My experience with Heritage was great. I sold my collection of Silver Age comic books and was impressed with the professional review, cataloging, and presentation to the bidding public. I dropped them off at the Hollywood office and Heritage took it from there.

Great to deal with. I purchased a large painting from them through their online auction and everything went smooth and they did a superb job of packing the painting. I was very impressed!

Its interesting it seems to be a habit with heritage auctions lately of ignoring customers emails . Im actually surprised with the caliber of this auction house and the terrible customer service that is being given its starting to show and Word on the street is not to use heritage but I hope this is just an isolated incident .Ive sold with Heritage auctions before and it was top-notch service years ago lately its non-responsive and ignoring emails which is uncalled for . really shocked at what this auction house is turning into words to management you better hire more professional people working at your locations and dealing with customers and email inquiries about pieces sending it to you for auction there are other auction houses that have better reviews and much more professional service !

I have contacted Heritage Auctions by phone and I was asked to submit pictures of my piece by email. I have waited two weeks before I submitted another email to see if they had received my first email with the pictures, and again never heard back from them.I was very disappointed! From their website you would think they are very professional

Didn’t write me back either

I sent two gentlemen who work at Heritage Auctions some Jpeg images of a portfolio of thirty three 16x20 beautiful black and white prints of the Beatles 1964 tour. I never hear back from them.Subsequent to the original email with images, I sent a second email to inquire if they had received the images and do they generally not respond to emails.Neither gentlemen bothered to write back to me.Is that really anyway to run a business? It seems to me that just simple manners would dictate a response. Besides the portfolio of prints I have some great sports memorabilia, for which, I suppose I will need to find another auction house.This was a disappointing and surprising experience.
