The space was great for our little group! Great place to have any event and it was so open with beautiful exposed brick walls. Looks like it can fit 80 to 100 people comfortably and it the space is so modern that it turn your event into the talk of the town.

I appreciate all who answered any questions I had as I got closer to hosting my baby shower. Very nice & polite. Poet’s Corner is a beautiful space! The plants, brick wall, wood tables, all things I love! Many family & friends who attended asked how to book the space for themselves also! When I arrived, the guy who was there to help put things together for me was very helpful. Thank you Neyborly for an amazing venue!

We went to this corner to see the 4 AM: Collective and they absolutely killed it. Hands down the best performance of the night. Highly recommend looking into these guys, they are going to be big. Shout out JR. It was the perfect venue for a collective like them.

Venue space for rent hourly, daily, meetings, birthday, shower,bar mitzvah, wedding reception a rehearsal, music,dj,cd release,etc.

Great facility for intimate gathering! Spacious and the manager was responsive to a couple of glitches which occured. Parking is a slight concern as San Pablo Ave is a very busy street early but not so bad later in the evening. Except for parking a great find! Several guests commented that they would like to host an event there.

Easy to work with, friendly staff. Nice to be able to get your own caterer and alcohol. I would book here again for a future event.

This is quite a lovely meeting space for up to about 80 people. The managers will set up tables and chairs to a configuration that suits the lessee, and there is full audio visual along with a stage and large screen for projecting. A refrigerator keeps the beverages and food items cold.Possibly more trash cans would be useful. Unfortunately there isnt a sink for rinsing serving items, but this can be worked around. Staff is helpful an dependable.Our experience for an integrative health care consortium group was excellent!

Awesome event space, great friendly staff! Loved the lights, some of the LED tape is having problems I hope they can get fixed, but otherwise a really great experience. They made having an even there a breeze!

We hosted our annual Holiday Party and arranged a very nice setting for a seated dinner for 70 guests, Neyborly staff is great, available, they do their best to accommodate your needs, theres always someone on site to help you out during the set up and clean up. Everybody enjoyed the space, the atmosphere with the lighting etc....I truly recommend!

A nice spot for parties. They have color selection lights and an iPad for music. This place has access to a water dispenser with option of hot or cold water and a fridge.

This was my third time throwing a dance party at Neyborly. Its a great space on so many levels: lighting, layout, staff, sound system, ease of use, etc etc. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience throwing my 40th bday party at this space. Chad was superful in helpful and getting us oriented and the whole space was pretty much turnkey. Guests were super impressed with the space and lots asked about how I found it. I highly recommend it for your event!

Great space where we hosted a working lunch with training for 20 people. Only one hour metered parking out front but plenty for free parking on the near by side streets.
