One of the most comprehensive smoke shops Ive visited. The staff was very helpful and I discovered a great new flavor of juice called impossible pie. The store is big ...one room dedicated only to cigars. Another dedicated to adult novelties.Lots of pipes and hookas....and everything in between.I saw one of the most sophisticated cigarette rolling machine Ive ever seen ( see photos).

Went through the drive thru, there was one car behind me. Been going there since I was 18, I Asked for something and the guy tells me Im going to have to go inside because he has a line and it would take too long. (First time ever being told that) Whats the point of a drive-thru if youre going to ask the customer to come inside ? The guy was just being lazy in my opinion, anyway I did end up finding another store downtown that I will be going to from now on.

Ive been going to Gold Rush for years they have great service sometimes you can get an employee in a bad mood but thats pretty much everywhere I have a saying you treat people with kindness and they will treat you back with kindness for somebody who is new to vaping can anyone tell me what is the best vape juice Gold Rush product with their label and and for a new vapor first starting out can or is there any way we can get a list of Vape juices flavors and Ive been vaping the 12 mg of nicotine Ive gone three times 2 step down to six but I have been told that they do not have six milligrams of nicotine to come back in a week so then I still go ahead and buy the two bottles of 12 mg but I would like to step down to the next level 30 ml 6 mg of nicotine and I was wondering do you make your gold rush product in house and is there any way to find out what mixture of PG and VG is in your 30 ml bottles if I incorrect I think by what I have read that you get bigger Cloud if you have more VG in your mixture but maybe for like New Vapor customers it would probably make it easier on the customer if they can get maybe like a read out of different flavors you might have in store of the Gold Rush label cuz Ive been trying to find that right flavor that I can stick with I mean I would actually pay $0.50 for lets say like a menu of your flavored juices for somebody that always has kids in the vehicle and cant go into the Gold Rush store its kind of hard to figure out what kind of juice would best fit me if you know what I mean sorry this is so long but but I recommend Gold Rush been going there ever since I was a youngster never had any problems except for accidentally buying two 30 ml of juice and then after the sale finding out that it was 0 nicotine and I couldnt return it for nicotine product found out the hard way that day LOL all sales are final

Bought a Smok Procolor 225 tc ... Two months later, it magically bricked. Took it back to the store, was told tough, go through Smok. Wont go back again. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL (which are twice the price as those being sold on eBay, but youll get much better customer service online).

Went in for some vape juice and none of the staff knew the content of the juice or the vg/pg ratio. Juice was way to thin for any mod I have ever used let alone my crown tank or my v12 Prince. Will not be going back.

Went in earlier today to just grab something right quick, had my 7 month old son with me (who I was holding) and the woman working came up to me and was very rude telling me children were not allowed in the store and walked right behind me as I left the store. The front door was open when I arrived so I was unable to see the sign and when I told her I did not see it she got snippy towards me saying again Well it is posted right on the door! Once she followed me out she said oh, the door is open. I understand taken an older child in there who could break things but kicking me out of the store over having my baby boy with me was just ridiculous in my opinion. Have completely lost my family as customers. After I left there I went down the road to Southern Smoke and they were extremely nice and so helpful there! I highly recommended going to Southern Smoke instead of this place.

Very nice people big store but there products are outdated Im from temple Texas and I use a alien 250 watt and I love it they dont have anything like mine they have the juice but there mods are outdated
