A real gem for this neighborhood. tennis, swim & dive teams, clubhouse. makes you wonder why your neighborhood pool cant. and yet!

Great pools for summer. Im pretty sure the tennis courts are open most of the year. Grills free if you have membership to enter.

The photos as of 8/17/18 are accurate enough, but they dont really show the beauty of the location.I have been to several Country Clubs in the area, but just to stick to CCs where I actually swam a few laps, Id say CSSC is better in the lay of the land, Frederic Law Olmstead type of thing - better in my mind than Bethesda or Chase Country club.While I was a.youth at CSSC, there were fantastic swimmers, too many to cite.I never found out if any made the 1973 team in Munich, as my family had relocated to Rome in 1971.Nuf said.

I visited here for a wedding. Though this is close to the city, its tucked away enough that you wouldnt know it. Didnt play tennis or swim, but it was a beautiful spot for hosting parties.
