Great place to go for a walk on the morning. A lot of poke stops if you are into pokemon go. There are always a lot of people here during raid night as well.

It is a very small Park but it has lots of shade, a few benches and tables and couple of barbecue pits. There is a huge playground for kids with like a dream. it is located next to a shopping center and next to the street where the old Benicia downtown begins and which goes all the way down to the water..

Nice relaxed patch of grass, trees, picnic tables, playground for kids when lockdown is lifted & a gazebo that is popular spot for prom & wedding photos. Right downtown close to 1st St restaurants, Safeway, Starbucks & a decent amt of street parking.

Clean, in the middle of everything. Graduation 2020 was going on all around, couldnt help participating by yelling good wishes to the grads. This was my 1 St time in this cool city, and I am a native Californian. I will be back.

Great park. It would be perfect if there was a way to see through the wood that theyve made the castle the kids play on. Im constantly losing my kid when hes playing in that area but the area is contained so as long as youre keeping an eye on the exit an entrances its fine.

This park was always a favorite and is still a great place to go, but its a shame the city hasnt fixed it up more. The structures are still great for kids to explore, its kept clean and picked up, but it could probably use a little maintenance and updating to make it more fun.

City park is a great place to bring your kids, read a book, or have a picnic. Fantastic estaurants and shops are within walking distance.

My 2.5 year old had a ball:Theres a huge wooden fort to climb & explore....need to get down off the fort? Take a slide!They have big-kid swings and a large tire-swing. Picnic tables & tons of grass.We had fun & will definitely visit again!

The mosaics are an added treat to a wonderful park with playground.

Pretty nice. I wish PD minitores the obvious drug users that hang out on the grassy area.

Very peaceful,beautiful day i went there to play my trumpet on one of the picnic tables .. I was playing for the squirrels and blue jays..

What can i say, Benicia is the best place ever! Of course they have an awesome playground! I have been taking my daughter here for 11 years, Safe, clean, with restrooms!

Decent park better if they had a basketball court

Really fun playground with lots of nooks for hiding and exploring. A small nearby homeless camp out has never been an issue for us. Bathrooms not stellar.

I s a nice place for kids to play..but still ALOT of ROYAL people who leaves their coffee containers behind on the ground.Some part of the structure is on HOLD to be fix.Is very Beautiful place. I give only 3 Star Due to is DOG POOP every where on the grass area. I guess is Nice to have a PET and Not to worry about to pick it up their ,Who CARES RIGHT. !!

Better known as the wooden park in Benicia. It is a great place to bring the kids to play. There is a lot of different structures for the kids to play on and run through. It is a little hard to keep track of the kids with all the hiding places. Great place for the kids to play tag. After the kids run around the playground for a while we also visit the fire house.The reason it did not get 5 stars as there are poeple that hang out at the park drinking. Seen tne police there a few times.I feel safe to allow my 5 years grandson run around the playground with minimal supervision.

Lots of Pokestops for the older kids, and awesome wood structures for the younger ones.

I love this park! It is pretty big and is almost like a maze. There is also sand on one side. It is also made of wood . There is ice-cream right across the street and is the perfect place to play on a nice warm day. There are areas where I can spread my blanket out on the grass and relax. The perfect place for kids and and even little toddlers :)

This park has a great location. Very family-friendly. Clean bathrooms. Lots of shade and seating. If you have more than one child its a little challenging because you cannot see throughout the playground area there are lots of blind spots. The park has been run down some things are broken that havent been fixed.

I absolutely loved this place as a kid. As an young adult I can still tell the park is as great as I rembered it for kids. That being said, it doesnt have much for people over the age of 12.

I helped build this park with my dad when I was 11. Ive taken my baby brother here, and now my own lil girl... Its a big part of my history and the history of beautiful Benicia.

Was one of my favorite parks growing up. We called it the castle park. Fun place to get lost in the big structure!

Went to the 4th of July festivities. Had a nice time. They have a really nice play structure for kids here. Saw the fireworks at the water afterwards.

Its an awesome park for younger kids. Unlike most playgrounds, the one here is built out of wood and is very large!
