Loved this beach..Free parking has bathrooms. Has a picnic area.Has a ramp for wheelchair accessible rite down to the sand..If you love rock hunting...There are rocks to hunt. Hope you enjoy as much as we did. Very quaint..

I had an amazing time here walking by the beach in a cold day. Few kids was swimming so, I touched the water and I noticed that was very warm.I meet few people in the beach ️ seems like a perfect place to take a walk and bring your for exercise.

We go to this small but quaint beach when we camp at St Joesph KOA.Its not ever super crowded, and there is limited parking. So you can rest easy and relax in the sand or playing in the waves. People wear masks or maintain a 6ft distance with Covid

Nice clean beach with a lot space AND free parking. Its kinda secluded but I highly recommend it. But go the bathroom before because those bathrooms........yuck

A small, secluded park located in a quiet residential area. There are picnic tables and benches next to the parking lot, bathrooms, a paved path down to the beach, and- best of all- free parking. The beach isnt very big and therefore gets crowded fast but if you catch it at the right time this is a great little spot.

Great quiet place, to escape the over crowded Silver Beach. Bring your food etc its just a park with a limited restroom and parking.

Nice quiet beach. Great for kids and pets. There is a no dogs allowed sign but people generally bring their dogs especially in the morning.

Loved loved this little hidden gem. The beach was perfect, clean sand with clear water. We loved it.

Not as good as the past few years. The higher water levels have really piled up the driftwood and debris. Often a good place to search for beachglass.

Great place, out if the way, no stairs(ramp). Clean, lots of rocks.... hence the name. We will return no doubt.

This beach doesnt get on the busy side until about noon. You can maintain social distancing here. Mixture of sunny and shady spots.

Great beach, not as busy as the rest on town.

I was in the area and wanted to explore. I was driving down M-63 and saw the brown sign for this park. I knew thatd be a knew place for me, so I turned left and made it to the park. This is a very nice little park! I only had a short amount of time to check it out, but my favourite thing is that the parking is free. Right at the parking lot, you get a great view of the lake. Overall, I really enjoyed it :)

A nice little beach, very quiet during the week. Looked around a little bit for beach glass, heard this was a good spot, but we didnt find any. Still not a bad little place to stop and have a picnic. We enjoyed the sunset from this area look really nice over the lake.

The park itself is really nice. Perfect place to catch the sunset over lake Michigan from the bluff. The beach itself is very small. Only about 10 wide with driftwood everywhere. Theres also some metal erosion control pilings sticking up out of the lake bed which could be hazardous.

It was an awesome breeze, we watched the swimmers have fun, very clean park and they even have a 911 call tower in case of an emergency... Lake Mi was beautiful even with a storm brewing on the south shore

They have recently added bathrooms. You didnt have to pay to park, and hopefully it stays that way. A hidden gem with a beautiful and quiet beach. This beach does not have food vendors or a play ground and stays pretty quiet. No dogs are allowed.

Nice place.to see Lake Michigan. The beach was extremely dirty after the rough surf the day prior but I was told that it does get cleaned up. It was not busy at all.

Descent beach, especially compared to others!

The beach is not as great as it used to be. Very little beach left, and you can only walk about half a mile north now before you hit a sea wall that extends too deep into the water to walk around. Whats left of the beach is an obstacle course of debris and wood and black sand. Watch your step because some of the wood pieces have rusty nails sticking out!

Perfect for sunset or a quick swim there are fireflies around at sunset, is just one of those places that are perfect

So sad the beach has disappeared. It used to be so nice. Water levels are so high this year.

A very small park with an Outlook in a Beach area with steps that lead down to it this place is handicapped friendly that is until you get onto the sand then I would recommend switching from a wheelchair to a sled as that would be a lot easier. Just speaking from personal experience. Plus being pulled in a sled is quite fun

Some people still search for beach glass here. Ive found its the best place to get nice smooth rocks if you love making kindness rocks and its all free.
