The game is fun, but not much of a story line to follow to hold the clues together. Parking for the location isnt great either.

We did the Bank Room and it was so much fun! Great experience.

The person running it was very friendly. But, the room was not fairytale themed like the description, some of the puzzles didnt make sense, and the locks were janky. Also they are not technologically advanced. We were not able to get a clue within a timely manner.

Its fun for kids, they should be older than 6 since my smaller grand kid (shes 5l seemed to small and was pushed a round but she still had fun

Something different from the usual night out. Had a great time with a group of eight. Doesnt take long enough to fill an entire night out, but combine with a group dinner and drinks afterwards makes for a great evening. Ive recommended Bustout Live Escape games to many friends - its just too bad that you can only do a room once, luckily they have three different ones. Ill definitely go back again!!

We did this as a family outing. Was fun. We made it out before time ran out.

I have taken a group or two to this escape room from St. Ambrose. We have always had a great time and a terrific team bonding experience.

Really fun, but challenging!

Not a great experience, but not the worst. The room was built pretty crappy, locks are not good quality. But by far the worst part of the experience was the extremely unfriendly person running it, she acted like it was a big inconvenience for us to be there, after spending $100 for 4 of us, will not be back.

I felt that it was a very expensive hour for the experience that we had. First of all, the storefront location was very hastily thrown together, random furniture in the hallway. The woman that was there was not very excited to accommodate us...just a job obviously. The rooms we were in had NO atmosphere at all. Slapped some paint on the wall, cheap posters and locked boxes. The place was dirty like it wasnt cleaned up after construction. Having no knowledge of Harry Potter, the clues were hard to figure out. All in all, it looks like they are out to make a quick buck with their slammed together operation. A total rip off!

We had confirmed reservations and the business was not open. They finally answered their phone after the time of our reservation and let us know theyd forgotten about us and were unable to uphold the reservation. We were very disappointed! How can you not be open when someone has confirmed reservations!? Also they only take Cash, and the signage on the door has conflicting information. Id give it zero stars if I could!

Liked it, but they gave us way too many hints right at the start.

This is a great place for parties and just general fun. The employees are friendly and we had a really good time.

Was very accomodating with a short-notice group of 8 (although ymmv based on existing reservations). We did a time-travel based room and it was pretty tough, but we had a great time

Fun group activity. The space is still under construction and a little rough around the edges. If lines to see difficulty ratings on the rooms, so rooms can match the skills of the players.

My family and i did the Alcatrze room... come to find out it was based on Harry Potter, which none of us had seen. Sure it was a great room for others, very waste of money for us. If it is Harry Potter based, please specify it in your introduction.

Been to a few different escape game locations and this was not worth $25. The rooms were cheap and the clues were terrible...very low budget. Dont waste your money!

Absolutely horrible, did not reset the room correctly. Our group reached the goal within 5 minutes because half the locks where undone. Completely unprofessional. Still had to pay full price for half experience.

Pretty fun. Go with smart friends!
