First time here and I was surprised at how beautiful the placed looked. It was clean and elegant to be honest. The front desk attendant was very nice and attentive. It also helped that I won! Will definitely be back!

This is by far the best lounge Ive been been to in all Cook county. The setup is nice. The staff are friendly and the have great snacks while you play.

I went in earlier today around noon. I really like this place because its clean, does promos, and has a friendly staff. I was disgusted and disappointed when I got there today. 1 man was playing multiple machines. This is ridiculous! I told the attendant on duty and she was like well he was the only one here. SO WHAT!! This is happening more and more. The next time I witness 1 person on multiple machines at any of these places that only have 5 machines, I will take a video and send it to Illinois Gaming IGS.

The employees are absolutely excellent!! The place stays beautiful. And they serve little appetizers that are super great. I brought in a few people & they also had no complaints! I’ve only been here a few times & haven’t seen anything negative.Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great and fancy area. Only down fall is that I had a bad experience with one of the employees not very friendly and rude. Older gentleman. Other staff are wonderful and very friendly. I like the rewards wish they had more slots

Unfortunately this was my first and last visit here,the establishment is beautiful but wasted a lot of space where as there are 5 machines the 5th machine sit right behind the 4th players back ,annoying customers that talk on the cell and play several types of music while music is playing already. Youre not concentrating on playing but what whomever is right behind u is doing the host did ask them to not consistently stand behind me the 4th players back the buttons on the machines didnt work either beautiful place horrible guest.

The personel are very friendly. But with slot offerings in abundance this is no longer enough. I think its time for indidvidual reward cards.

Stopped in to check it out. Its real nice with a Vegas feel. Only thing is, none of the machines were working. We waited 30 mins, then left. Ill probably give it 1 more chance. Ask for a punch card
