Beautiful little park with rapids going under the bridge to the trails. Nice cool Creek area for my dog to swim with park benches and a pavilion for getting together with friends. Beautiful place!

A quiet little park with a nice bridge and river. The trails were very overgrown and mostly inaccessible, however, so I would not recommend visiting if you are wanting to go on the trails.

This park is an Undiscovered Gem of the North. There is a beautiful stream running through it and lots of history and archaeological finds that were dug in the site. Theres also a building that can be used for special events and a very nice clean bathroom is there also. Great place to go for a picnic and an afternoon Drive.

An amazing little oasis in Beltrami County. The lake, river, rapids, and bridge are beautiful and are outstanding photo opportunities. I first discovered it when a filmmaker brought me there to shoot a scene. Ive returned to show family and friends and to have picnics. We even shot some of my sons graduation photos there. In summer, during the evening golden hour, the sun shoots straight down the river.

A quiet park to bring the kids to swim or for a romantic picnic. Very pretty and well kept. Room available for rent for get togethers.

Really nice place for a family outting

This is one of the most scenic parks in the area for hiking, cross country skiing, fishing and kayaking. The picnic area is is a nice spot, with tables and fire pits and a year round shelter, location is a great place for swimming with kids too. Unfortunately, though beautifully groomed for winter activities, the trails are not as well maintained in the summer--they arent mowed often enough and can get fairly overgrown, which makes access more difficult than it should be.

Great park, went for a ski trails are kept up nice easy terrain and not to busy. Ill have to make it up during the summer and walk the trails.

There is NO public 3 Island Lake County Park access off of Bittersweet Rd. To get to the public water access, park shelter, or trails, take the Gull Lake Loop Rd. to the County Park Rd.
