Beautiful park along the lake shore, including 3 holes of Harbor Shores. Both natural dunes and grass as well as beach. There are bathrooms, a pavilion, and lots of parking that is paid via the Passport app, code 49022. A reasonable $5 for 3 hours or $10 for all day. Sand blows everywhere and youll see golf carts of locals driving through for sunsets. There are trails around the beach and connecting golf course.

Beautiful beach park nestled just north of the St. Joseph River. Smaller beach than those neighboring it, but less crowded. Definitely worth a visit!

Hidden treasure in St. Joe / Benton Harbor area and only a few blocks away from downtown restaurants and shops. The park has beautiful grassy dunes and large easy access beach.***Getting here was a bit confusing due to small or missing signs--or use a gps. If there is no gate attendant make sure to look for the payment kiosks and have your license plate number ready--there is a park ranger who tracks license plates that havent paid.

Great beach, good facilities, plenty of parking. The beach could use a good cleaning and its a little worrisome to not have lifeguards on duty with so many people. That said, there was good social distancing! More beach area than other local beaches.

The park is a great resource for our area. People love it and the wear shows this summer. Need more cleaning but resources are thin. Love to come with a cooler and grill here in the early evening.

Small peaceful beach with some water activities. Great holiday spot to go with friends and family. I kayaked for the first time and it was a nice experience. A ark amidst the American country life, must go place.

Great beach to take the family! Tiny little playground thats great for younger kids. Massive beach area and perfectly sloped beaches for kids. Best beach/park in the area we thought. Make sure to pay for parking!!

We love this beach. The water is shallow pretty far out. The waters edge is close enough to the parking lot that you dont have to schlep your stuff very far.

Highly recommend this beach, sand area has gotten a lot smaller over the years but hasnt stopped the family & I from coming. Gets crowded on the weekends with beech goers & boats pulling up to park & swim.

De

Not a very far walk from your vehicle, less crowded than other beaches in are.Could be more cleaned up from the debris. I realize this could be a daily chore, but if you want people to be there, it would be worthwhile.

Nice park, not crowded but there is a lot of parking so I imagine it may get crowded at times. A lot of the beach is eroded away at this time because of high water but you can still comfortably walk along the beach and there is plenty of space to sit . We decided it was worth it to get a season pass. Ill be returning!

One of the nicest beaches in St Joes. It has the necessities like a changing room and bathroom as well as some nice extras like a large patio space with benches, a playground and even kayak and paddle board rentals. It does cost money to get in but if youre spending a day at the beach then its worth it. Lastly, if you come on a weekend, its pretty busy and it could take awhile to find parking so come prepared.
