We stayed here in the summer of 2019 for 8 months. The community is apparently is under new ownership and they are doing a wonderful job with the park.It is very clean and well kept, The grounds are always well kept and we noticed that there are new street signs and Entry signs being installed as well. Parking can be tough but other than that we would highly recommend this community for long or short term stays. It is a very quite, safe place to call home.

Stayed in park 11 months with no issues. If I’m ever back in the area will attempt to stay here again. My one recommendation would be maybe an on-site laundry accommodations in my line of work all our folks in RVs are not equipped with washer/drier and the hours we work, sure would be nice to have an on site laundry area. Myself I’m equipped but in the past experiences

Ive lived here for 21 yrs. I love that its under new owners. When we moved in here, there were more older people that lived here. Most of them have passed. Looks like middle age families are here now. We have a lot of out of town workers, with their families living here.Weve never had any issues with Crime here!! I love our little community here and you would to!!

Great place, friendly neighbors, clean living places and great maintenance workers. This place is 10/10 recommended for people getting out on their own or need a place to stay in town for work. Kickapoo has it all!

Wont properly fix the roads so when it rains it floods in front of 3 homes and very hard to get in and out

Decent park. Hard to drive through with all the vehicles parked in the road. 2 tires on the curb would help a lot. Owner is a good guy and always helpful.

I lived there under the ownership of Steve Bryant..Lot 23..from November 2015 to Feb Of 2018 at which time my RV caught on fire Jan 1st of 2018 and could no longer live there , but it had to stay there until February so insurance company could see it then it was removed from property Feb of 2018...So now it is under new ownership am not sure if full time RVers are allowed there or not.

Its a r/v- mobile home park. I visited on st.patricks day evening. It was quite and maintained. So a pleasant neighborhood,all in all...

To pricey for RV site.

Its a very nice, clean, and peaceful place to live. The residents are very kind and respectful. Steve Bryant, the owner, is a kind man & takes care of things in a quick and professional manner. Ive been pleased with my residence here.

I love this RV park. Everyone is so nice here. And it is in a rural area of town, yet close to everything.
