A lovely place ever! If you want to live in a peaceful, quiet, and safe place, I highly recommend living here. You also do not need to worry about mowing because the owner would care for it. He is a very kind and gentle guy You do not need to pay for using water. How awesome it is! This mobile home park is the best in the Quad Cities area! You can compare it with other MHP and then finally you can find out that here is the best place ever! The price is reasonable. I loved to live here. The neighbors also are nice, and you can be a friend very quickly. The maintenance guy and the owner will help you or guide you if you need to repair something for your home. I am sure that you will never regret living here

I live here and have for over 20 years. Several family members and friends do as well. It is without a doubt the best mobile home park in the Quad Cities. It is well maintained and the rent is very reasonable.

Ive never lived in a mobile home park that was this peaceful,ive never seen,or heard any drama in this park ever ! Been here about 4 yrs.a birdie told me a few openings are comming to this MUST SEE mobile home park & if you are looking for your own place to call home this would be a great place for you !

A quite trailor court with convenience store near by, a liquor store across the street and a dining establishment next door to the liquor store.As for mangmt he seems fair yet has some odd rules. Reasonable rent and decent trailers available to rent or buy.I only go there to visit a friend of mine so I gave you my basic knowledge of what Ive seen
