Nice little theater. Very intimate. I saw a fantastic play here recently, Sunday Dinner. It was my first time visiting Theater 40. I was pleasantly surprised with is intimate venue. The intimate nature of the setup made the audience feel like they are a part of the play, immersed into the action, drama, and emotional roller coaster that is taking place within arms reach.

Nice theatre, free inside parking. A little tricky to find. Colorful environment. Small venue, when we visited it was a mainly a mature audience.

I was there recently for a short play by students about 9/11. I applaud the students of Beverly Hills High School for commemorating this tragic event and remembering the lives that perished 18 years ago.

Saw a presentation of two Rod Sterlings Twilight Zone episodes. A small theater but great effort by the cast. A very personal experience.

This Theatre Company sure does a wonderful job of putting everything into a great play selection and performance!LOVE local Theatre, especially one with a classic tradition and talent to back it up!Will be back to experience more performances at Theatre 40!

Professional quality performers in an internment small theater venue.

Acoustics were not great. Show was cute & enjoyable. When actor rotated away from us, we lost some of the words.

Love the place... very friendly people

Myself and three other couples were unable to locate Theater Forty. There were misleading signs and no clear directions. Apparently this theater is located somewhere on the campus of Beverly Hills High School. However none of us could find it. Too bad, as I really wanted to see this show.
