We went to this place for a work related team bonding. I never thought this could be so exciting! The puzzles are so engineered well and the concept is pretty mind boggling and for team designed.The owner and the staffs are very friendly, encouraging (haha) and accommodating. Thumbs up!

My coworkers and I did an escape room for a teambuilding event. It was great! When I got home, I told my husband we need to go back!

Broke my daughters heart. She was so excited.Here’s a photo of my daughters birthday party we booked over a month in advance. Doors locked, lights off, no answer on their phones or Facebook.We ended up having to leave.

Best escape room I have ever been too. And definitely the best near Beloit. (Seeing as this is the only escape room in Beloit and the only escape room Ive ever been to this wasnt hard to win. There are definitely better escape rooms if you are willing to drive just a little further.

We went for a work gathering. It was so much fun. The owners were flexible, gave us clues, and let us stay late to find the key, even though time was up. I will definitely do it again with family. I wasnt sure what to expect but had an excellent time. The staff was great.

Definitely a challenge and a lot of fun! If you have not been there in the past 2 months...give it another try. The new owners are thoughtful, will give you clues if you need them, and their focus is all about you having a good time. Ill be back!

Super fun escape room in Beloit! Its run by a very fun and flexible mother/daughter team who truly care that you have a fun experience with your group. They also have great rates for an escape room!

You must try this! a absolutely great experience for friends and family try this challenging task to escape the room. each room is uniquely set up with fun clues and and interesting back stories, with different levels . i highly recommend this! great ice breaker and problem solving.

Just got out of here with my wife and young daughter and it was absolutely amazing! Extremely reasonable pricing, wonderful owners, and a great cognitive challenge while being fun for the entire family. I cant endorse this establishment enough! We will absolutely be back to escape the other three rooms!!

Didnt really know what to expect, but took my wife and daughter and we had a great time. The employees were welcoming and pleasant. We will go back again to try another room!

We called this morning and made arrangements to come an hour or so later. The owners are new (within the past few weeks) and made our visit VERY enjoyable! I cant wait to come again!

I had a tasteless experience without ever walking into the door. Which makes me extremely disappointed. I had set up a reservation to check them out week prior for my boyfriends birthday. She originally wanted to put me down at 7 but I specifically requested 8pm due to our dinner reservations beforehand. She repeated the time, the amount of people, the date etc. We agreed and a confirmation call back was made directly after. Well last night at dinner I get a confirmation text asking about my reservation. She asked If I was going to make it or not?. This was around 6:55pm. I then replied Yes I will be there at 8. She then replied No it was at 7.. I quickly picked up my phone and call them directly. When they answered. I had told them how I had called last week to make a resevation at 8, which is what I wrote down and this mix up was concerning. She rudely cuts me off and said No it was at 7, we now have a party of 19 booked for 8pm. Completely taken back I go Well what can we do to make this work there was an obvious misunderstanding because I had made it for 8 and now weve hit a road block She responds with Well let me talk to my husband to see what we can make happen and I will call you back. 20 minutes later I get A TEXT MESSAGE BACK from them saying. We can do 9:15? How rude was that?! The whole situation to me was distasteful and turned me away from even making my boyfriend and our guests wait an additional hour and fifteen minutes. I had specifically plotted out the night accordingly and she made our business feel unimportant. Not only was she very unhappy sounding on the phone, but to carry it over into a text message blew my mind. Then to go into how unprofessional it was to me, having text messages be sent to me when I was told she would call me back. No, apologies or incentives ever made in compensation of messing up our reservation. Which she did, and I know she did. With how apprehensive she acted toward me the entire time. Only thing they tried to do. To make it work was just put us in the next appointment slot an hour and fifteen minutes later. Which helped us none and made the business feel pushed aside...Not here to slander just make peace with how distasteful that experience was for me. I now have no desire to even try and actually go there...They lost pontential business from 11 people last night without seeming to care at all...

Would give it a zero. But I cant. We had a reservation for 8 people April 23 and were told to be on time. We were 10 minutes early. Sign on door says be back at 2:10. We waited past ,2:30. Made two phone calls. Needless to say our group was not happy. We drove from Rockford, Belvidere, and Poplar Grove to have a girls day of fun. Rats

One of my favorite places in beloit. I hope more people take advantage. Hands down better than the key quest in rockford.

I was extremely disappointed. The room quality was poor, and many of the locks were cheaply made and broke during our allotted time. We only spend 40 minutes in the room and the women at the front desk had to come in to fix multiple problems. It really degraded an already mediocre experience. When we asked for a refund we revived an unseasonably rude response. Its a waste of money and time.

Bad experience. we were interrupted several times throughout the session because the locks of the room were broken so the clues we found were not working. after the employees had come into the room several times to try and fix the locks. we finally asked for a refund before the time was up and the woman who owned the establishment was very rude and refused to give us a refund. waste of time and money. do not reccomend.

Fun until we got kicked out with no real explanation. When we asked them afterwards they just said You know what you did. I dont know what I did.

Set up a reservation a week ahead of time... Showed up at that time on a Friday, and the store was closed and not manned during their supposed open hours. Called and got little to no help, and they told us there was nothing they could do about our reservation and to go home...

This has the perfect combination of difficulty, theatricality, and price!

More fun than youd think.

The girl at the front desk was very helpful in our quest. We probably would have never escaped, began to starve, and would have been forced to eat a friend.

Didnt even make it in the door. I called to make an appointment the other week and the person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude like I was interrupting her day with my inquiries. Sorry you dont want our business. Well find a place that does.

Our Escape Room experience ended in us leaving before the time was up. Multiple locks were wrong, and unfortunately, after asking for a refund for our poor experience, the staff only responded with pride and sass. A waste of $20, for sure.
