Quiet, out of the way place. Friendly staff and seasonal (permanent) campers. Decent bathhouse, small laundry room.

My husband and I came in very late after a long drive, and Brent was very understanding an accommodating. He set us up at a beautiful tenting site, and the campgrounds are gorgeous! The bathrooms and showering facilities are a huge plus too! We will definitely be coming back!

My nephew had his wedding and reception here and it was very nice and beautiful, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful campgrounds out in the rolling hills of Ohio. Lots of trails, ponds to fish in and swimming and playgrounds for the kids. Staff is very friendly and will meet your every need. Prices are very reasonable. Great place to stay. We have enjoyed ourselves immensely.

4 girlfriends and I booked deluxe cabin 2, we loved it, alot of space, nicely decorated and clean, the owners we very friendly. We will be back next year...

Great campground with sites nestled in a wooded setting with 3 fishing lakes, a swimming beach and golf carts available to rent. Great place to take the kids to unplug and enjoy nature. Close to Phio Caverns and Piatt Castles. Owner was friendly. Well definitely be back!

Omgosh this place is so beautiful and has absolutely everything an rv campsite needs plus some! It has about 5 lakes so lots of fishing and swimming. Plenty of spaces for rvs. Basketball, volleyball, playground, recreational room with free pool table and other game table. Horseshoes, etc. restrooms with showers, laundry room. Golf carts for rents all year long. They have cabin rentals (all different sizes). I believe they have a few rv rentals too. And They have an office. They also do propane exchange for ya when needed during the winter so if ya need Eric will come by and pick up ur propane tanks and fill them for ya when needed. Eric is the owner and is a super great guy! Couldnt ask for a better land manager! If you are looking for a place to stay this is by far the best place around and the prices are well more fair than any others. We will be staying here for about a year so we wont be going anywhere. Eric will get to keep our business from day 1 as long as he will keep us. We love it here and appreciate the beauty and how quiet it is here!!! Thanks to Eric and to A&E Camping Resort for making us feel right at home for the time being!

Took the Family for a day would of stayed longer if not for the rain .Everyone loved the trip certainly a beautiful campgrounds with clean restrooms nd showers and hot water!Definitely will be back the play ground and bouncey house were awesome our 3 kids loved them.This is a family oriented place with plenty to do. We camped primitive and the site was great there was a lott of shade and a picnic table aswell as fair priced wood and the delivery service was quick and efficient. The staff were polite and respectful all around you can tell they care about there business. We cant wait till the next trip!!!

Such a nice place!! Had a great get together at the lodge!!! Eric has it together and it is clean comfortable plenty of room for dj/band food set up relaxing bonfire watch the game...etc!!! Highly recommend!!!! Eric even brought fire wood and lit the wood pellet stove for us!!!!

Well done, A & E! We have stayed at many parks & this one tops the list. Well laid out and kept. 3 ponds for fishing, 1 for swimming with a floating dock. Nice bath house. Cottages & primitive campsites available for rent if thats more your speed. People are friendly.

Enjoyed an overnight campout with our Scout Troop after a day of tubing at Mad River Mountain. Eric at A&E was very accommodating of the Scouts and was willing to help us out with anything we needed. We were only there for one night so we didnt have time to explore very much, but the bath house was clean and the campsite served it purpose. Thanks A&E!

4 stars only because there was no noise buffers. It was really hard to hear in the kitchen/living area & the banquet room. But it was very pretty & comfortable otherwise.

The owners are very nice and friendly. My two children had a blast on the playground with other children. the trails were very nice over looking a few lakes. we do plan to go back. While we were walking around everyone was nice to us

Horrible. No grass camping on gravel. When we tried to leave wouldn’t give us a refund. Won’t ever be back. Complete waste of money!

My wife and I were heading down to Hocking Hills from Michigan and we needed a place to stay along the way. I did some Google searches as we left and stumbled upon A & E Camping Resort. We are primitive car/tent campers and our site that we ended up with was PERFECT! Very nice size, private and beautiful. We arrived late around 9:30pm, I called ahead and he arranged to meet us in the dark at the campground, thanks Brent! We hopped back in the car and followed Brent in his golf cart up to our campsite. After we got to the site, Brent took off in his golf cart to fetch us firewood, how awesome! We setup camp with our headlamps, and then relaxed by a great fire. Thanks again A & E for making our trip easy and pleasant, we will return for sure and Im sure Ill have friends headed your way too!There are quite a few RVs that look to be parked/occupied here year round, however the tent sites are not mixed in with them.

Called inquiring more information regarding rental that is NOT listed on their site and pretty basic questions. ex. is there a charge for an additional person above listed lodging price, Are your cabins still available to rent as allot of cabins are already closed for the season, do you have any available for *specific weekend* only to be hung up on upon asking said final question. was seriously interested in renting a cabin for the weekend; now i will NEVER consider lodging at a place with such terrible customer service.

Very nice place, the owners are so kind and will help you with any thing. Great atmosphere I would definitely recommend to all to check it out if your looking for someplace to get away.
