I lived there and was lucky enough that we moved 6 months ago into a house. I do not believe all these reviews are from real people & not from workers in the office. I was there for 7 yrs. & all I heard was complaints from others living there. I had started Next Door online there & complaints were on there everyday. I feel sorry for the people there, especially the elderly, that cannot sell their home there so they can move. It took us a few years to sell ours & it was beautiful. there are so many for sale there, word gets around & no one wants to move there.The rules are unbelievable, & yes, they accept dogs, BUT you will hear about them & get fines often. The lot rent is way out there. We owned our home but for the tiny piece of land for our home, we paid over $600! a month when we left, it goes up every year. The rules say it CAN go up to 7% every year!!As someone on here said that people wave to you always, well thats all they do is wave. The people there are unfriendly for sure, maybe because they are unhappy. New management really had been a downer, being a huge corp., they dont care about the people. Same corp. bought Greenview Estates, same problems there now.Every summer there were complaints about the pool at 4 Seasons, it never opened in time, its so old they have many problems.Be careful if you are even thinking of moving there.

Nice quite community, homes are well kept. By their owners, yards, pet friendly. As long as you follow the rule there will be no problem. That is why this community is niceans well kept Im glad they have their rules. Everything is close. Shopping mall, doctors, hospital, Walmart etc. There is also a pool.

Changing my review. I no longer live in this community. Good riddance, I say. I lost respect for the management of this place after they allowed a sex offender into the swimming area and park. There is so much I want to publicly say, but they are not worth my energy. If I could give negative stars I would.

We were renters for all of our married lives. When it came time to buy, we looked within communities where we rented. We also looked in other areas. After years of searching, during which time we werent ready to buy for one reason or another, we happened upon Four Seasons. We fell in love with the neighborhood. We never said this, but our salesperson could tell Im sure of it. Buying a home in Four Seasons fulfilled a lifelong dream of home ownership. Whether or not you choose to partake in all that is offered here, you too will find this to be a place you can call home.

Very calm place to live

Very nice for a mobile home park. Very quiet and great for families

They need to get a person that knows how to plow there streets because the person they have now is either in a hurry or not being paid enough. And I see they still havent cleaned up the trash in the park yet and I mean cars that dont move that have flat tires smashed up and dont move at all. I also still see people still work on there cars in the park any where they want.

We looked at many parks in the Illinois area. From the moment we walked into the sales office at Four Seasons we were greeted by the friendly staff who answered our questions and showed us pictures. The pictures showed us all the fun events they offer to their homeowners. We were then taken on a tour of the models and the park. We knew after seeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the park, this is where we wanted to call Home.

We Love it here. Everyone is so friendly and they are so good to us with all the social activities and parties they have for us. I love the pool in the summer too.

To many strict rules and land lot goes up every year which is not shown in paper work

I am appalled by the woman they have answering the phones there. I called today for more information about their Lot fees because I was very interested in an open house taking place in the near future. After saying that she could not help me and would have the sales manager give me a call, she proceeded to challenge me about not believing there was an open house soon as if I would lie about that. Asking me the exact address and mocking me when I was unsure of it, speaking to me as if Im stupid, etc. Maybe its because she could tell Im young over the phone (20), or maybe its because shes just an unpleasant person who works at a trailer park. Either way, I will never associate or do business with this place again.

I have done lots of work there and the residents are SUPER nice!!

Horrible management and way to high in price for what you get. It feels like your always being watched,they have people checking up on you.Its very uncomfortable to live here.They take for very to fix anything and make excuses for the maintenance guys.The pool you even feel uncomfortable to go to.They make people feel like there criminals.
