One of my favorite all-time pieces of art is a crayon drawing my son did when he was 2 years old - a ladybug in the grass on a sunny day. I had an old Polaroid picture of my dad and his 71 Camaro and accidentally spilled nail polish remover all over it. I tried other photo restoration locations and I was repeatedly told they could not salvage the picture or even restore it (they didnt even try). Ive been researching and building my family tree for the last 10 years, collecting old photos and portraits when ever possible. My goal was to put together a generational photo line-up. I had a photograph that was over 100 years old. Prior to my possession, the oval glass over the photo had been cracked. Even worse, over the years--because of moisture that had collected under the glass--the photo itself was glued to the glass and coming apart along the fractures. I was afraid that the photo--of my grandfather and his older sister, taken when they were small children--would be lost altogether. And then, after a brief internet search, I found Jack and Sandy Lesley at Heritage Photo Restoration.When I brought the photo to Jack, he immediately understood how emotionally valuable it was to me. Jack assured me that he could restore the photo. Not being familiar with the art (and it really is an art when photos are restored like this) of restoration, I had my misgivings. When Jack showed me the proofs of the restored photo, I was astonished. Literally. The missing bits of photograph were magically repaired. I had 12 different color shades of the photo to choose from, and Jack was very patient as I selected one to print. Even then, Jack took time to modify the print on his computer to ensure that I was satisfied. I was--and remain--utterly delighted to have several prints of this old restored photo that I can now share with family members. The prints are of a higher quality than the original photo! Heritage photos restored 3 photos for me. All 3 are about 50 to 60 years old, and one was a large picture almost torn in 3 parts. Beautifully restored with options for size and paper. He even processed 1 photo for free because it was on my dads house during Harvey.

What an amazing experience I had with this company! I came to restore photos of my Mom. One of the photos required a bit more attention because it was old and tattered. The restoration results were phenomenal. The attention to detail and quality of work that is done at Heritage Photo is second to none. The owner takes his artistry and creativity very serious. The paper used is very affordable and will vary based on the ideal look of your photo, and they even offer museum quality print paper. My family and I will be returning to Heritage for our photo restoration needs. Oh and they can print up to 11x17 depending on the quality and size of the original photo. Photo Restoration was great! We had the one and only original photo from 1969 stuck to the picture glass and he was able to clean and restore the photo through the glass. We now have a wonderful print and virtual copies for the family.

After seeing the work and the picture, which brought tears to my eyes because it was so beautiful, I knew I made the right choice. I highly recommend Heritage. I was searching to find someone who would be able to replicate a 20 x 24 pastel portrait of my mom and dad and I came across Heritage Photo Restoration. I called and Jack was very helpful PLUS they are open on Saturday! I was very nervous about removing my portrait from the frame but Jack handled it with care. I came to him just days before Christmas and he was able to create a digital image of my portrait and he restored the original beauty of it in his digital image. He also ordered my prints from out of state due to the size I requested and they were delivered in just days. Full service plus delivery of my large portraits in less than one week!!! And if that was not awesome enough, Jack also printed me two 8x10 copies of my portrait on fine art paper. Now, if you get prints from Walgreens or Wal-Mart on standard photo paper, they are nice but I will say that there is a significant difference in the photo when it is printed on the fine art paper that Jack used. If you want to print enlargements, I HIGHLY recommend using the fine art paper that Jack used instead of the standard glossy photo paper. You will not be disappointed at all!!!!! All of my prints are absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank you, Jack for helping me out!!!! I did not think it would be possible to replicate this portrait the way you did. I will most certainly be a returning customer!!!!

I took in a digital copy of an old photograph from 1969 that I had scanned years ago on a home scanner. The image was blurred with yellow blotches and the colors were barely recognizable. I took it to Heritage Photo Restoration with fairly low expectations because it was in such poor shape. I couldnt believe what they were able to do with this picture. The blotches were completely gone, the picture was clean with crisp edges and bright colors as I remembered it from years ago. The prices for the restoration and the excellent prints that I ordered were very reasonable. I plan to take in several more old pictures to be restored. If you have a picture that is in poor condition and is precious to you, you couldnt do better than taking it to Heritage Photo Restoration.

Heritage just restored a photo of my grandparents on their wedding day. The photo was taken in 1921. I am so please with the results!! Heritage Photo was able to restore an old faded photo copy (15 yrs old) of a 1930s picture AND enlarge it to a large format print. They also brightened and enhanced a picture from the 1960s that had yellowed and faded. I am thrilled to have my memories saved!!

We brought in 3 BOXES of damaged photos we found in our dads attic. The guys at Heritage Photo Restoration worked over a month to get the 500+ photos restored, and we are more than happy with each one. They look fantastic and the owner is one of the most polite people you will ever meet.

Heritage came through like a superhero for me. We had a last minute restoration because of a funeral and they had it done in 4 hours. The print was sent overnight to the funeral parlor and it looked beautiful displayed during the service.

Took a couple of faded and poor copies of photographs taken during WWII and brought them back to looking like originals taken on a good modern camera. Now we can get them printed onto decent paper and they will look good on our photo wall. Will be back with some other old photographs as Jack does fantastic work.
