Excellent canvases, they almost have a velvety feeling to them. Turnaround time is quick, even with COVID. Drills are excellent quality, packaging is above par in a brightly colored box and with my last few orders, a sticker to be removed and placed in a DP journal or anyplace else of my choosing. I don’t believe I have ever needed customer support but I’m sure I would be in good hands if I did.

This company produces some of the best quality products available. I love that I dont have to worry about lifes little accidents with the lifetime guarantee. The customer service is top notch and I love that all images are designed perfectly for the best outcome and I dont have to guess which size I will need. I have worked a design from them and is was amazing. I have tried a few brands but the quality does not compare to Diamond Art Club. Their drills are rarely stuck together, have lips in their sides, or have a weird shape. Their lifetime warranty including the Oh Sh*t warranty is amazing, too. I was missing a color from a kit and they sent me replacement quickly. I will shop with them more in the future when I need new designs, and hopefully they continue releasing more beautiful pictures.

First off, the canvas is luxurious and exceptional. The velvet feeling is fantastic. The symbols are super clear and the image is gorgeous. I like the added inventory sticker sheet. This makes it so much easier to kit up. I cant wait to get my next kits!

I just have to say one thing AMAZING PRODUCT!! The more money you spend (which you will) you will go up in perks and then coupons, box for diamond dots, or money off, etc. this is one thing I love!! We have spent quite a bit of money, but let me tell you we will still keep buying because we are at a level were we get to see early before anyone. I have been following on YouTube a couple of diamond painting connaisseurs and they speak so highly of Diamond Art Club that I had to try it for myself and boy was I pleasantly surprised! It’s very easy to buy and the shipping is very fast. I live in Canada and it didn’t even take a whole week to arrive. Absolutely one of the best diamond painting experiences. Both square and round drills were wonderful to work with and the canvas is self flattening, Sofia, and holds the drills really well. Every other piece they have done was not ofequal quality.My big shock was the cost to frame it properly. It was over $300.I literally cried! I made this as a Christmas gift. The piece cost $56.Never in my wildest dreams did I intend or am I able to spend thatmuch money for 1 gift, to a lovely niece. I am so embarrassed, butnow I am mailing it--unframed--to New Jersey. My niece will have todecide how to handle it.

To date we have been so happy with our purchases. They are excellent for meditation time and the quality is excellent. I will say I wish some patterns were not so small allowing better detail but I understand not everything can be enlarged.

Although I do have 3 problems;It’s definitely not the amazing quality of the product;like the flexible, soft but tough and invitingly sparkly canvases with a strong glue;Or the extra-multi-faceted beads with added ‘I’m super special beads’ like Aurora Borealis and Glow In The Dark;It’s not the gorgeous packaging that the product and its tools come in;Or the bonuses you can earn within your DAC account;Nor is it the immense variety of original artists materials to choose from, with themes from classic to modern art or the size, price and level range of said materials;My problems with DAC are this:1. I’m addicted! 2. I can’t afford them all! And3. Mid-COVID postage ️ is slow at the moment so I don’t get them as quickly as ‘I’ want them, being halfway across the world and all! Diamond art Club is a bit on the expensive side but they also provide the highest quality kits and supplies that are available basically anywhere. They commission unique art from talented artists, whom they work with over and over again. So if you find an artist whos style you vibe with, you can expect there to be a continuing flow of new pieces to keep you busy. And you have the satisfaction of knowing the artist is getting paid for their work and treated well.

Ships out super fast. I normally get my order within 3 business days, 4 max. Paintings are great quality and they always give you enough diamonds. The only down side is all the amazing paintings they have are usually sold out within minutes of being posted so to get ones you want you either have to pre-order or check daily for updates. They usually put out new ones weekly. The prices are somewhat high, but totally worth it. They are good size and great detail.

I have order several kits from here and everyone of them were excellent quality. On one of the kits I was working on ran out of one drill color, contacted the customer service dept and they shipped out the color I needed within 24 hours. Now that is excellent customer service. No complaints here. Keep up the excellent work!

I love the paintings at diamond art club! The nice quality canvases, the wonderful artist they have, and the quality of the drills, are excellent! I really like the fact that they do releases of new paintings really often and so the inventory does not get stale.The only thing I would have a problem with is the tool kits. They should include tweezers in their tool kits.

DAC is amazing! I got the beginner size Rainbow Rose kit and I goofed, I used the wrong number on the color chart, and they are sending me a new one! It IS a one time courtesy but Im just so impressed. The quality of the drills and pens are amazing and the adhesive is super sticky! Definitely ordering from them again!

First let me start off by saying that I am not affiliated with DAC, and have not received any type of compensation to give this review. When I first started diamond painting I thought all DPs were created equal, just having different types of hiccups (canvas not as sticky, hard to read, pixelated pics, etc.) I was wrong. At first I was pretty nervous to spend the price on a Diamond Art Club DP. You know the saying, You get what you pay for? This is the perfect example. From the packaging (experience has taught me that even the packaging makes a huge difference), to the canvas (soft, really sticky, clear codes) and drills (minimal trash here, beautiful consistent colors), the quality is worth every cent spent. Dont take my word for it, check out the reviews, look at the finished pictures to get an idea of how amazing these DPs are compared to others. Even those pics do not do justice to the DP itself. As a fellow artist, I also love that the artist is also recognized/compensated for their work. This is now my top DP site.

DAC has by far the best quality canvases and drills on the market. The fact that they license all of the artists featured on the paintings make them the number one choice for me. My only concern is that canvases are sold out really quickly and restocks are few and far between. I would love a better chance to secure my favorite motives.

My experience with Diamond Art Club has been excellent! They are prompt with responding to emails. The quality of their packaging, canvas, drills, and wax is on point as well! While shipping is crazy all over right now, they still make every attempt to keep you informed of the status of your package- whether it be shipped, waiting on items to arrive, to being delivered! Even though I think their pricing is a little bit on the pricey side, I am willing to pay the extra few bucks for a top quality product. They still have not disappointed me yet. Though, I would like to remark and hope they bring back some older/retired paintings for those of us that didnt get a chance to grab them when they were available. Even if they bring them back for a weekend. Lol!. Im very happy I came across Diamond Art Club... excellent quality company!

Every time I do a diamond painting from any other company besides Diamond Art Club, it reconfirms just how beautifully well charted a DAC picture is. There is no comparison that I’ve ever come across that equals it’s beauty. I’ve never been disappointed by DAC. I will always support my favourite company. Thanks DAC.

Absolutely one of the best diamond painting experiences I have had so far. The round drills were wonderful to work with and the canvas is self flattening, and soft. The canvas holds the drills really well. The images are legally licensed so there are no copyright issues. While the kits may be a bit on the pricy side, they are definitely worth every penny, these are really worth saving and buying. You do get what you pay for, there customer service is quick to respond to any questions. I will continue to use this company.

I am now addicted to diamond art. It is relaxing to me and I will totally get lost in a piece for hours. I have never recieved a bad package from the diamond art club and would recommend this activity to anyone. I even got my son into it and he loves it too!!
