Very cool little museum!

Not verry big but has some interesting things to look at.

I was in town for one day to do some research on my family history. The staff and volunteers here were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

This is a very cute museum that is a little off the beaten track and easily overlooked. It is located in the historic train depot and has extensive exhibits of The history of the area including the logging industry, Chief Bemidji, and the loss of tribal land.There is also a mural that depicts the glacial movement and how it has created the terrain as we see it today. You can see the museum in its entirety in an hour. Well worth it!

Its okay place staff didnt have very much knowledge of area or history not to much there Was originally a Great Northern train depot wish had more about railroad .Dont waste price to go through place
