was missing butter and garlic an mashed potatoes and gravy were missing potatoes. Bummer!!

Weve been loving MT Jacks for years. However, the last three times weve visited weve had very poor service. One of these times we were sat and given menus, burr were completely overlooked for 45 minutes. No drinks, no nothing. We were offered a small comp when the manager finally noticed. The most recent visit we again had to wait 40 minutes to order our food. We finished eating and were waiting 30 minutes before our waitress checked in with us. We asked to close our ticket and she thankfully had the check ready to go. We waited 40 minutes before she came back to our table to run our card. Unfortunately, with a toddler in tow these wait times become agony. We will not be returning.

Such great food and a huge variety. I had fish and chips and the fish was excellent, and my wife had an awesome burrito. Not a lot of places that you can get both those dishes done so well.

Not sure if every other review is talking about this restaurant or not but either way the service was fine. The food was only ok. Their homemade or freshly made products tasted like they came out of a can and either had water added to them or were simply heated up. The burgers and shrimp were good but the other sandwiches we ordered were overloaded with veggies as a filler and extremely low on meats. Also, this place was extremely over priced. I have not paid that much for my family meal where we didnt order steak or seafood! The family and I are always on the lookout for some place new to eat but this restaurant will not be making the list.

Horrible!! This is NOT a high end restaurant, yet the prices are ridiculous for Sysco food!! $17 for a pressed patty of chicken fried steak?? Really?? Cement mashed potatoes?? Fish & chips with NO tarter sauce served with about 11 french fries?? Prime rib thats drier then dirt for $23?? Coulda shoulda woulda went to our usual Texas Roadhouse where the meat is REAL & prices are a hell of alot more reasonable. Oh and WARM BEER. YUCK

My family had never been to Montana at all, and this was our first stop (Billings). We checked into our hotel and the consierge suggested this when we said we wanted an authentic Montana taste. We decided to check out the menu on our phones and were intrigued. We headed over and were seated right away. The waitress was helpful and suggested a few things and was able to answer the questions we had about certain menu items.

What a pleasant surprise! Havent been there for years but tried the buffet. It was delicious...the lasagna and chicken strips with that heavenly gravy not to mention the apple crisp...just right! The service was great even tho they were busy!

There was a booth open for four people but there was another table open right next to it like the tables were put together for a big family dinner so we asked to sit some where else and she said we could sit at a two people booth but there were three of us but the weird thing was there were three other booths that were open that could fit three people sadly before we left I couldn’t catch her name She wasn’t very friendly either.
