The staff is friendly and very helpful. They gave me a chance many would not! I LOVE the home and the appliances as well! Very thankful to be a tenant here ️️

I was interested in woodward estates Once I saw there Approval wasn’t based off of a certain credit score, im a young college student so I was looking for something affordable and spacious. I was told that I had been denied the first time I applied but I immediately received a call back stating I had been approved with a $780 deposit I was thrilled to know I had finally had a place to call home I came into the office paid my $780 deposit on 08/08/2020 Amanda never told me how much more I would have to finish paying since I thought I’d be moving in 08/22/2020 I thought it would be prorated 1st months rent . I called several times to find out the remainder and I was given the run around eventually I was told that the “marketing manager” didn’t base my approval on a $780 deposit which I had already paid but instead they wanted me to pay $1,085 plus 2 months rent $1,560 for a trailer . I immediately told Amanda I couldn’t afford to pay that amount what had changed from what she told us ? If I knew that we would have never paid the $780 initially. I was told by Amanda to come into the office fill out a form and we would reviver our deposit back I filled out a form 08/13/2020 since then it is now 09/09/2020 and I have still not received my money back from the property ! I have to call everyday I have still been giving not enough answers on when I should get my money back . It saddens me to think the world could be so cruel when it comes down to money . We didn’t hesitate to pay our deposit so we’re unsure of why it’s been over a month and we haven’t received it yet. I planned to use that money for my next place before I’m homeless and the property doesn’t seem to care about giving people money back at an appropriate time especially when I’m not even living at there property

Needs cleaned up. Alot of old trailers then they are to close just cramed in mailbox is just condemned smh

Every body there went above and beyond to help unload my trailer . Those are good people, myself I have fractured my back and my neck so my unloading days are behind me . I felt badly because Ive spent a life time unloading and loading . Those folks made the best of a bad situation. I cant say enough about the classy people there you all are good in my book JB driver #4068

If and when our manager will get a good maintenance man it will help she cant do everything we need about 15 or 20 guys to make it look pretty and a landscape crew if you are going to have a community make it one Amanda cant do it all owners ,so yall get her some help bescause it could always be better....,,,,

#2 Woodward Estates. Great original Tacos or try the sandwich but you probably cant eat a whole sandwich. Mexican coke made with Cane Sugar. The Cold Rice drink is great too

Management is a joke. Gun shots going off on every holiday! They are rude and childish. After 5 years of living there they decided not to renew our lease because we stopped giving them internet. One of the worst trailer parks I have ever lived in but thankfully we found a beautiful home my son and daughter n law purchased and we no longer have to deal with the drama there!
