Great place for kids to get out their energy

Love this place my family loves coming and playing here. Staff are great in making sure everyone is safe while having fun at the same time. Which is very important when you have teenagers and little children playing in the same area. love that the manager support his staff And doesnt have a problem stepping in when he is needed. Thank you Altitude for a great place to bring my family

So when u drive up it looks like it’s a small little place. It is actually very large and a great place to tire out the kids.MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT SOCKS. The ones with grips on the bottom. Normally socks are horrible you slid aboutIt is very good cardio work out for everyone and very fun. They even have video games with the trampolines and other games.They are organized. I’m checking process is a bit tedious. And I wonder about the sanitation process since its all plastic and foam? But there was no smell or issues. I just wonder.Only issues. It was too hot! Even tho it was winter and cold outside they didn’t have the heat on I think but no A/c which made it very hot (hence the sanitation curiosity)We loved it

Nice, very open and clean. Lots of kids having fun, my two year old was a little young, didnt quite get the concept and for the $$$ well probably wait a while before we go back again.Loved their website too!

Standard trampoline park experience. Pay by the hour for use of the park. Birthday party options. No real food available, just ice cream vending and candy vending. Arcade machines near all the trampolines. For young kids, an hour is more than enough. For older kids, 90-120 minutes depending on the energy levels of the kids. Okay to bring your own water. Plenty of cubes to put your stuff in.

Great place for all ages. My daughter loves going here and the facility is always clean. Prices are appropriate and the staff is attentive.I had a birthday party here for my daughter and they had everything we needed. Things were kept on schedule and the price for the party compared to other locations made it an easy choice.

Did our childs birthday party here. The experience was so amazing! Everyone at the party had loads of fun. Victoria (our hostess) was really nice. She made the entire party experience seamless. She helped out with everything and was ever present for us. The place was quite clean, safety announcements were clear over the speakers and not too many to make the experience annoying. If youre planning a childs birthday party, definitely keep this up on your list.

Very fun trampoline park! The prices at Altitude are fairly cheap and theres quite alot to do here. Going on a weekday is much quieter than going during the weekend, so if you want more peace and quiet, go on a weekday. The employees are very friendly.

Brought our toddler to Toddler Time. Unfortunately they do not enforce the toddler-only area and there are enormous teenagers bouncing through regularly. Did not feel my toddler was safe here.

There are a lot of trampoline and wide space. It lets kids fun. There are many party room, we can held a birthday party.

This was our third time at Altitude. The first two times we were there for birthday parties. They have two party rooms, which are given exclusivity for your party, and they also have the option of tables that can be set up for your party, overlooking the park. As much as kids love bouncing/jumping, this time mine fell in love with the the Beam Battle and the Rock Wall. They also played Dogde ball for a while and didn’t even bother going to the basketball area, going right back to the Rock wall. It’s an hour of intense fun and this place have plenty of options of areas to play. They charged by half hour, hourly and the biggest advantage for our family was to get the $60 pass, which allows us 6hrs of fun. They also have a $90 pass, but I didn’t pay attention for how many hours that’s good for. First timers need to fill out a waiver, so prepare to go 15-20mins in advance. Also important: kids have to wear their specially made anti-slip socks ($2/pair). You can bring those back any time you revisit, so keep that in mind so you don’t have to keep buying them. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located in a plaza where there’s also a supermarket. This quickly became a favorite place for our kids and we’ll be returning. So far all we had was good experiences!

I highly recommend that you go to this establishment when the employee named Eric is there. The other staff is average but he is always smiling and extremely kind towards the customers. If he doesn’t make GREAT pay I would expect him to leave.

It is pretty good, but for the kids its just.. too safe? But having a party there is always a blast.

ATP is well equipped for my 3 year old. We had fun together. I was happy to be there on this rainy morning. 2 massage chairs and plenty of seating and picnic style tables. We will be there often. Needless to say she napped well after jumping for 90 minutes.

Staff upfront at check in looked miserable. But my kids and I enjoyed ourselves !

Have taken kids for 2 b-day parties both times had to drag them out, too much fun ,if you and kiddos wanted to use up some energy grab some $for a great day

Kids love it, helps get out the extra energy on the days it to cold to play outside. A little on the expensive side for a place that doesnt sell any food or snacks. Only has drinks and candy.

This place could be great. The trampolines super fun and easily handled a bigger guy like myself. Place was clean and in good shape. Staff was not excited to be there and it was obvious; they were not rude, but not very enthusiastic either. They also seemed under staffed. Also you need to sign a waiver to use the equipment, which is understandable, however at opening 1 working computer for 7 seven families, the other 2 were down. As I said some really good potential. I have heard by word of mouth that other locations operate better.

Crazy busy, noisy and chaotic but, the kiddos love the place

Birthdays parties there are fun BUT the problem is: we can only bring “extra water” and the cake, I think we should be able to bring juice boxes as well, I understand we cannot bring soda because they sell on their own machines but juice they don’t. That makes me look for better places to celebrate my kids big day.

The price here is reasonable. I forgot to show them a coupon and they had refunded the difference. The liability form was easy to fill out. Nothing looked outdated. The lines weren’t unreasonably wrong. The activities are suited for adults and children. I would come back here again.

I am currently a manager at a bigger chain of trampoline parks nation wide however when I travel I typically like to go check out their local parks and see how they differ from ones of my company. This park in particular sticks out as one of the worst. I know how things should be running and this is not it in the least. First off when you walk in rather than being greeted and explained the process, you are forced to walk up to the desk which was a confusing mess of coworkers openly discussing an injury of a jumper and when they decided they were finished my last name was asked for. I Fill out the waiver and my birthday was never asked for on it and no ID was shown so as far as they know I could be a 16 year old kid lying on my waiver, I get the socks yada yada yada I approach the jump floor and.. Oh. My. Gosh. If my park ever looked anything like this I would be on the unemployment line immediately. Kids violating nearly every rule in the book (which is not surprising after all the rules were never explained or enforced) laying down on trampolines, double bouncing, sprinting and racing. These things happen all the time trust me I get it..... but.... the staff needs to be involved and stop this so nobody gets hurt. This whole building is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The 3 employees out there were just busy talking to each other or zoning out to care or realize what was happening. Not stopping people from hogging attractions or blatant rule and safety violations. And one thing that really bugged me was how I know they start times on the half hours at trampoline parks so I get there at 6:13 and I purchased a half hour which got me until 6:30. Now since I work at one I understand how and why i was swindled of jump time but if I were a new customer to trampoline parks, which as far as they know I was, this would have absolutely ruined my experience completely being that it was never explained nor did they just assume to start me at 6:30 to get a full half hour. It’s just a whole lot of little things that most people don’t realize but this place is NOT recommended from me on a safety and customer service stand point. Hopefully they make some well needed changes so the business can thrive though, could be a lot of fun if run better.

Crowded and I expected it to but waiting in long lines just to pay? They could fix that and staff for a non school day.

I accidentally fed 10 dollars to the massage chair although that entertained my niece and her friend.

Great place for kids & adults - so long as kids are mobile on their own! There sre foam pits, jumping trampolines everywhere & even some of the walls are padded w/trampolines so kids dont get hurt & just bounce off them....LOVED IT!

Waste of money. Kids were unsupervised and hogging some attractions. Staff is useless and management even more so. Do not recommend!

This is the biggest Trampoline Park we ever visited ! It was very exciting, the kid was outpowered after only 0.5 hour! The prices are fair, good instructions and we felt safe with all the available and very attentive staff around the place everywhere. Thank you for a great Time.

Had a blast going there with my friends, all the padding is in place so no risk of landing on hard metal and getting hurt (besides landing awkwardly of course) we were able to have fun without being yelled at

The facility is clean and open and their prices are fair. It’s a great place to bring older kids. It’s difficult with younger ones (my son is 10 months old) because there really isn’t a safe area for them to play since there are so many children running around.

Lots of fun! Many trampolines to bounce on. There is a lot of room to spread out. The only drawbacks (for me) is that 1) there is no dedicated place for very little kids to bounce and jump in foam pits. As a parent of a toddler, you end up spending a great deal of time fishing your little one out of the foam pit because they arent big enough to climb out by themselves. The second drawback is how easy it is for a child to leave the trampoline park by themselves. The entrance has a large set of motion activated, automated doors that opens on to a parking lot. Again, not a problem for older kids, but if you are 2 years old and realize that your mother has taken her eyes off of you for a minute.... You might be able to sprint out the doors and onto the sidewalk before she catches you!

This place is a very nice place to play. Not too busy on mondays. The place is clean and well kept. The staff was pleasant and was very attentive when my child had difficulties with another child taking head shots at dodge ball. I wish the place was a bit busier on a Monday but still the quiet was a nice change. The prices were reasonable at 15 for the half hour. But no outside food or drink was a drag when they sell food and drink inside.

Terrible!!! Never again!!! I went there, and there were springs falling out of a trampoline. I went to go tell the staff members but they didn’t seem to care. They said the would be right over and an hour passed and they still weren’t there so my friends and I decided to leave. I drove a pretty far distance for a horrible experience. Next time, I’ll go to with sky zone or launch.

It’s okay. There’s rly are kind of expensive. There is not a variety of things to do besides jump on little trampolines. No drinks or food for parents or table to sit at for parents. But it was okay because we had coupons so at a discount price it was definitely worth it. But I think at the regular price is not all worth it.

Extremely friendly staff

Staff was very nice on Wednesday morning. Place is not the cleanest but not that dirty either. We had fun on the trampolines.

Great spot for all ages but just be careful on going during busy hours. Too many people on the trampoline is only asking for people to bump into each other! Otherwise you will have a great time for any age

Honestly one of the worst experiences ever, my youngest child decided to not jump and I had to go out to work leaving my 19 year old son, 14 year old son and my 9 year old who decided not to jump, they asked if he wasn’t jumping to leave, he told staff that he needed to wait for his older brother to drive him home but decided to kick him out anyways, what is wrong with you people? Leaving a 9 year old outside alone with no cell phone and no other way in because he was kicked out because he wasn’t jumping waiting for his older brothers! What if he was taken? This place needs to be shut down and deserves to have their awards taken away for “being the best” according to the awards on the front doors! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention that this same thing happened to my friends 8 year old son for just sitting! This place charges for overpriced food and when going to the nearby pizza place or McDonald’s THEY CUT YOUR WRISTBAND OFF! So if you get hungry in the middle of jump time you need to eat their $4 per slice of pizza from the same pizza parlor 2 BUILDINGS AWAY! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Be careful with this place. They will charge you more than you reservation.With any reason jump over time .They let kid play over time then they charged $23.00 for fer kid. I didnt order pizza and cake the price i have to paid almost the same.you cant do anything cause they already took money.No matter you have to deal with them first the last you paid. It is not same amount.They trick you out of your money.Bye bye Altitude. Not again for me

Fantastic way to let your kids expel some energy and wear themselves out. Haha. We come here quite frequently, actually, and we have a great time every time. Staff is a bunch of friendly teens who interact well with the little ones. Big fan of this place.

Still think these guys are better than any other trampoline park. I love the kid friendly sections and how the whole place is wide open so I can see where my kids are.

One Worst staff member,Today we went to Tampoline park ,We took 1adult and 2kids tickets,When I started jumping Less than 5mins only one staff member came and asked did you purchase your ticket, I said yes and shown my tag also and again she asked me name and details to ask in front desk , how they give tag without purchasing ticket ?? How she appointed as a staff member ?And one more when my son started jumping there he hurt his elbow , they are not maintaining some walkway and trampoline places properly .. so please take care about your kids when they jump

Been here for two birthday parties. Place is always clean, plenty of staff around keeping a watchful eye and making sure everyone is safe and responsible. Birthday parties were handled efficiently by friendly staff members. My kids have had a lot of fun here and I am waiting for the opportunity to be able to go and jump myself!

The Friday night deals are something to jump about! Sometimes weve encountered unruly customers, but staff dealt with them promptly.

We go every week. Son gets to run around and I get a mini-workout.Staff is nice and the place seems big enough to accumulate many birthday parties at once.

If you can get over the high price when with a group than its great! Also maybe a run down of the rules before being let free would be good. The kids I went with were being spoken to in a this is the third time Ive told you tone. When doing things that even myself would have thought were okay. Also bring a towel your going to be sweaty and they dont have paper towel in the bathroom.

Great for children of all ages and kids at heart. I went here for my 30th Birthday with a large group of people and we had a blast. Recommend going later in the evening with adults. They have a rock wall, slam dunk area, dodge ball, flip pit, and a ton of trampolines. It was a blast.

This place is EXCELLENT! Kids will have a great time. Very clean and lots of staff monitoring everything. Not a 5 star because they dont offer a weekly or monthly plan. I would definitely bring my kids at least 3 times/week, but $15 every trip is too expensive. Overall super place! Kids will love it.
