Was working a concert and told i couldnt use the restroom it was only for live nation employees (i was working for staff pro). They let me use it after i said are you kidding me they said something like i guess its fine. Also, their employees didnt do their jobs. They wouldnt say a word to people going to vip entrances with no pass. They were scared to confront them. Most of the time you just need to be polite but assertive, speak with confidence. Im 6 275 lbs. But a girl whos 52 115 lbs gets the same pay i do? Then i want the same pay as a centerfold model. Thats equality. That makes just as much sense.

Update:We are trying to buy tickets for a concert in the Hollywood bowl. It was a pre-sale ticket sale and needed a code which we have. We logged in even before the time they said they will open the sale online but after a few minutes, every good seat was unavailable already. And then a few seats becomes staggeredly available with a price that is 3 to 4 times the original price. This would mean that they either are trying to hold seats to sell tickets at a higher price or they are supporting scalpers. They let scalpers resell tickets at a very high price even on the day of the pre-sale. If only I could leave a rating lower than one star in this review, I would.------We always buy VIP tickets so that we dont have to look for parking, we have early access, there are food served and have access to fairly uncrowded bathrooms. But most of the time we we dont get to enjoy most of these VIP ticket benefits. In one of the events, there was a time when general admission tickets holders were allowed inside the venue at the same time the VIP ticket holders were. This was in Wiltern for the OMD concert if my memory serves me well.In another event in the Palladium also the same thing happened. VIP holders were not allowed to go in at an earlier time than the GA. Then while in the vip line the people supervising the event were promising things like oh, after the concert there will be cookies and coffee available but then at the end of the show they closed down the VIP section. People who were in front of the stage who cannot leave anymore so as not to lose their spot were not able to get food or use the bathroom. They should at least keep the VIP section open an hour more after the show. Or give VIPs an ample amount of time to access the VIP section for whatever BEFORE the show starts. Specially at the Palladium the VIP area is upstairs. VIP ticket holders were kept in line outside way too long. It felt like its only a few minutes difference when they let in the GA crowd. So in effect, vip tickets does not actually have early access which is actually the main point of why we buy it.We pay premium for these amenities and also early entry for front stage access. Please find a way for people who pay these premiums to enjoy what they paid for.

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Calling in to the support line the reps are cold and not willing to help, worthless. Very shady policy only to screw fans out of their hard earned money. Even when a concert is clearly postponed for a year, as listed on the internet, still shows as a valid concert on your account with no option for refund. Shameless business practices...please do yourself a favor and dont give this company another cent.

Wish I could give these people zero stars. When they go down they will go down hard. They only know scamming. Maybe they can become an MLM company after they go BK. Good luck!

LiveNation sucks! What a Frustrating and Agitating NIGHTMARE getting to this place. The apps show fastest route as 40-47 minutes driving time/35 miles to get there from our location. (We would have left earlier but do not our bosses would have let us).It took us 3 HOURS to get to KeyBank From US-22/30 to Exit to 18 is where we spent hours. No show is worth this even if was free, rather alone what they charge. Many drivers were aggressive and it was frustrating. We missed half of the concert and a performer I really wanted to see. I cannot believe I paid for this chaos. When we finally do arrive they do not allow us to park in the Handicap Parking (with ️ plate); they stated, its full ignored our need and directed up a grassy hill with no walkways to walk over a mile to front gates. We had to call 911 to get assistance and needed to use a bathroom after over 3 hrs. This was unbelievable and because handicap and VIP parking are the same, I could bet LiveNations greed to charge for VIP was the reason disabled ticket holders were discriminated against. We paid for a certain chair for the show and even showing the bar code they tried to give is the wrong chair. The music was the saving grace but never ever will I go to LiveNations KeyBank Pavillion unless I can be there by 3-4:00 but then that means spending 7-8 there, too much for many of us.Get it together, LiveNation.
