I am a huge person that can be quick to respond. Tonight I came here had a mis understanding and the owner came directly to me and explained to me on a rate I rated. I would like to apologize to the owner on my earlier rate and also Thank him for coming up to me and explaining the situation. Had I known before hand I wouldn’t of been upset. Also want to apologize to the lady who works hard and gets drinks for everyone who comes in. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I love to come here to karaoke and when I’ve eaten here before the food has been good.

Food is good. Not amazing but a solid family meal. Good service. Salad bar has a nice selection. Food came quickly and I never made it to the bottom of my glass.

Inattentive host. Took a phone call on his personal phone while seating us. Left us standing while he wandered of to find a cloth to wipe down half the filthy sticky table and menus. If I could, I wouldnt give it any stars. Will never go back.

Parlor slots. Didnt play them since we were coming home from Vegas. Ordered food to go. Wife had spaghetti and I had beef tips and noodles. $25.00 cost but well worth it. Both meals were more than we could eat.

Me and the boyfriend went there for lunch. He ordered cowboy burger, I ordered Patty melt and onion rings. His burger came with no bun, we asked the waitress if his burger comes with a bun she said yes and she realize there is no bun. She goes back to the kitchen to get a bun, hands it to the boy friend. The bun had mold on it. My lunch came, my Patty melt tasted bad and I take a bite of the onion rings, they were over cooked and fell apart . And I get food poisoning. Will never go back. It was two weeks ago today.

Food good. Hardly any customers. The napkins were cloth and had a funky greasy smell. I will probably not go back. It is close to many motels.

Just ate there and was NOT happy with the food at all got the Ruben and it just tasted gross and was burnt, how do you ruin a sandwich? got the onion soup which looked so nasty I couldn’t even try it I will not be going back there until the owners make some huge changes I really wish I could have looked at the reviews before spending any money there I have never made a review at a restaurant before but this restaurant definitely needed one.

Pretty decent place. Cant tell you what the actual restaurant is like, but I go there for concerts. Drinks are pricey, but the place is relatively clean and I havent seen any issues happen. So a pretty decent place to go for an event!

This place is like the best kept secret in Billings Montana. It is Well managed the help are all professionals. We had lunch there and ate off of the salad bar. The selections were good and they were all fresh

First time there. One of our friends had wings - they were bland and rubbery. Another had French dip, which was gristly and extremely salty. I had split pea and ham soup which was served as a very thick paste, better handled by a fork than a spoon. The food was terrible - no one ate even half their serving and no go-box was requested. BUT ... the place and the people are really nice! Service was great! They just need an actual chef! Or at least an average cook!

Had dinner and lunch here often during our few week work assignment in Billings. Has a welcoming atmosphere, awesome place to watch sports, very friendly staffand delicious food. Ken the manager, Pam and Larae were usually working when we were there to eat or just to have drinks. All of the staff showed a perfect balance of professionalism and friendly personable customer service. We, along with a group of coworkers, kept returning there to eat instead of other places around our hotel over our two week stay. Prime Rib night , coconut shrimp, ribs and salad bar are my favorites there. My husband really loved the shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp. If we return to Billings I would definitely visit here again.

Went to lunch on a Friday at 1130am. Didnt know the restaurant wasnt open. Ate in the casino. Food and service was good. But we were the only people there, which felt strange.

My boyfriend Christmas party was her last night. The waitress did her best. But they put us in the conference room. It was clearly used as a storage room. The food well they didnt have everything on menu and when a group of 15+ are food was serve one plate at a time. For the drinks we could of walked to fiddlers green a block away to get are drinks and it would of been faster. I myself ordered a new York med. With twice baked potato and corn. My stake was still bleeding and the corn tasted like it has been reheated for a week. The mashed potatoes are gray that I got was the best thing on the plate.Then the response I get was we where busy. Well other places are way busier and they can handle it. So I dont see why you couldnt. Ive worked in food / bar service and no you werent busy over half the tables were empty.

Chicken Fried Steak was very good and huge . Mashed potatoes were real and country gravy was excellent . Multiple choice of sides . Also has a bar and a casino .

Oh my goodness. First thing the service was great. Then the wheels fell off. If you like brown frozen salad and meat that has long been bad this is the place for you. Corn beef that some dogs would not eat didn’t even smell right. Don’t know about the other food but mine is in a to go box in a dumpster. The young lady who waited on me was great only thing is I lied to her about things being fine. For that I am sorry. Did leave her a 20% tip would like to slap the person that tried to pass off the so called meat. Other food may be great but I won’t be the one to experiment with it.

Showed up at 540, ordered at appx 550, server was attentive. We order finger steaks and a burger. The place had maybe 5 tables at the best. Another guest was seated right behind us at 610 he ordered a steak got his steak, and paid his tab prior to us receiving our meal. Ours finally showed up. Cold and nasty. $30 for two cheap bar food meals which are better served at anywhere else. This was strike three for this place for us. Hopefully they close and somebody else better utilizes the amazing building Shawn had built.

I have visited here twice. Once meeting clients for lunch. The food was reasonable, hot and quick. The place is huge, lots of space, high ceilings. I like the decor. I also was here for a morning meeting. They have a room set aside for small groups and functions. I could see the room for meetings, but also for large family dinners.

First time there. Ambience was neat. The food was okay, not fantastic, but good. Staff was very kind, especially when my 2.5 yr old nephew decided he was done with his tax le manners for the day. When his tantrum was over and the water and his food was everywhere, they very graciously helped very embarrassed auntie and mom of said toddler. Also they were great with him prattling away to them in his own little language and that always means a lot to our family

Broasted chicken was fantastic! Waitress was wonderful. She probably refilled my iced tea 10 times (guess I was thirsty). On my new favorite restaurant list.

Its okay, their salad bar is great. My son are it. I ate their meatloaf and was not impressed, but brought home a chicken fried steak for my significant other and he said it was good.

Very nice experience. Lisa did a great job as our server. The club sandwich is a winner and with thick sliced Turkey and ham, generous amount of bacon and tomato. Restaurant was very clean.

First off, Ill say this restaurant looks really nice inside. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful, but the big thing that upset us the most was that the restaurant had a new cook that only started that day, and the other cook had gone home, leaving her alone. The waitress had to actually help her in the kitchen. It took us almost an hour to get our food, and there was only one other table with customers. They were nice enough to offer a discount, Im just so upset they would leave a new cook to fend for herself.

Our waitress Jasmine was amazing!! Super sweet girl and.definitely on the ball!! How ever the food is completely different story, our food was cold and definitely not the greatest. Waited an hour for our food then when my dad sent his back it took another hour and by that time everyone was done. So only positive experience was our waitress lol

Traveling the country and came upon this family restaurant. Great food & Gracie our waitress was GREAT!! Very personable, attentive & friendly. She also gave us some ideas to visit while were in the area. My husband has a special diet (gluten-free) she made every effort to help us find items on the menu that he could eat. We enjoyed our meals here and will definitely be back before we hit the road again.

Well the first time we went there we had a good experience. Tonight what can I say good. We waited forever to be seated. There was a couple in front of us who said they were waiting a long time. We finally got seated but the waitress didnt even ask if we wanted a drink. Then all the waitresses were running around bit did not even pay attention that we were sitting there so we decided to leave. Very poor service

We have eaten here several times and have always gotten friendly service. A couple times the salad bar was kind of spars, but they will replenish if you ask. Nice variety on menu! Something for any taste.

No room at tables. . Just a poor setup . It’s a bit of wait getting yer food. There’s an attempt at friendly service. However it appears they are understaffed. Food was mediocre at best. Sorry I can’t say anything positive.

Good environment, good drinks, nice staff. Food is eh... Ordered a ribeye medium rare and it was overdone. Also asked for garlic herb butter on it and it did not have it on there. The other person had a loaded potato that was overdone/dry and not loaded like you would expect. Will come again, but would love to see improvements with the food.

This place has really good food and awesome beer and Ken at the bar is an awesome dude.

Uncomfortable atmosphere with a full bar set off in a dark corner of the dining area and tacktfull decor. The prices are high for food that is fast-food quality at best. Asked for ketchup and mustard for our burgers and instead of getting bottles we were given small cups of condiments. The gift shop is kind of a neat idea and the staff are good. Definitely needs work on the menu.

Ordered house salid which was far from fresh.We both had the open faced turkey and it was extremely salty we refused the meal but They insisted we pay so we did but we couldnt eat that poor quality food. After paying for that meal we went to Cracker Barrel Resturant, their food was great and at reasonable cost. That place was packed!Follow the crowd they know whare good food is....

Very very poor service. Sat at the bar on the restaurant side for 20 minutes without being helped. With everybody that work there just passing by acting like we werent even there . So we ended up going to the Texas Roadhouse in spending $200 there instead

I absolutely love the bar there every Friday night and Saturday night I am there! They are the sweetest crew of people who truly care about the customers! I love the DJ the bartenders and the food crew.

Had 2 of my grand children worh me we enjoyed it the wItress was great.It did take a few minutes to be seated.

Food is amazing and the waitresses really know the specials and are more than happy to help with decisions. Salad bar is also always fresh and full. The entire experience is very warm and friendly!

We came in at 8:05pm on 6/23/19 waited at the door 10 minutes. No one came to seat us, the bar tender who was closing up just stared at us from a distance. I know it was 50 minutes from closing but come on.

Service was exceptional. Anthony and his trainee were on the ball, attentive, but not hovering. I had a few minor suggestions on the food, but overall, decent portions and good flavor pallet. Definitely plan to return.

Was just there. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes until I finally told the bartender I needed a drink since she was purposely ignoring me to be told my ID wouldn’t work because it’s from out of state. Very stupid and uneducated staff members. Wouldn’t suggest stopping in here. I would suggest to anyone around that area to go across the street to 4B restaurant and 800 casinos like Americas bartender suggested I do. Very friendly and cheap drinks and very good food. Don’t waste your time at America you’ll be glad you took my word for it.

They where out of almost anything we ordered the salad had hair in it the rib eye was nasty the server was very rude and when we got there we sat forever waiting for someone to come and wait on us and we had reservations
