I thought i left a review previously, but I was on mobile and I guess it didnt save!Urban Forest was an absolutely blast. My wife actually brought up the idea of going there for a data night! Our hostess was very pleasant and we had games to play. We lucked out and had a lane to ourselves, and was a blast. But they party on the other side of the room was also having a blast. We will 100% be back!

Great experience and an awesome place to bring friends. Our axe “host” kept us entertained and moving. Throwing the axes was not hard to get used to. After 5 practice throw we were ready to go. I did not think I was going to enjoy it, but would definitely come back several more times.

From the first time we came to UF to now we have never been disappointed. They have an incredible staff that interacts with you and they will train you how to throw properly. They will cheer you on no matter how well you throw. They have created amazing games that get everyone involved and never get old.We have been throwing on the leagues for about a year now. The community the leagues bring is on another level. While it is competitive, most members are consistently helping each other grow and get better. We cheer each other on and there is never a dull moment.If you’re looking for a place to feel comfortable, encouraged and welcomed, look no further. UF is where you need to go.

Went with a couple of buddies. It was good. Got a quick lesson in axe throwing before competitions started with a different group. Was kinda awkward at first but we were able to get over it pretty quick. Overall, staff was friendly and attentive. They were quick to give pointers when you may not have been doing so well.

We were visiting the Eureka Springs area in September 2019, and wanted to experience axe throwing. We made reservations for a private lane for the 4 of us. It was one of the most fun times I have had in a long time! Our teacher was patient and helped each of us find our best throwing stance. I highly recommend the Urban Forest Axe House.

A lot of fun. Honestly I was kind of scared I would not like it, but I really liked it. I will for sure go again. Very nice set up. Clean and the staff was awesome!!

Tons of fun. Our “host” had several games that depended as much on luck as on skill so kept it fun for the entire group. Will definitely go again. I even bought the t-shirt.

I visited Urban Forest Axe House for the first time with a group of coworkers and we had a blast! They take both safety and fun seriously here...after a brief but thorough run-down of the best way to hold & throw the axe, they made sure we all had a few test throws (and gave some great tips on form!) before starting a series of games. Spencer helped our group and he was not only engaging and hilarious, but he knew just how encourage our competitive spirit and made sure we had the best time. I highly recommend this place for a team building event, and I cant wait to go back and perfect my bullseye throw!

A unique experience... fun even if youre a total beginner. The staff are friendly and focused on helping everyone have a good time.

We went for a Valentines Day date and it was so much fun!! We were paired with two other couples and I can see it would have been even MORE fun if we had brought a group of 6 instead of playing with strangers, but still it was a blast and well go again! And I was better at it than my husband! ;)

We had a great time! I also discovered I have a hidden talent for the sport so much fun and can’t wait to go back!

These guys were great! We had a group of 7 people. There was also another larger group at the same time. We were never crowded or rushed! The guy assigned to our group did a fantastic job! We will definitely go back!

I have been here several times now and will continue to go back! The staff are great and very helpful whether youve never thrown anything or are an old pro coming back for more. Theres a good chance you will share the lane, but everyone is there to have fun so its never been an issue for us.

Excellent place for team building exercises. Great for large groups and small groups alike. Throwing axes seemed tough but every one in our group of about 40 picked it up quickly. The team games and championship they organized was awesome and thrilling. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to go. I wasn’t sure, really, if it was going to be something that I would enjoy. However, after my first visit I was hooked. The staff is pretty patient while teaching you the proper stance and ax throwing techniques. In a group setting they have battles that your group can compete in. I was so impressed with the setup (although minimal) it was so much fun. I went back a week later with another group I enjoyed it so much. Now, I’m constantly thinking about when I can go again! Great place for anyone.

Oh, boy... WHAT A PLACE TO BE!!! Its throwing axes in a chill spot! The axe coaches there do a great job going over all of the safety and rules there. Our axe coach was Trent. Super friendly guy, who also had an awesome sense of humor and had no problem laughing with all of us. When I say that these guys go over everything, I mean it. Trent would constantly watch our hands, so that we could actually get the axe to hit the board. Its a beautiful place inside. Definitely a place for a group of people to have a fun time!

We had an office holiday party here in December. It was great fun and the folks there were helpful in getting us started. Will do it again

Today was the first time I have ever been here and it was a blast! I definitely plan on going back again soon. The coaches are clear on what and how to do things and they are awesome with helping you figure out the best way for you to throw. If you havent been here before I recommend trying it at least once. Who know, maybe you will want to go back again like I do!

Extremely rude staff. The place was empty yet they demanded a reservation. Very uninterested in welcoming guests, and the front clerk had a weird superiority complex. This place probably wont be open long. No fun. Two thumbs down.

I didnt think I would like it, but it was so much fun. The employees helping us were good about explaining what to do and how to do it. They split us up into small groups and we then had various competition between the groups which made it more fun and everyone could participate more often.

This place was great! Went here for my friends bachelor party to start the weekend and it was a blast. Nice place, fun activity and lots of memories. Patrick B was our instructor and he did a great job if making sure we were safe but also had a great time.We played a lot of games and it was great having him there to be a judge and keep score as well. We had a blast here and he even gave us pointers as the night went on. Would definitely recommend to those want to know if it’s fun and worth it. Our party was a group of 8 and we had two lanes - it was perfect

I went with a group from work. We went for a team building exercise and we all just really wanted to go. Had a great time! The workers were very attentive to our needs and were very patient and understanding of our shortcomings! Will do again for sure!

Our throwing coach, Andrew, was a great help. He was fun, up for whatever type of challenges we were interested in, and was a great sport.We happened to pick a time when no other people were booked. This made for a fantastic experience where we had the opportunity to be in our own lane. This is NOT ALWAYS THE CASE---(be aware that there is a chance that you will be sharing a lane with others not associated with your party.)We loved the experience. Super fun! And found out that we were pretty good at it :)

Great experience! Booked the axe house for a birthday celebration. Our ‘guide’ was very outgoing and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend.

The people there were great, though the area was a little small. I really enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and the training received, but I do wish we had more time to actually throw the axes, that may have been due to the package chosen by the party leader.

1st time... loved loved it... our coach was the best. However the flat affect guy at The register needs to work on his customer service skills

I have been to Urban Forest Axe House a couple times with co-workers as part of team building events, and I really enjoyed both visits. The staff there is very polite, fun, and engaging, all while making sure customers are safe when throwing the axes. I definitely recommend it not only for team building events, but also for dates and individual activities. If you get good enough, you might even join axe throwing leagues and compete.

One of our favorite things to do is to take friends and guests to Urban Forest. Every person we take ends up saying the same thing: “That was SO MUCH FUN!” It really is a blast. The staff is fun, the axe throwing is fun and it’s a really cool way to blow off some steam. Try it - you’ll love it!

Had a fun NYE/birthday experience, would recommend to anyone. While all of the games and the themed activities were great, it would have been nice to have some “free” throw time for mingling and relaxing.

Great spot. It’s a little pricey, but it’s not just a range where they let you free once you pay. It’s an entertainment service with someone orchestrating games for your group. You get what you pay for. They allow you to bring your own food and drinks, which is a refreshing change from the usual - can’t bring in outside food, so you must buy ours gimmick. Great place for small groups to have a ton of fun.

My husband and I went for date night. The staff and facility were both great! Our coach even had this first timer throwing well enough to make a bulls eye. It was so much fun, we signed up to play in the pairs league a couple weeks later! The league was a blast - very laid back and a lot of laughs! Can’t wait to go back!

I love doing unusual activities for my birthday. When i found out about this place I KNEW I had to try it. Nearly 40 people came to celebrate & EVERYONE had a blast, even those who didn’t throw. The coaches guided us to better form to help us stick more consistently & led us through games, with a good balance for my competitive friends while still keeping it fun for more laid-back throwers, like me. Do it!! Even if it’s just once, but fair warning: once you stick an axe into a target, it’s addicting.

Every few weeks our Crew (family) makes it a point to do something together. As parents of grown children who have lives of their own, we want to stay active & connected to our kids. Everything from a movie, dinner, game night, museums, AXE THROWING! You name it we are up for it. URBAN FOREST did not disappoint. We talked about the laughs, how good or not so good ;) we did for days. We all truly had fun & no doubt we would all vote to do it again for crew night.

I love this venue. The staff and atmosphere are great and throwing axes is a ton of fun. I have met a lot of new friends while throwing axes. Safety is important and is very well addressed at the Urban Forest Axe house.

Good atmosphere where you can try something new and have fun, while also being safe. The instructors are light- hearted and fun but are always watching out for your safety. A fun place that is definitely worth the money.

UFAH is a great place to spend time trying something new in NWA. My husband and I had Turner as our coach. I can only say positive things about him and how he ensured we had a great experience. Because there were only 2 people in our party we were paired with a family celebrating a birthday. We played a handful of different games which kept the time flying by... maybe almost as fast as ax’s were. I personally really appreciated the tips Turner gave us to improve our skills and how safety rules were clear.I’d recommend this experience to anyone and have to say if you haven’t tried it yet you are missing out.

So much fun! I would go again. What a fun date night or girls night out! My husband loved it so much even joined a league! You can byob up to two drinks per adult and bring in snacks, which I highly recommend.

We had the absolute best time axe throwing at urban forest axe house. we had a slightly rowdy and large group and the team at urban forest made our visit WODERFUL. They were patient and worked with me, helped me out with party set up, and answered lots of questions. Bekah was our game coordinator and she was AMAZING. I can easily say our expectations were exceeded and we have already scheduled a return visit. 10/10 I highly recommend

Ive been here twice on a family outing and have loved the experience! I dont have the best hand-eye coordination, yet with the coachs help on technique I was able to hit the target with fair accuracy. We played several different games during our session and they are all fun!

I dont 5-star much, but these guys did a great job. Lots of fun. Been there several times and always a high-quality experience.

Wonderfully fun experience. The welcoming staff went over everything with us as soon as we arrived. Signing the waiver, safety, how to throw appropriately, and even brought us a fresh ice bucket for our beverages. The atmosphere was great. Will be back for sure.
