We stayed at the Bentonville 21C for 7 days and 6 nights over the Thanksgiving week in a King room on the 3rd floor. The service was excellent. Housekeeping came once upon our specific request about halfway through our stay. They replenished everything in the room and it was flawless. We utilized room service about 3 times, and everything in the room itself was in good, working condition. We loved taking in all the art, and had a wonderful meal at The Hive. I used the gym with my mask on, but I was alone in there each time. Every employee at the front desk was helpful, and genuinely friendly. This hotel took health & safety seriously, which was very important to us while traveling during the pandemic. I appreciate the staff enforcing masks, social distancing, and frequently cleaning. The only thing that left me scratching my head was the lack of an automatic or rotating door at the front, and an overhang or circle drive to load and unload from. It was a bit awkward bringing in our luggage in the rain with no cover, and having to hold the heavy doors open. Also, I would love to have a keycard entry to the south side gate and door near the basketball sculpture. This is where we took our dog out to potty, but we always had to go back around to the front door to get back into the hotel. Definitely a couple of design flaws in an otherwise wonderful place. Still 5 stars!

We stayed here in September 2020 for 2 nights, including the night of our wedding. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make it special for us! The room was beautiful. The bar closes too early (9pm), but that may just be a COVID thing. Would definitely come back! Thank you guys so much!

Wonderful hotel with amazing restaurant! The hotel provides a great place to stay and walk to Crystal bridges and all restaurants and bars close by. No need to drive anywhere, you are steps away from everything. The restaurant is the best in town in regards to fine dining. With countless awards for the chef you cannot choose a bad item on the menu. Highly would recommend to everyone and anyone to stay at 21c.

Spacious rooms, great service and a museum in the hotel... Whats not to like. We visited during Covid-19 and felt very confident that the hotel was taking every possible measure to make us feel safe and comfortable. Its a bonus that there is a connecting trail to Crystal Bridges museum thats 0.5 mile from here. Also proximity to all the other restaurants (besides the Hive) that are on the square make it a great place to stay.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s withing walking distance of all the great foodie spots in town, the 21c Museum and Hotel is the perfect place to stay! It is right in the heart of downtown Bentonville, Arkansas, so when you’re there you’re within walking distance of many restaurant, shops, boutiques, and more! It was a really unique experience staying in a hotel that is so much more than a typical hotel. Every room has been carefully designed, every floor has art displayed by local artists, and the hotel lobby has a full museum in it, so you never really know where the hotel stops and the museum begins – you actually become part of the hotel when you stay here. And, of course, the green penguins can’t be missed – the morning we checked out, the elevator doors opened and we found a 4 foot tall lime green penguin staring us straight in the face – so fun!

Location & art amazing! The hive drinks and food amazing. The problem...room was so hot! Every time we came back to the room the thermostat was off. We biked 20 miles and we were ready to cool off...our room temp was 78-80 degrees 3 times we came back and took 20-30 min to cool off. Same at night and waking up In the morning. Not a fan of hot rooms at all.

The Future Is Female, the current exhibition, was a treat. I was very impressed with the scope of the exhibition. It featured a variety of 2 and 3-dimensional artwork by female artists from all over the world. It also featured video installations and fabric works. A must-see if you are in Bentonville.

We enjoyed 21C for our New Years Eve stay. The service is top-notch and rooms are great -- new, good-sized and the beds and showers (in particular) are top notch! Awesome location for downtown Bentonville activities and walking distance to several great restaurants. The only drawback for us was the lack of a standard mini-fridge & microwave in the room, which would have been a must for a more extended stay. Otherwise, the hotel (and associated art gallery) rocks!

Excellent hotel that provided a comfortable uplifting experience surrounding me and my wife with an enriching art experience. The location was perfect, the room was perfect, the art was available at every time and place. We were constantly engaged and this hotel is a perfect destination in itself. Artfully equipped and located it is a massage for the intellect and the imagination. The room was ultra comfortable, clean, and filled with spirit. Thank you 21c creators, managers, staff, visitors, artists, and all involved in creating this brand.

This is the only 21C hotel that is newly built. All their other properties are historic bldgs that have been renovated. Although this one offers great service and interesting art, I couldn’t get over how “Marriot-like” the whole experience ended up being. Nevertheless, the best hotel in Bentonville.

I havent been a guest in the hotel. I simple came to view the art. It was worth the time. The exhibit on refugees, those displaced by circumstances beyond their control, is simple stunning. I particularly like the idea portrayed by some of the exhibits that not all refugees are displaced physically. Sometimes our circumstances displace us mentally, emotionally or even spiritually, leaving us wandering, barely alive, in strange and hostile territory, while the world moves on around us as if we didnt exist.

This hotel is a new construction, unlike the other 21c properties, so its really only a 4.5. Could use some more art in the rooms... But I always think that at 21c.

This was my first time staying at a 21c hotel though I was familiar with the original hotel in Louisville. It is a unique concept, incorporating a boutique hotel with a working art museum. I did not fully understand how it worked worked until Dayton, the museum manager explained it to us during our tour of the current art collection. Dayton is great at explaining the art to guests who may or may not have much knowledge of contemporary art. Personally, I had a much better understanding and appreciation of the collection after his insightful tour.Hotel 21c is a luxury hotel but not in the traditional sense. The Modern interiors are stunning! Every aspect of the hotel’s design has been thoroughly thought out and is maintained flawlessly. The staff is one of the friendliest and most professional that I have encountered in a long time. Everyone from the Thor-like doorman who works the day shift, to the men and women working at the front desk, to all the servers in the Hive; basically everyone I encountered working at the hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. There is absolutely no sense of pretense from any of the staff members, something that is unique and refreshing about the vibe of 21c.The rooms are beautifully furnished and everything you might need away from home is there if you need it. I was given a room upgrade by the gentleman who checked me in and I could not have been happier with my room and its view of downtown Bentonville. The hotel is a little bit pricey compared to what I usually pay for when I travel but it was well worth the extra expense. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel 21c that I will not soon forget and look forward to going to some of the other hotels in the near future.

While I unfortunately couldnt stay at the hotel, I was able to visit the gallery downstairs and experience the beautiful architecture of the building. Highly recommend checking this place out if youre in town!

Hotel seems pleasant and modern with tolerable staff, until you actually try to sleep here. The incredibly forceful, and by extension, loud, bathroom fans do not turn off! So here I am at 12:41 am, wide awake, with a headache from the fan noise, regretting the day that I ever set foot in this hotel. Desperate and sleepless at 21c.

This place is weird. No entry from the parking garage to the hotel. You have to walk through the garage around to the front of the building. Two guys spend all day opening the front doors for guests. I think thats all they do.?? Strange pictures on the wall. Fridge in the room is completely full of junk with a price list. No room for our own stuff. Tiny TV for such a large suite room.
