A great place to go for that one different thing you need - perfect for Christmas presents, or other gifts. Or just go to treat yourself. They carry goods from a good number of different artists. Some things are a bit quirky, some are very useful like scented hand soaps or a number of food goods. Going is similar to visiting a small art fair with an excellent variety of items.

The Yellow Door is an absolutely delightful collection. My niece and i visited for her 12th birthday. She was entranced for hours. She wandered around in circles and looked carefully at every. Single. Item. Not once did we feel rushed by the staff. They checked on us but we never felt as if we needed to hurry up and move along. There was such an charming variety of items Im going to have to go back.

Surprising assortment of locally sourced original art and handicrafts. The staff are welcoming and gracious. A delightful place spend time browsing for anything from wall art to sustainable cork handbags. I dare you to leave without a new favorite piece in tow!

Gotta say... this shop impressed me! So much awesome stuff! All types of art. Some art youd expect to find, still cool, & some outside the box style. Nice to see how talented our local artists are... & the staff is very inviting & helpful. Glad to know that this place is very close to home.

Fun place to find unusual and great things whether it is a gift or something for yourself. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I love supporting small business and local artists. Great that there is someplace to go to without having to wait for a craft show and even those are hit or miss for quality items.

I love this Little gem in Berkley. Its a small hidden away treasure that has different artists take on things, from bags to jewelry, its just a fun place to shop. I have bought multiple things from this place and I love each piece that Ive purchased. I wear them often and get quite a few compliments on them. If you happen to be in Berkley please look for this place and support them small businesses make peoples dreams come true.

Great local gifts, offered by local artists. This is a cool little shop, they offer some unique items at the Yellow Door. They are very friendly and helpful and most of the stuff is reasonably priced. They even have a little section in the back supporting and selling items from young artists, pretty cool. If your looking for that different gift and want to support a great local business that supports local artists, be sure and stop in the Yellow Door.

Yellow Door is full of things I never knew I needed and excellent gifts for everyone in my family, male & female. After one visit this store is my new favorite store. So many great Michigan artists with a huge array of great one of a kind items. I will be visiting this store often!
