Stopped in for a quick bite, very good! Had the Tijuana hot dog, comes with bacon and salsa, very tasty and also a roasted pepper. The selection of sauces is very good, from sweet to spicy. Great atmosphere, and friendly staff! Will definitely be back!!

Best wings ever. Period. Order a beer , there are always great choices on draft and in cans--like Delirium Tremens-- and do yourself a favor an order the grilled wings. They are perfectly dry seasoned, and then you get your choice of barbecue sauce! Sit at the bar if you can!

This spot is my favorite. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very amicable and the food they place on your table is so flavorful. I am always happy to have a decent dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

A straight classic, enjoyed by old and new comers alike. The beers are always changing and the events are fun. Pop in any day of the week youll find something new, from weird movies to wrestling to live music! Make sure to go with an empty stomach because the food is the best Ive had in any bar. The wings will have you flying, but the 666 death sauce will definitely bring you back down to earth.Unfortunately, there is not a lot of space, so try to anticipate crowding.A definite YES! Great wings! Give the 666 sauce a try, but only try a little. Its not a long lasting spicy, but its extremely spicy. I ended up mixing it with the habanero sauce and later a little bit of ranch and it was DELICIOUS. Also, the potato salad as a side was pretty good too.

Very cool campy place with a lot of schitck but thats the appeal of it. Ronnie the owner is a real showman and knows how to entertain a crowd. Highly suggest trying the wings theyre smoked which seals in the flavor. And flavorful they are for sure. Nice selection of tap beers to wash them down. If youre in the area stop in for a good time.

Went there wednesday for lunch.. smoked wings were on point and delicious. Went back Saturday night, wings were burnt to a crisp and hard.. no consistency. Hit or miss spot..

Only 2 or 3 things on the menu. I didn’t see any of the food shown on reviews or pictures. Maybe I just went on a bad day? Bartender was very nice and pleasant. I would call in advance if you are looking for particular items to see what’s available. If you are sensitive to cigar smell while eating carry out will be your best option.

Awesome place, awesome atmosphere, awesome food, awesome beer, and awesome people! Their events, from the midget wrestling to the Halloween bash are just unmatchable. Personally, i have traveled from coast to coast and have eaten, specifically, wings. There is not a place in this country that matches the quality and taste at Cigars and Stripes. They take pride in their food and it shows. I highly recommend this place!

The ribs and wings are amazing. They have a good selection of craft beer. The service could be better. Waited 10 min to close my tab. Girls werent really busy just busy eating or running their mouth talking.

Have not been disappointed with anything ive order from here. Their food is delicious. Wings, bbq rib tips, their hamburger, their hot dog!! Honestly recommend anything from here. You wont be disappointed

Reasonable choice of cigars. Its nice that the cigars are available as long as the bar is open. Which is always at least 1am. Good food also. A bit small in space however. But certainly worth the trip.

Love this place! The owner is a super nice guy and keeps the atmosphere as creepy as possible. Dark, if you like that sort of thing and shows horror films many nights of the week, live shows too. Svengoolie would feel right at home here as I do.

Had my first (legal) drink here at midnight in my 21st birthday. Nowhere else Id rather be! Mike, the live entertainment, was super fun to watch. Definitely cant wait to be back.

They have yummy rib tip, wing, and lets not forget the Tijuana hot dogs! If youre slightly parched they have a great selection of beers and a delicious Bloody Marys. Events you must attend at Cigars are the Annual Route 66 Car Show and the Halloween events. Definitely check it out and enjoy!

This is my go to local bar. They have a great food menu as well as a many different beers to choose from. But what really makes this place special is the friendly staff, ownership and the different events they host every night that makes you keep coming back for more. Sunday Night Zombie Bingo is the best time you will ever have playing bingo!!!

I went to order out and got the Chicken wings. Surprisingly they have a Sports PPV which made the wait for the wings very short. The wings by the way are excellent.They play wrestling, MMA and Svengoolie on their big screens.

COVID UPDATE - they have a fantastic outdoor seating area with plenty of breathing room.Smoked wings finished on the grill. Not greasy, not too smokey, but hot and crispy. Thats all you need to know. Ronnie is so passionate about BBQ that all of his menu represents the best youll find with 20 miles of the place.

Love going here for the smoked food and draft beer...when they have it. Its a hit or miss what they will have available. Last 3 times Ive been in they were out of almost every item on the menu, and draft beer selection was slim no none. Dont know what is going on with this, management or suppliers but I can tell its having an impact on business. I would like to continue to go here because the food and beer is just that good, but dont like having to go somewhere else to eat once I get there. I will add the staff are very polite and do everything in there power to make things right.

Great cozy bar. Good food. I give them a big credit - there is only one TV and a classical move was on that TV. You may guess, watching TV is not my favorite thing when I go out. Talking with interesting people and eating good food is much higher on list of my priorities. This place delivers on that. Kudos.

I have visited this place a handful of times and really enjoy coming here. I love the atmosphere and drink selections. Havent had the food yet but from what I hear it is fantastic. They do special events in the lot adjacent, I was there for the Classic car show. Will definitely be returning in the near future to try Berwyns best burger!

Menu not as advertised. The wings were not award winning. Only one staff member working, she was good, and showed true kindness to a disabled regular. Cigar selection was poor.

What a strange place. Small, cramped. Very small menu. Wings, hot link sandwich, rib tips. Now you know the menu. Odd beer list too. Decor was dim lit, some wrestling pics, and some horror type pics and statues. Some bar stools, some small chairs on the elevated side of the bar. Just real strange. The bar maid requires a credit card to order for a tab. And she holds it under the bar. Wife was not happy with that. Or, you pay cash once you order, before served, food or drink. Had an order of wings, 7 in an order, nothing special, drank our beer, then left. Then this happened, tried to use the bathroom, no light switch, super dark in there. Used my phone light to see, once I closed the door, the light actuated in the room. Never have I been in such a strange establishment. They also sell cigars. Cannot get any stranger. Avoid like the plague.

From way back in the day when he managed wrestlers (before wrestling was even cool), to mastering the art of old school hand pin-striping in the back of the original Cigars garage - Ronnie shared his private stashes of quality cigars and fantastic hot sauces, before hot sauces were even popular (think late 1980s).Ronnies vision (as I saw it) was home, the home he opened his doors to for friends to come by and hang out, which there was always something cool going on - something usually out of the ordinary that you bragged about weeks later.. I was a day one kind of customer, the kind that sat on a milk crate at the old store watching tv and trying some of the original HOT hot sauces, while Ronnie pinstriped a car in the back, it was BYOB because it wasnt a bar yet, but that came soon with the purchase of the current building.What Ronnie put together is an extension of himself. Cigars & Stripes has to be the friendliest place around (just like Ronnie), and the food he serves there is quality. You go there because you know what you are getting - and you know its going to be damn good. Ronnie likes to turn people on to brews he finds that are outstanding - but yet he keeps the regular suds on hand to keep the people satisfied.Lets talk hot sauces and cigars. You will be hard pressed to find a better selection locally, of what you want. His stock is always fresh and well maintained , and anyone saying otherwise is just being utterly critical.Also worth mentioning because someone called the establishment racist, BULLSH*T- AND I MEAN BULLSH*T ! My family is Hispanic and has always been treated with respect when they have frequented here as I have seen many customers of many colors that patronize the bar. So whoever said that - you should seek professional help, you need it.Wrapping up this long winded review - I moved out of the area years ago, but when I find myself back visiting in Berwyn - Cigars is always a place I look forward to visiting and you should want to also, its that good of a place.
