It is a hill... BUT WAIT! It is the highest natural elevation point in Ohio. It has a nice marker on the ground with a nearby flag pole and historic marker. If your party includes juveniles (or you are really young at heart) the kiosk with the visitor log also has certificates available with fill in the blanks to commemorate your stop. Stop and take a few selfies for posterity.

The highest point in Ohio. My father was stationed here when it was a radar base in the mid 60s. There is a sign-in clipboard (optional) including little certificates that you can complete and take with you as a memento of your visit. The radar dish rotates but is non-operating. Looking forward to the announced additional displays. A nice, peaceful place to visit and rest for a bit. Currently the site of a career college.
