I’ve been to a lot of movie theaters but this one has got to be my favorite. It’s very clean and the staff is always very nice. The thing that makes it unique is that you can order food from their diner, take it with you to your seat and then eat it while you watch the movie. They have a good selection of things to choose from, both sweet (like candy and ice cream) and savory (sandwiches, pizzas etc.) My favorite is the French dip sliders. :). This place is a good value and the seats are big and comfortable. They have reclining ones too! I highly recommend this theater

The best around! Very clean, very nice and very comfortable! They have great food like pizza, waffle fries and friend pickles. They also have gluten free pizza. The food is priced good. You can pick your seats before you purchase which is nice. I highly recommend!

Weve been multiple times for movies inside and it was always nice and clean. Now were going for the Drive in movies on the weekend and its such a great option! Very good prices and well organized.

Absolutely awful experience. Were informed when we come in that we have to all sit two seats apart (which is fine) and we need to wear masks until we sit down in our seats. At a late showing almost the entire theater is ignoring the two seat apart rule, and a large group walked in without wearing masks. What is the point of having guidelines if the staff isnt going to enforce it? They cared enough to tell us the rules, but didnt care enough to see if everyone was complying. Not to mention the big group that came in was talking during the entire movie. I usually like this theater but this was a terrible experience. I definitely expect more!

Nice local theater in Belton with reserved stadium seating. Staff was ok but nothing to write home about. The theater was clean however the restroom was another story. Not sure why the restroom was such a mess. It was 2:00 pm on a Monday and the theater wasn’t busy. Typical overpriced theater drinks and snacks.

Great little theater, comfortable seats, although they dont recline its one of my favorites.

Friendly staff, decent prices, and more local. The food is pretty good. Its almost like a self service Alamo Draft House but with cheaper prices and family friendly. Keep an eye out for specials because they run them regularly. After learning movie theaters dont actually get to keep much of ticket sales, because it goes back to the studio, I make a point to buy at least some of their concessions to help support them.

This was when “IT 2“ came out. There was this man that was SO against letting me go into this rated R movie, keep in mind I am 17 years old which is their policy. Hope he’s fired. I didn’t even get to watch the movie I PAYED FOR.

I went there for a church event for a new location. I highly recommend it.

Staff are always polite and patient. We’ve never had an issue with food or cleanliness even after the pandemic hit.

This is a great local theater! The seats are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. I dont think grand avenue has ever hired a bad employee. Everyone has always been so great. From the time you pull up into the parking lot of the theater, you get the feeling you will be having a good time. Its a very visually appealing building with the lights and falling water. Upon entering, it is just as beautiful. The theater is maintained very well so I believe the quality will endure over the years to come.My only gripe would be that every time Ive had the reclining seats, theyre positioned too close to the screen. I know theres not much that can be done about this, but if ever in the far future there are renovations, positioning the reclining seats further from the screen would make me feel more inclined to pay for them.Some theaters are just a good place to go see a movie. Grand Avenue is a good place that you enjoy being, and you also enjoy the movie. They make it more of an experience rather than just seeing a movie.

Its very close to me. Its always clean, the food is actually good! And the prices arent outrageous. They seem to rotate their movies frequently and, all the seats are very comfortable. In fact you can specify with seats you want. Very cool place

I THINK THIS IS A 1 STAR PLACE FOR CLEANINESS IN THE RESTROOMS. THE MANAGER DOES NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE HIS CUSTOMERS FEEL WELCOMED. MY GROUP (special needs) AND I COME TO THIS THEATER ONCE A MONTH, BUT ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WHEN EVER WE CALL TO MAKE A RESERVATION OR WALK IN TO PAY TO WATCH A MOVIE. BUT WHEN WE DO CALL THEY TELL USE WE HAVE TO START CALLING IN 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. FYI, WHY SHOULD 12 PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SEE A MOVIE HAVE TO CALL IN 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. I REALLY THINK ITS DISCRIMINATION OF DISABILITY. MY GROUP IS RESPECTFUL & NEVER LOUD. BUT ITS OK, WE WILL FIND A THEATER THAT DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST DISABILITY.

This is a hidden gem. Beautiful theater with friendly and welcoming staff. Seating was roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of the cafe on my visit but it looks promising. Look forward to returning again.

Management is very welcoming! I travel in a large vehicle for work and Management let us park in a designated parking area. Which allowed my Daughter & I to view a Movie together on our Holiday. Thanks Again

Im not gonna lie my preferred movie theater is Cinemark. But it is only that because of proximity to my home and the fact that I am a movie club member. If I lived closer I would LIVE here! The food is better, the theater is cleaner, and the sound seems to be better as well! Even better than the IMAX in Temple. Love it when I get to come.

We love the Grand Avenue Theater. The staff are wonderful, the cafe serves food and the seats are the most comfortable of any theater. A lovely way to go to the movies.

Clean, courteous and classy. Mostly true. The bathroom situation could use some attention. The decor is dark. Definitely helps hide that it isnt cleaned well. The cafe is sooo good though. The sliders are a must have.

This theater should not even get 1 star.... employees are nice but management is extremely rude and is ok with stealing customers money. In most lines of work, good customer service skills are a requirement to become management. This place clearly dont run that way. Highly recommend getting a new management team and then you will see how much better good leadership can help a business.

Waiting several minutes in line on a sunday night while 1 worker was dishing out tickets and concessions...while I saw 6 or 7 workers just hanging out, one of which looked at me in line and filled up his own soda and got himself some popcorn as i was waiting. Nothing like poor service while dropping $12 on a large popcorn, large drink combo. heck the movie itself was only $9. Just giving people more reasons to stay at home and wait for digital or dvd release. Its a clean theater that shows movies, so theres that. Updated: Good food options from the kitchen.

This is a great theater. The staff is polite and quick, it is a really clean place, and they are reasonably priced. The seats are super comfy and the overall feel is good here. The restrooms are clean also, which I feel is rare at theaters. I felt like this was a perfect theatrical experience!

The Grand Avenue isnt a regular theater. You can get the expected popcorn and soda, but they also offer real food here as well. The screens are huge and sound is amazing. Plus its always clean. If youre looking for a great movie experience, Id highly recommend this place.

Great little theater! Enjoyed the cleanliness and friendly staff. Comfortable seating, but honestly Cinemark in Heights has you beat there. They do not charge a premium for the reclining seats with heat and all. And in its theaters, all of the seats recline and have heat, not just a few. Great show and a great time with a great group of friends!

First time to this theatre. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Assisted me in all my needs. Very nice concession area with an array of good food. Note: if you are going to take food and beverages inside of movie,be prepared to hold it in your lap! Only a few rows ( up close to screen) has tables. All the rest of the seats have no tables nor do they have seats that lift your legs up. Very uncomfortable. For money spent is not worth it.

Good little theater. Sat in some reclining chairs that didnt actually recline. They just had a foot rest that went up. Not bad for Belton though.

Absolutely love this theater. The movie experience is top notch.

They charge extra for recling seats. They do not accept the bogo coupons the first weekend for any movie - even if it is not going to be packed out. The staff is not bad but they are not exactly perky and happy either. I prefer the cinemark but occasionally come here if I have to because of my time not meshing with the time at my preferred theater.

Gage and Brandon went to find my airpods and there try the best to help me find them and i really appreciate of them trying to find them but i find them yeah!!!

This is the best place to watch a movie, hands down!

Wow. Very disappointed in the service of this theatre. I called to ask about nutritional facts about their popcorn because my daughter is type 1 diabetic and we have to count carbs for her to get insulin. The rude lady on the phone said they dont offer nutritional facts. So I asked if my daughter could bring her own snacks then in order to be sure she gets the correct amount of insulin. She shut that down quick, saying no that she couldnt. Heaven forbid the lose out on money from the snack rip off prices. This is pathetic. A ziploc bag full of popcorn will hardly hurt their revenue. This is a very discriminatory theatre and I will be notifying other media sites about this.

We really enjoyed the whole visit. The employees at the registers were patient and eager to assist with menu items. The actual movie theater we were in was very clean and the reclining chairs were quite comfortable. Truly enjoyed the movie and the customer service as well.

This is our favorite place. Have been coming here since 2012 and wont go to see a movie anywhere else. If its not playing here, I can wait for the home release. Great staff, great food, and great value.

It’s May of 2018 when I make this addition. I went to see Deadpool 2 yesturday and a week ago I had upper jaw surgery. Not only was everyone super kind, the chef actually smashed my fries into chunks that I could actually eat. I was so happy.Below are some pictures I took when Pixel came out. This movie Theatre brought back all the originals. My friends and I played these beautiful games hardcore. Me and my friend went to see Zootopia (my 3rd time there for another reason) on a Wednesday night and were the only ones in their soon to be upgraded Theatre. They have a wonderful staff that’s always hard at work, I greatly recommend coming to this Bell County exclusive movie Theatre.

Ive been here several times and my only complaint is that the prices are a bit high. Overall, though, I do enjoy going here. The employees are nice, ticket prices arent too bad, food and drinks are a little expensive. The theater is always really clean and they have a great sound system.

My husband and I have been watching movies here since they opened. We love it. The people are great, theater is clean, food is good. However, tonight when we purchased our refill combo, it was $14.50! The concession prices are getting too steep for my pocket book. I know that theyve changed their pricing structure on the ticketing, but $14.50 for popcorn and a drink is ridiculous.

Phenomenal staff. They were very courteous from the beginning and all throughout our visit. A personal greeting before the showing made me feel right at home. Seats werent that comfortable but we got passes to see a movie so came complain about the free admission. Overall, a great visit and we will be coming back.

Well, I had been told not to go here, that the manager was rude & he was. I came to a 10:30am showing of LEGO Movie 2 with my grandchildren. I looked around me & there was only a man two rows behind me against the farthest row & a woman 10 seats to the right of me. I had my phone on the lightest screen & between my legs with my hands cupped around it to read emails. The staff came up to me twice to tell me not to be on the phone. When the show ended 5 min later I asked for the manager & he said they saw me on camera. Really? Cameras watching you at the movie? When I told him I had asked both people around me if they knew I was on my phone & they said NO, so if it wasn’t bothering anybody was it worth this bad review, no recommendations and a customer that would NEVER come back?

This theater is nice, clean and inexpensive on off nights like a Tuesday. However, the reclining seats we had were horrible. The foot rest would not stay all the way up, slowly sinking down to the mid position. All 3 of us had the same issue, having to re raise it every 3 minutes. The seats were my only complaint. I would go back but not pay for the recliners.

A nice, well maintained movie theater. The employees are all friendly and helpful.There is both a concession stand and an ice cream shop that serves Blue Bell ice cream. :)

Never been here before. Was my first time. Staff very friendly, prices reasonably, and very clean. I even liked when they came into the theater and politely asked the audience to keep their feet off the chairs and turn off cell phones. All in all one of the best theaters I have been to. One thing I would like to suggest if they could sell beer. Keep up the excellent work.

Best theater ever! They do seem to monitor people bringing in external food, but do not seem to monitor whether you have a ticket or not. Would be very easy to stay here all day and watch movies for free. I love the novelty popcorn tins and cups for large tent pole movies. Staff: we need to have somebody tearing tickets at all time and checking tickets going back into the theaters.

It is a smaller theater but it makes up in quality what it lacks in size. It is a family oriented environment that is always clean and well maintained. The staff is always professional and will mannered. The normal seating here is better then the reserved seating in most other theaters. Though because they are a smaller family oriented theater, they will not show R rated movies outside of the biggest block busters. They do have a built in restaurant that has decent food and Starbucks coffee.

Its a great theater, but the recliner seats arent worth the extra $2.

It was here that my husband and I watched Infinity Wars in 3D on Saturday of opening weekend, and it was terrific. The staff were really courteous and helpful especially when we had our infant boy with us. I wish we had come sooner as we had no idea they had a cafe as some burgers would have been nice to try. The reserved seating made it easy especially when you can buy online as well, and going during matinee, prices were fair. Before the movie started, there was an usher who announced himself and said hed be personally assisting this showing which is a surprising plus. With any future opening weekends, we will definitely come back.

Didnt know you had to pay extra for reclining seats, not a deal breaker. But having the restrooms, Mens and womens both closed for cleaning when a, our 3 hour movie was letting out not cool. More expensive movies and concessions. Great theater but needs more thought and value.

This was our first visit to this theatre and we were very pleased with the staff and service. The staff was primarily young but were very courteous and professional. Something we dont experience most everywhere we go. We saw Death Wish in theatre 4 in the grand recliners. Loved the seats and everything else so we definitely will be back.

Seemed overpriced and a lot of teenagers working who didnt provide great customer service but it wasnt terrible either. The theater is nice but they only have certain reclining seats. In our movie the reclining seats were up close to the screen. Thats not ideal for me
