My dad always complains that I never get out and do anything so I started coming to skate country and now its like a second home to me. Im now a rink rat.the people here are great my friend is friends with all the staff members which is nice

Great customer service. I’m not sure if the gentleman working was the owner or manager, but he was very generous & took care of every child in the building. The employees were all amazing. Great atmosphere and clean location.

Dosent keep accurate schedules, changes things last minute, expect to be put out and pay full price for way less skateing time/ was told by Barbra and staff sorry we didnt put accurate info out...Friday was changed to private group ,, Dishonest people

I give this place 10 ,! My son Jaylen loves comeing here for fun. He enjoys the friendly staff and loves to skate. He always has the best time! Sometimes when I decide to stay and observe I have found that this is one place parents do not have to worry about their child. If your child is old enough to get dropped off you can rest assure that they are in a safe environment and the staff does a great job at ensuring it stays that way. At the end of last year my son decided he was on the speed Team, got going too fast and broke his arm .I was extremely pleased of the care and concern and the way the staff handled the situation. They took very good care of my son until I got there to take him to the hospital. They walked him out to the car and they were very concerned of his well-being and did everything they could to make sure he was okay. For that Jalen and I greatly appreciate everyone that works there! Thank you guys so much and God bless

This place is good go to it. People who are new we can teach them but if you wanna hate on them don’t go there to mess around it is so serious

Rude owner and unprofessional employees and environment. Kicked a 3 year old out for running into someone. People run into others all the time on accident. She gave no warning. Like please dont do that or anything. Just get out and here is your money back. I will never ever go back. Dont take any kids under 8. They dont like it.

We had a group of 80 from Saint Paul AME Church for a Youth Event and they did a great job accommodating us. The indoor playground was a good option for the kids. Skate pickup & return was easy and the kids had fun

Attending a speed skate race here and its been great. The staff has been nice and there skate floor is clean. Bathrooms were clean and snack bar was loaded. Really enjoyed my visit with them.

Terrible service for parties! Everything is extra, the rental only includes roller skates and the place. The playground is extra yet they leave the gates open so they can charge you for it if kids enter. For a party of 40 they only provided 16 plates! We will never come back again!Response to their response: There was a DJ included, however they didnt ask what kind of music we want. Staff didnt communicate with us during the event and announced the cake cutting out of the blue. Some of the arcade didnt work. One of the guests came telling us how rude one of the staff member was (making facial expressions of why are you bothering me) when he approached staff with token issues. The table cloth included with the venue was white paper that was not long enough for the table and they ended up taping two pieces together (not very nicely). We ended up going and purchasing our own from the neighboring Dollar General!!! The game thats included is a lame red light green light game racing from one end of the arena to the other twice (about 5 min total). The skate helpers (triangular brackets that kids use to skate if they dont know how to skate) was extra charge! The parents of invited kids (guests) had to pay $3 for those!All of these issues add up to us saying that we do not recommend this place and will not spend our hard earned money at this place either.

Went there today all the employees seemed like they didnt want to be there . My kids had free admission tickets they got from school field trip they went there . I was made to pay for their skate rental Even when it shows on Sundays skate rental was free . Wont be back! If Im going to spend money I will go where they have good customer service and where you dont feel like they dont want you there when the money i spend as a customer pays their paycheck! Also rented skate mates for both my kids . Told the employee someone took my daughters there reaction thats ok . Umm no its not ok I paid to rent that but the other gets to steal it and doesnt have to pay to rent it.

I did not like it if i could give no stars i would and for the first time i actually got tired of skating thare ware rude people and wen we paid we had to pay at the snack bar and the owner said something about my brothers skates having two wheels amd told everyone that was thare. So if you what to get treated the rong way go thare

This place really blows. We walked in and the register was closed we had to pay at the snack bar. Then everyone wanted to ask me why i had two wheels on my skates. When I started skating every single person in the skating rink was staring me down and eventually my brothers and sister had enough and we decided to leave. Then one of the girls that work there I guess gave our shoes back and phones. She had to make a smart remark that my skates were illegal and a saftey hazard and keep in mind that im not from waco, however every single rink i have been to i have never been told that my skates were illegal. This was the worst expierence i have ever had at a skating rink. If i could rate 0 stars i would.

Great family environment with music for all ages in any genre...my kids love going here on family outtings just needs a few more air conditioners. In all fun all around
