We love it here, You here how some people say Trailor Parks Are Trashy Well Not SouthTown Meadows.. Owner VERY Strict on CLEANLINESS.. The part where we live, Our neighbors are clean and very nice, We all stay to our selves. And the best part.. You can have a pet..

We bought our place but to only have plumbing problems for 3 1/2 years. Our place is flooding and was told there isnt anything they can do. We rent the lot and they cant do anything. Not happy!!!

Wont let me put 0 stars but this place is a joke. Clean record for 8 years and only 1 charge in 18 years but they still denied me. Whats sad is some of the people living there have worse records than I do but I guess thats ok

Just moved here from out of state! The staff has been completely amazing to us! We had a few things that needed to be addressed (small petty things) and I went to the office and spoke with the manager,she was very kind with my complaints and questions and she wasted no time in getting her staff to the tasks at hand and was fixed immediately. We have only been here a short time,but our experience thus far has been great. The community is clean,quite and our neighbors have been very welcoming!

Love living here. Has the feel of small neighborhood where kids can ride bikes and play with other kids. Reminds me of neighborhood where I grew up.

A zero rating wasnt allowed! Worst place I have ever lived! The lady that runs the place will lie and minipulate you to get you in there! I got screwed put of $600 dollars and wasnt allwed to take the couch that I bought!
