Kids sports should be about kids!! Every single tournament they issue the schedule the day before so you cant make family plans. Then you finally rush for sitters and rides for all the kids then they cave to politics when teams get bad times and politics come into play. Then they change the times again. There is Zero reason to change the times again and again and disrupt everyones weekends plan even after we have complained that this occurs without reason. One day there will be a company that cares about the kids and not about making $

Having been involved in the AAU circuit for many years, I am also appalled as the previous reviewer was that I would have to pay an entrance fee as a parent for these tournaments. Also it is sad how watered down the talent is. Now if you pay, you play. It’s not about being the best. It’s all about the money.

I rarely post reviews, but I happened to see their score so I read some of these reviews. And they are ridiculous. About the items complained about...1. Refs - they vary just as players and coaches do, to say they favor a team over another is absurd. They definitely dont care who wins a game. Ive coached for several years and will always have ZG events on my schedule, along with 2 other tournament operators who I will always frequent. Refs are the same everywhere you go, theyre stretched thin, there are so many games all over every weekend. I have no gripes about refs at ZG.2. Paying to get in - what you pay for your club (one person mentioned $595) is entirely irrelevant to an entry fee to watch the games. Ive NEVER been to a tournament that didnt charge spectators. How about the fact that you pay at your kids schools?? And you give them tens of thousands in taxes, one could easily make that argument and its far more viable.3. Finally, before you haul off and post about a company, know what youre talking about. 10 penalties? Thatd be fouls, and trust me, no one is out there trying to even the number of fouls so 10 to 1 is normal, one team may be more aggressive, more talented, more physical, etc. That comment is totally irrelevant.Zero Gravity does a good job and have for several years now. This is from someone who has taken teams there for all that time so I actually KNOW the difference.

Older refs that are horrible. If they decide they like a team they are ridiculous on how bad they favor that team. We played a tournament May 4th and 5th. On the 4th we had younger referees that were good. Sunday we had two older referees that we have seen that other tournaments. Our first 6 minutes into the game we had 10 penalties to other teams 1 . We video our games and want to start posting them on YouTube and tagging them to any sites that do zero gravity tournaments. All because they know somebody on the other team or they just feel they dont like a team. It is not their job to judge people it is to referee hey kids basketball game get over yourself. And to have the other team tell their kids that were afraid of them when they have the refs in their pockets. I wouldnt be proud of winning like that. Plaistow New Hampshire YMCA Sunday

After driving my kids around for sports for the last 8 years, I can say this is the first time I was ever asked to pay to assist to their game. I had to pay $14 to assist a weekend tournament. That’s right, after paying $595 to sign my kid up to play an AAU season, I was asked to pay to watch him play games. Unbelievable. This is embarrassing, disgusting and you should be ashamed. Frankly appalled.

Poorly Reffed and poorly managed. Girls getting hurt and refs call games for local teams. Pulled girls from all future tournaments with Zero gravity based on unfair practices.

I don’t know why people are complaining about the refs and the entrance fees, they are great tournament hosts.
