Superb hotel! They also served great food for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their lobby is clean, the security system is good as well.A perfect place to stay when youre here. They have a very accommodating and hands-on owner and staff. We had the resort all by ourselves and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This is a perfect honeymoon place. Were so thankful to the staff that accommodated us during the stay.
First timer at the casino. Came with my ladies for a spur of the moment girls trip. We loved it! Room had a view of the river. Beds and towels are amazing. Pool and hot tub are open till midnight, and the gambling wasnt to bad either. Loads to do in town and across the river. Never had a boring moment. I recommend this place to everyone!

Very cool place. Only problem I had was the uncomfortable experience with the casino security guard at the entrance. After buying a room for the night, I shouldnt feel pressured by the guard for being 21 and out of state. Didnt feel like gambling much after that. I would recommend the hotel though. It was fun to watch the boats on the water.
Yes i visit the isle 5 times a week thats because Im part of the team. I work at the Isle on the Graveyard shift at 1130 each night me and my fellow team members roll in to do our deep clean and sanitation of the Casino and public areas safe and ready for you to come down and be with us. Our hours are Monday thru Thursday 7am to 2am Friday and Saturday 24 hours come join us and GOOD LUCK
Very clean. Casino was ok...drinking rules there are super strange. Idk if that’s an Iowa thing because we’re not from here. But they’d only serve a single every 20 minutes. Strange coming from Wisconsin where there’s really no limits. But overall it was a good time
Bed bugs on the bed and on the headboard. I had pics and captured one in a pill bottle. Security took pics as well. They admitted my room has bed bugs but wanted to assure me it was the one and only room that had them. (For real) I finally squeezed out an apology for this otherwise they never offered one up for this happening.
I was there for 2 days, and the first morning I called down for more coffee, they told me it would be 1/2 hr. Before they could bring it to the room. I didnt have a problem with that. 1 hr. And 45 min. Later I am calling back, no coffee was delivered, but if I want I can come to the from desk and pick it up. Than coffee got spilled on the sheets, I took the sheets off the bed, expecting Room service, to come in. We left the room and returned at Midnight, and to our surprise, no room service. No clean sheets that I took off, no bed made, no clean towels, soap, coffee cups, or coffee. I called to the front desk, and was told we can come down after everything, because they have no housekeeping on duty. I asked why my room was not service, as I put the maid service sign on the door. There reply was we service no rooms Covid-19 going on. Now wouldnt you think they would inform everyone of this when checking in. Have a great day everyone.
Nice place to visit with family an friends, we had a good time and rooms was nice. We was a little disappointed because the kids miss the boat ride but they did swim in the pool twice, an the hotel an casino was freezing it was like I was in a icebox. I would hav giving em 5 stars but its to cold in that place.

Im pretty sure its legal to gamble at the age of 21. Ive been here a few times to gamble, but here this weekend to stay. I went into this casino 3 times today and got my players card. I went to go in tonight and the guard upfront acted like I had a fake ID. Then I had to wait for a manager to read off my ID and tell me that its real. It ruined the mood and I was really put off by the attitude and the whole situation.TL;DR Dont bother unless youre 26. The hotel and room is nice though.
We were bumped from our reservation because we did not list “non-smoking” in the special comments (the whole hotel smells like cigarettes anyway). Ordered an old fashioned at the bar, it was probably the worst drink I’ve ever had made by a bartender. Charged price was $70 higher than listed for the room... can not recommend this hotel in any way.

We stayed there for our son’s baseball tournament. We found a bedbug. My wife was bitten. We notified the management. They didn’t seem to do anything except move us to a different room. No follow up phone calls. No compensation. I ended up reporting it to the health department and the baseball tournament’s lodging director. Still no response three weeks later. Check your beds everyone!
The casino is nice with a nice selection of games. The one star deduction is for their failure to enforce their own masks required rule. The signs are, apparently, only posted to give the illusion that they care about their customers and employees.
Stood at the front desk two different times for more than 5mins before someone finally emerged from the back room to help me. Overall condition is ok, but several aspects of the rooms are worn and out dated (couch cushions stained, towel rack fell apart, etc.). Also, there is no room service... not sure how that’s possible.
The staff at the casino were horrible they belittled me and my wife harrased us while we were playing slot machines and my wife and me have been emotionally abused by the staff and have been given no compensation whatsoever. We have not even been offered an apology. My friend is a lawyer and I have enough evidence to make my case. Please dont go to this casino.

I did not like this casino and hotel resort. My stay there was not fun or pleasant. The first day was okay with a nice greeting from the hotel staff, but I soon started to notice the lobby was messy and a little trashy. I especially did not like their mask policy at the casino and hotel. The second day was worse because I wanted to have some casino fun but I was constantly harassed about the strict mask policy they have there. The casino floor was soo packed and crowded that I couldnt even get a table game in. The dealers where so tired they passed me up on the table. I couldnt even grab a simple beer without being harassed about the dam mask policy. I felt like they where targeting me. I believe it makes no sense in carrying out a strict policy when the casino and hotel was crowded, messy and trashy. I believe you should take a star away from them because of how they harassed the guests and presented the hotel with an unfavorable image. I will also recommend the Casio and Hotel Association consider taking a star away as well!
Positive: I like the hotel because it was part of the casino and that was nice. Negative: The only things that I felt fell short was the Musty smell in the room. I am guessing the room we received hadnt been stayed in for a while. I have allergies to mold and dust and I struggled all night long. The only other issue was road construction.
Never got to stay. Hotel staff was extremely rude. As it turns out, they sold our paid for in advance room to someone else before we arrived. They refuse to refund. Have never experienced anything like this, anywhere!

Positive: Pretty clean for the most part, staff was quick friendly and effective. Emergency exit / door to the stairwell was locked, I made a call and despite the traffic in the hotel with the nightmare storm they didnâ€t forget to make it a priority. Negative: Stairwells are pretty ugly and dirty but Iâ€m sure not many take the stairs.

We had a great time this weekend! We stayed in the North tower which was very nice with a great view of the sunrise over the river. The buffet was excellent with crab legs and prime rib. My wife and I enjoyed the casino although we arent big gamblers so we didnt spend too much time in there. Even though the weather was terrible this weekend we still had a great time and will plan on returning at some point in the future
Positive: Good selection of tv channels. Negative: Their website wasnt up to date during COVID. They told us things that werent true when we called before we went up there. Such as masks being mandatory and places to eat. Everything was closed except the snack bar.

Recieved a complementary stay. The Good: Delicious Food, comfy beds, and decent machines/table games. The Bad: power went out to the rooms with no ETA (total of an hour), workers not paying attention for food orders. One was playing on his phone while I waited to see how long until he noticed me ( 5 minutes + a line behind me)Another forgot to put our order in, though made up with free drinks. Condensation dripping from ceiling, was told due to air conditioner use. The VIP lounge answering machine was broken apparently, took nearly a week to notice and call me back.Overall: Go for a good time, not a long time.

Every year my job takes a trip for those who has been with the company over 10 years and this was my first year I went as I been with said company for over 14+. When I say this place is AMAZING it would be an understatement!!! I enjoyed EVERYTHING about this place and even considering taking my family out to Iowa just for them to experience what I have. PERFECT RATING FROM ME! People were so nice and inviting. Everything on the premises that you would need.

Horrible service. Wouldnt let me back in the room to get money I left had to go through hurdles to get it. Place is a joke!!!
I lost $???? in 10 minutes... I called them first to make sure thay would cash a check and they said no problem. Well my check wouldnt clear through their machine.. So I gave them a second check same problem. I show them my online checking account. Theres money in my account. So in 20 minutes I had too go back home at 10:30pm. One and a half hours 85 miles..... Very disappointed.. I probably will never go back.
We didnt have any supplies in the bathroom and no washcloths. We found hair in the shower. Told found desk, waiting to hear back on complaint.

The room is clean and smells fresh but unfortunately the bed is not comfy. Its hard and the pillows are absolutely trash, for the price I expected much more. They also charge a $10 fee to use the grounds which is a fancy way of say pool and tiny fitness room. There is a $50 deposit as well. I did enjoy the casino and will try the buffet from breakfast today. Thats where it get the 2 stars.

Great casino! I love the athmosphere, however I did notice the penetrating smell of smoke and I am a smoker! The staff was very friendly as usual and helpful. We love to take the 2,5 hour ride from Chicago and we are actually planning a trip to Mississippi to visit other Isle properties! I cant wait for the comp rooms, so we can spend the night rather than driving 5 hours roundtrip to Iowa.Thanks for a great evening, Isle and well be back!!
The best casino to go to in my opinion! Has great entertainment with a lot of table games like black jack, Mississippi stud, pai gaw, ultimate poker, baccarat, craps, roulette and many more. Plenty of slot new and lots of the older ones that I like.They have 3 restaurants. A Buffet , the cafe and a bar and grill style. The all you can eat buffet has a good variety. On friday and Saturdays the buffet will have prime rib and crab legs added.The kellers express is like a little diner that has a to die for pork tenderloin. Also has ready made sandwiches and salads, so you dont have to wait. This also has a ice cream shop as well.The Kellers American Grill is the more pricier restaurant. Has a nice selection of wine and brews. They carry some of the local brews on tap. On the menu you have things from smoked wings as a app or a buffalo burger to maybe a scottish salmon. Either way, they will have what you want.
The hotel was nice, comfy bed and the room was clean enough. I definitely would NOT recommend the buffet! The prime rib was sooooo over done and all the flavor was boiled out of the crab legs, what little meat you could manage to dig out anyway! Extremely disappointed, especially considering the price...

The thermostat does not work in our room. The heat was almost unbearable. The beds are cheap the pillows are cheap, bring your own. The smell of smoke is in the whole building so if your sensitive to that avoid this place.

Very rude front desk girl. When asked a question she said I dont know I live in Illinois. Then she didnt activate our room key. Room also were not clean there was crumbs on the floor when we walked in. The only thing I can say about our stay is they had good food.
Warning, warning!!!We were there yesterday gambling after visiting the Illinois casino where they sanitizing everything including the legs of the chairs and stools.They are doing absolutely nothing at the Isle to sanitize and could only find one bottle of hand sanitizer.I addressed my thoughts to the guys checking IDs and totally blew me off.I saw one person using same towel and no cleaners to spot clean the machines.So if they get the virus tracked back to customers catching it here and the health department closes them down then Oh Well...get what you deserve.

I received an email with my October offers. Decided to use my comped hotel rooms and participate in the kiosk promotion of “spinning” for up to $20,000 in free play. The kiosk promotion wasn’t working. Went to the players desk, the lady said she saw that I was eligible for the promotion, told me to try a different machine, still not working. She printed me a new card, still not working. Suddenly the lady says “you aren’t eligible for that promotion. I was wrong.” I explained that I had the email saying I was! She said no, I wasn’t eligible for it. People be aware, they get you in there with promotions they DO NOT HONOR!!!! I love the Isle of Capri but after today, I will never go back!! Oh and another lady was at the players desk having the exact same problem as me!!

The room was very nice. Our room had a view of the river and the bridge, so it was a decent view. The pillows were very comfortable, one of the better hotel pillows I have ever slept on. The only downside of our stay was that the elevators on the south tower smelled when we were there. The center elevator smelled strongly like vomit, and the other two had a distinct unpleasant odor. If we werent on the 7th floor we probably would have used the stairs.

This has always been one of my favorite Iowa casinos. They have a wonderful assortment of older and new slot machines. Its a very clean facility and the smoke ventilation is better than some of the other casinos around.
So... Being a guest there is amazing. I love it. But the way they boss their employees around? And the way i have seen some of them be treated? I give 3 stars because i know they can treat their employees better than that.
The slots dont play and they dont give comps. The absolute worst casino Ive ever been to.

Room was nice,front desk,and housekeeping where on point and the food was good,except the breakfast buffet wasnt the greatest but the rest was good. The casino is nice a lot if machines. A lot of back and forth win 2.50 but lose 5.00. Except for that but of luck! I will definitely come back. My family had a good time.
